My texts say they are sent to an android phone, but the android does not receive them for hours, or even at all.
So, recently my texts are not being received by an android phone. It says they are sent on my phone, but the android phone does not get them for hours or even at all. When they do come through, they come in random order. It is really aggravating and I do not know how to fix it at all. I have reset my phone multiple, updated it, I have tried everything. Any thoughts?
Contact your carrier. There are no settings on the iPhone regarding SMS. SMS is a carrier function. Have the carrier check to make sure that your account is provisioned correctly.

Some phones can only send and recieve SMS messages. If the recipients phone doesn't support MMS they won't be able to recieve a text with a photo.

Alll I can say is try to reset your iphone like, taking out the sims card. ALso try loging out of your Facetime and your email on your phone, telll me if that works, and did you try connecting Apple Support Team?

Basically your player is telling you that you need to install the codecs that will play the compressed data within the AVI file.
AVI is a legacy file container in which the tracks of data are interleaved to maintain synchronization. This data can be encoded using many different audio and video codecs. Your problem is to determine which codecs you need for the player you are trying to use and install them if they are available. Failing that, your will either have to play the files in a different player which has the codec support your require built into the app or convert the content to a compression format that is natively compatible with the player you wish to use.
Since you have not stated what platform, operating system, and particular player you are targeting for playback, it is difficult to provide precise instructions for fixing your specific problem at this point. Suggest you try alternative players compatible with your system and platform to see if they will play the files, use a dedicated media information utility to determine the codecs needed for playback, or post a sample file for analysis. -
2 people sent e-mails to me today and I did not receive them. They both were replies to my e-mail (both different). I am running 10.7.5. I searched everywhere and nothing. Not on iCloud either. This happened a few years ago and never noticed it again. I received emails before and after the 2 that never showed up so can't figure out why I didn't get them! Does Apple automatically delete some emails based on text? These were nothing crazy. One was about decorating cookies for a party and which colors to use! HELP! Now I am worried I am missing important emails!

Hold the power key on the keyboard down for 5 secs to power off, tap the power button once to start. It should connect automatically.

You've connected the iPad via cable to your computer, and your computer's iTunes is up-to-date ? If it's icon isn't showing then try one of these troubleshooting pages :

Mac : If you don't see your connected device in iTunes for Mac - Apple Support
If the iPad is disabled then you'll need to reset the iPad back to factory defaults, after which you can restore to your backup -
How to sent importet RAW files into the cloud? The files was importet from Canon EOS via camera adapter to the iPad. The Files was stored in the folder importet. But the files does not sync with photostream.

New nano (7th generation) - music is loaded, nano is charged, volume setting are all on but the music does not play thru the earbuds, Checked with a different pair with same results...I'm sure I must have something not turned on that should be but not sure - help!

Try restarting all devices including portable iOS ones and your router.
Check Airplay is not disabled in AppleTVs settings.

My iPad Prefs are set for the side switch to Mute; but the speaker does not mute when the switch is moved down.
That setting only works for system sounds like push notifications (emails and the like), some game sounds, keyboard clicks and things like that. If you want to mute all sounds you still have to turn the volume all the way down with the volume switch.

I have an iMac 7.1 and a pc in my office. My pc recieves all emails as well as my phone but on my iMac i receive them speradically. I checked with my ISP and there are no issues. I can send emails. I have a pop account. Please help in dire straits
Sorry, no idea at this point with so few details to go on. It will probably help if you'll post what version of Mac OS X you're running and who your email provider is. Someone then may have some ideas.
