My time capsule stopped giving WIRED devices IP addresses (Wireless is fine). How do I fix this?

I have several devices on my network, and am using a 2TB Time Capsule.
All of my wireless devices work fine- including 2 MBP's, iPad's, iPhones, etc. However, none of my WIRED devices (Xbox, Printer, PC's) are connecting anymore. To be specific, none of them are getting IP addresses.  This is obviously an issue, since I'd like all my devices to be networked.
No changes have been made to my Time Capsule in probably 6 months.  I literally woke up this morning and none of my wired devices were connecting (eg, my wife complained that the printer wasn't working).
None of the devices are faulty, as I was able to bypass the Time Capsule and plug directly into the cable modem, which then provided an IP address.
I am not aware of how to troubleshoot a Time Capsule. This is the first time I've ever had an issue. Can anyone offer some next steps? (I've already restarted it several times, tried checking Airport Utility but there doesn't seem to be any option on configuring DHCP options).
Thanks,
Greg

If you call Apple, the first thing that they will ask you to do is power off all devices on the entire network.
Wait at least 30 minutes. Longer will not hurt.
Start the modem first and let it run 2-3 minutes by itself.
Then start the Time Capsule the same way.
Continue starting devices one at a time about a minute apart until everything is powered back up.
Check the network and report on your results.
