My system preferences groups if full

my computer is running slow and i looked at sys pref groups and it's full of things like app server admin and system  and procview  and it's never been there before. am i hacked? can i erase them? my husbands computer does not have any of thos...HELP

Hi I'm using Snow Lepoard os x 10.6.8   under the   "my account and other accounts" is the flip down for groups and there are 48 of them. The groups name is App Server Admins    APP SERVER ADMINS , APPLICATION SERVER , CVMS , DETACHED SIGNITURE WRITERS , DEVELOPER TOOLS , GUEST , INSTALLER , KEYABUSERS , PRINT ADMINISTRATRATORS , PRINT OPERATOR , OD CHANGE PASSWORD , SMTP MAIL POSTING , UPDATE SHARING , UNIX TO UNIX COPY PROTOCOL , ACCESSIBILITY GROUP , ADMINISTRATORS , AUTHENTICATED USERS M BINARY , CERTIFICATE USERS , SCREEN SHARING ACL , (3) PUBLIC , TERMINAL SERVER USER , DIALUP , EVERYONE , CREATOR GROUP , INTERACTICE USERS , KERNAL MEMORY , LOCAL ACCOUNTS , STMP MAIL , NETWORKS ACCOUNTS , NETWORK USERS , NETWORK CONFIG USERS , NO GROUP , SYSTEM OPERATORS , CREATOR OWNER , PROCMOD , PROVIEW , SMMSP , STAFF , SYSTEM , TERMINAL , UTMP , SYSTEM GROUP.  I know that these have never been here before. I have been having tons of trouble within the last few months with not loading pages and clicking on finder and it haveing to think for 8-10 seconds about opening it. Occasionally when I boot up it shows a greyish screen with full bars of pixelated chuncks. The start up is slow and then instead of going to my desktop it goes straight into screensaver.
