My touchpad on my new computer isn't working properly

I bought this new computer called HP Pavilion DV6 and the touch pad is always screwing up on me. I try to move left and it goes up, I try to click on something it won't click. It wont do anything that I want it to 99 percent of the time. This is really frustrating and does anyone know how to fix this issue. I have updated to the latest version of updates and everything. I am not very happy with this touchpad.

If you tried updating the driver the only other thing to do is to reinstall the OS using the recovery manager.
It sounds like a hard ware problem, it's a new computer it should work right out of the box, return it or exchange it for a new one.

Okay so like I was downloading some stuff for Quicktime and i realized it was going slow. So I decided to restart, after that, the icons on the desktop disappeared but everything on the dock was still there. I clicked on a program it and as soon as it opened, it closed and that submit error thing popped up. I tried restarting again but come up with the same outcome.
Anyone have any idea whats wrong with it?

Try Repair Disk
Insert Installer disk and Restart, holding down the "C" key until grey Apple appears.
Go to Installer menu (Panther and earlier) or Utilities menu (Tiger) and launch Disk Utility.
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in the left panel.
Select First Aid in the Main panel.
(Check S.M.A.R.T Status of HDD at the bottom of right panel, and report if it says anything but Verified)
Click Repair Disk on the bottom right.
If DU reports disk does not need repairs quit DU and restart.
If DU reports errors Repair again and again until DU reports disk is repaired.
If DU reports errors it cannot repair you will need to use a utility like Tech Tool Pro or Disk Warrior

There is no other way than to plug into a computer to restore the phone. You can use another computer to do so, but in case you did not back up to iCloud your data and settings will be gone.

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your iPod. Only if you back up your iPod manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your iPod without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the iPod for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in iTunes and transferred your purchases.

Back to my mac isn't working properly

After downloading Mavericks, (which went without a hitch), I am now receiving an error in system preferences stating: Back to my Mac isn't working properly
because the DNS server isn't responding. Contact your internet service provider for a different DNS server address, enter it in Network preferences and try again.
In reality everything wireless is working; the internet the printer iPad works fine.
I went to the Airport utility and clicked on my Time Capsule and it states: Change Airport base station from using DHCP and NAT to Bridge mode.
I done that and everything related to the wireless router runs real slow, I mean real slow. It took just under 4 minutes for my Time Capsule to recognize the computer. Due to this I received all kinds of errors from the printer from Airport Utility and the iPad.
I need a fix please, I've read all the support documents related to this in the support community and either the answers given I have tried with no success or they do not relate to my situuation.

New to BTMM, I got stung today with the silly DNS problem message. Solution:
1) Flush DNS cache with:
dscacheutil -flushcache;sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
2)System preferences > iCloud > untick BTMM then tick it again. The warning should have disappeared.

Just found out that BTMM is not compatible with double NAT. That's not helpful.

You have a tool, that doesn't work in a new version of java.
The tool vendor would be the one to determine whether the tool and/or the new VM has a problem.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

There is no documentation on how to solve this anywhere.
I have an Arris router set to bridged mode which is connected to a 5th generation airport extreme. I have tried using the google dns servers instead of the one assigned by the cable company in the AE but I still get the same error.
Any help would be much appreciated

If FaceTime ever worked properly for you, restarting your modem (and separate router/wireless if you have such) may help. If the problem continues, try connecting at a different location to see if the problem is within your wi-fi.
The black dot problem may mean you need to reset your iPod. If that does not help, it may need service by an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Convolution.vi isn't working properly

I'm using LabView 7.0 and I'm trying to performing a convolution with the convolution.vi. This VI isn't working properly. As you can see in the attached file, the result isn't right even for very small input arrays. The result also depend on the input data format (singel or double etc.)
May be someone had the same problem, or knows something about it. I'm using LabView 7 on an Windows NT system, may be that has something to do with it.

Can you open the diagram of the convolution.vi, then double-click on the "Call Library Function Node". What is the Path? (It should be C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.0\resource\lvanlys.*).
Could ot be yours points somewhere else?
Now find the lvanlys.dll in explorer. The size of the LabVIEW 7.0 version should be 528384 bytes.
Do a search for lvanlys.dll. How many different versions show up?
