My iphone 5S was more than 48 hours turn off. LIkewise, the device was reset for complete! now, when want set up my touch ID to unlock I can't!!! Unlock it With the touch ID fingerprints.!! I don't think that the hardarware home button is the problem...I think that is software or some set up that I don't know
this sequence and the problem to end of procedure.
what can do?

If you're unable to set up Touch ID on your iPhone, then I'd like you to please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below.
Get help with Touch ID
Make sure that you're using the latest version of iOS.
Make sure that your fingers and the Home button are clean and dry.*
Cover the Home button completely. Don't tap too quickly, don't press down hard, and don't move your finger while Touch ID is scanning. Make sure that your finger touches the metal ring around the Home button.
If you're using a case or screen protector, make sure it doesn't cover the Home button or the surrounding ring. If it does, remove the case or screen protector and try again.
Tap Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and make sure that iPhone Unlock or iTunes & App Store is on. Also make sure that you've enrolled one or more fingerprints.
Try enrolling a different finger.
If you can't enroll any of your fingers, take your device to an Apple Retail Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact AppleCare for help.
* Moisture, lotions, sweat, oils, cuts, or dry skin might affect fingerprint recognition. Certain activities can also temporarily affect fingerprint recognition, including exercising, showering, swimming, cooking, or other conditions or changes that affect your fingerprint.

The SIM card In my iPhone 5 has been giving me occasional messages that there has been a SIM Failure, there is NO SIM, or that there is an INVALID SIM. Until today, I was able to restart it with no problem and the SIM card would start up.

I am traveling in Canada now and it is not convenient to come back to the States just to get a SIM card.

I have been trying to call Verizon Wireless, but they won’t take my call from my Skype account and I don’t have my phone.

Having the email address is not necessary. It is just the username for the device. All you need is that Apple ID and password. Now, if you forgotten the password, then you have more work to do. Since that email is no longer active, you would need to send the reset to your rescue email, if you remember that. Or you will need to contact Apple Security for help. Serial number is recognized by apple systems though like App Store, Coverage Check etc. Should i be worried about the authenticity of this product? I got it at a Mall shop that sells apple products but I am not so comfortable about the difference of the icons at the back. I told them about my issue and they said if it were bootleg I wouldnt be able to register the product and the serial number which I was able to do. Help please.

Oops sorry. My bad. I'm in the Philippines. I'm quite concerned because i know a lot of bootlegged stuff go around the market here. Yes, they told me it was unlocked and not tied up with a local network carrier so I can use any network sim card with it. The icons on the phone and all functions are available and working well like all iphone 4Ss that i have tried. Its just the icons printed at the back panel of the phone that are different, the ones that look like FC X C E etc printed at the back of a common iphone. Mine has an icon that looks like IC only.

Update it from iTunes on a computer as described at the bottom of this article; there isn't a Software Update option in General on iOS versions prior to 5.0. It can only be updated directly to the newest iOS release supported by the device’s hardware, which is iOS 6.1.6 for a fourth generation iPod touch.

You might try reading the entire help document you linked from:

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

Iphone 6 has PROBLEMS

yes it has problems my iPhone 6 8.1.3
Just recently it has started going thru battery life like there is no tomorrow. I'm getting about 6 hour use on a full battery, i se my phone very little compared to a teenage girl!
The home key is REALLY HOT, i mean HOT to Touch, like HOT enough to fry an egg HOT, what is going on here?
My fingerprint ID had failed, it no longer recognises my fingerprint or even gives me the option to use it, i try to set it up again , Settings > iPhone Unlock > FAILED unable to complete touch ID set UP.
Pretty annoyed at such a useless load of technology not doing what it promises. It's only 2 months Old.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. Or, use the contact us link at the bottom right of every page for information on how to contact Apple to arrange for service.
And a small bit of advice: there is no such thing as perfect technology. You'll be happier if you revise your expectations of reality appropriately.

Find my iphone - picture has changed from a black ipod to a white one

My son's black ipod touch has gone missing, and we've tracked it using Find My Iphone to a house 15 miles away.
Strangely, the picture of the ipod has changed from a black ipod touch to a white one.
Is there something that the person who has "found" the ipod can do to affect this, or is it possible that the tracking has gone awry?
Any help would be appreciated.

I noticed the same thing on mine. The Apple Store Genius informed me that after the white iPod touch came out, they began using that as the stock photo. If you asked Apple to check their records for devices registered to you, it would show up as the proper color - black.

My iPhone 4 has frozen during iOS 7 update! Someone help?

Please help me, I don't know where else to ask! Earlier, about two hours ago, I decided to finally download and install the iOS 7 update. My phone had previously been running 5.1, and when the update finished my phone restarted like normal. But then it started updating again and froze halfway through. And now its just been sitting there for the past 20 minutes, frozen halfway through the update. Funny thing is, my iTunes says my phone is running 7.0 now. What the **** is going on and how do I fix it??!

I had/still have the same problem Amari, and it was ever since I was (forced) to upgrade to iOS7. I didn't want to upgrade it (I avoided it for about 2 months) because I read that it said upgrade at your own risk.... which made me a little worried. So when I went to sync music on my iphone, it basically forced me into upgrading to iOS7 if I wanted new music on my phone. I didn't really realize anything was wrong until I got an alert on my phone saying that I was almost at my maximum for data and would have to pay money to use more data... which this has never happened to me in a year and a half with this phone/plan. So I realized that my wifi was not working anymore, so I cannot connect to wifi, and my battery is now really weak. Also, my phone freezes a lot and won't turn off using the top button... all since the forced upgrade....
I went into Apple yesterday and they basically said I need to buy a replacement phone or upgrade my phone. They said that my wifi chip is dead and my battery is really weak now. (None of this was the case before iOS7... which the sales reps don't really like to agree to, but it's true..) I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed in Apple for this. This is my first iPhone and I haven't even had it a year and a half. I take extremely good care of my phone and every other phone I've owned (Blackberrys, flip phones) have lasted 3 years+. I thought Apple technology was the best? I don't think that I should have to pay more money to replace my phone. I think that this is Apple's fault.
So my options are:
1) Pay $200 to buy a replacement phone (4s, which I currently own.... why do I want to buy a replacement on the same phone that didn't last over a year and a half?)
2) Pay and upgrade to an iPhone 5.... which who knows if I'll have the same problem or not.
3) Keep a phone with no wifi, and a weak battery.. which I'll probably have to pay more monthly for going over data....
4) .....? Get a Samsung?? haha

But I've never at any time put in a voicemail password, so I can't get into the site to put this right, and it didn't happen before I installed IOS7. The message goes away as soon as I cancel it, but it's very irritating. Any suggestions?

Call your carrier & have them reset your voicemail, then set things up again. Most carriers require a password for voicemail.
