Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing on your iPhone. It sounds like you are not noticing transparency on your iPhone. It may be that you have "Increase Contrast" turned on in your iPhone settings.
I recommend verifying that Increase Contrast is turned off in Settings>General>Accessibility.

Pictures are held in the iPhone backup. If you backup the old device just prior to the activation of the new one, then restore from that backup, the photos will be there. Music is in iTunes on the computer and when you do the restore, it will download the music from iTunes to the device during the restore. Make sure any music purchased on the iPhone that has not been transfered to iTunes on the computer is done before beginning the restore.

I purchased songs from 2 different computers using itunes with the same apple id. I had 1 iPod I used for these but I just recently got an iPhone and I was wondering why it wasn't letting me put my purchased songs on my iPhone?
You can transfer iTunes content from an iTunes library on a single computer only.
Since these songs were purchased with the same iTunes account, you can download the song that is not in your iTunes library on the computer you will be syncing your iPhone with. Or you can download the song or songs direct on your iPhone.

If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, the Game Center profile should be the same.
Check out this information from the iPad User Guide. Try signing out of the Game Center on both devices and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID:

I am having doubts on the Intel Irish Pro 5200, dont know will it work fine for the latest versions of Photoshop and Lightroom and other Graphics software as this version is said to be the basic and was wondering if it would help for the type of work i do.

Just that it's the GPU in the lowest-end iMac model. The software you intend to use (Photoshop, Lightroom,etc) are resource intensive applications and the more powerful system you have the better they perform.
And there is more to performance than just the GPU ... CPU type/speed, VRAM, disk speed for starters. If your use of PS, LR etc. is light and you expect it to remain light, then maybe the low-end iMac will be fine. But if you are any kind of prosumer/power user I suspect you will quickly discover the performance limitations of the low-end model. I'd point you at least to the next model "up." -
I was attempting to open a document from a frequently used site, I had never been on, on my new mac however. I attempted to open the pdf file and was given the option of which program to use to open it, I mistakenly clicked use always and firefox as the program with which to open pdf files. I do not know how to undo this or what I should do in the future to access the pdf files.

Okay so my Macbook Air has always allowed me to receive iMessages from my iPhone 5 to my computer. So basically I could use both to text.. If you are signed onto the same iCloud/Apple ID for Messages, then the second number should have been registered with your Messages on the Mac at the time it was verified.
To check this, open Messages on the Mac, click on Accounts, and see if the number is displaying and checked. If it is not, Sign out of Messages on your new device and then sign on again.
Again, phones need to be signed onto the same Messages account that you have set up in Messages.
