  • My Creative Cloud Suite 30 day trial has expired very early

I've only had the Creative Cloud Suite trial for not quite 2 weeks. Today I rebooted and it said expired.
On top of that, in my account it says I signed up for it on April 5th, which is obviously impossible since it didn't come out until early May.
It gives me the option to subscribe but it's showing me as signed up for the Month to Month, when I specified the Year contract.
    What can I do?

Hi David, thanks for your help on this. Here are the answers to your questions:
Are you on a Windows or Mac computer? which version?
    I am on a Mac
    - Did you change the system date or time right around the time the issue occured?
No, nothing was changed on the system with the date.
    - Was there any other significant changes to the computer around the time the issue occured?
Not that I can recall. I only yesterday did a cache cleaning and haven't repaired any permissions or anything in a while.
    - I was a little confused whether you were using a 30 day trial of Creative Cloud Membership or had subscribed to a year long subscription
I had signed up for the 30 day Free Trial of the Creative Cloud ... at the end of the free trial, it's my intention to subscribe to the month to month (with annual contract, $49.99 one)
    - Is the expired behavior happening in all products?
Yes it is happening on all products.
    - Are you able to continue using the products despite the expired message by using the "License This Software" button and signing in with your Adobe ID?
No it won't let me beyond the Adobe Application Manager screen ...
    - Is your Adobe ID with your membership the same as your forum email address you use?
Yes it is the same email
    - Is the price different than what you expected when you subscribed?
That part I have resolved ... it is now showing the right pricing options .. only thing is I didn't get most of the free trial.
Since posting this, I called Adobe. The rep I spoke with said there wasn't anything that can be done about fixing a trial date issue ...
He did, however, say there was a workaround and that was for me to create a new Adobe user ID account and re-sign up.
This didn't sound right to me because if that was the case, any person could be using the software monthly with a new user ID, but he swore it would work.
So yesterday I created a new Adobe ID ... with another email ... but it did not at all fix the problem or allow me to even sign out of the Adobe Application Manager with the current one.
More than likely I am just going to sign up tomorrow for the $49.99 service .. it just would've been nice to get the full trial, so I could try out all the products, and save some cash.
Any other advice you may have would be very appreciated. Thanks!

  • After trial version expired and purchasing creative cloud membership programs still will not open

I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago.  I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver.  I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well.  I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!!  Please help!!

I don't think these issues pertain to mine.  There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription.  Its like it can't see it for some reason.  I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

I don't think there is much you can do about it, but here's a help document that might explain why it happened.

  • How to resolve "Your Trial Has Expired" message when launching InDesign CS6

Hello, just joined the Creative Cloud via the "Free" option.  The Adobe Application Manager downloaded and installed after which I was presented the list of Adobe Products which I could "Try" for the 30-day trial period.  After installing InDesign CS6 for trial, I'm getting a "Your Trial has Expired" message when I launch InDesign C6.
My PC environment is: Windows 7 Pro - SP1 (x64 bit)
I do have Adobe Acrobat X installed (with Enfocus PitStop v10 plugin)
Any thoughts as to what is causing this error??
    How do I resolve it??

    Hi MickyRatz,
If the trial version indicates as being expired then it has expired. There is no way to extend the trial.

  • I am receiving a message that my Photoshop CC trial has expired

I am having the exact same problem. I am on Mountain Lion and I'm not getting any error messages. I had the trial of Photoshop CC and now whenever I try and click on Photoshop the Adobe Application Manager says my trial has expired.  It doesn't recognise that I've just bought a membership. I've gone onto the Download Center and clicked download but it just takes me straight to my desktop Creative Cloud which looks as though it is already downloaded (probably because I had the trial). Can anyone help?

I'm having the same problem. Subscribed to Creative Cloud. All the apps showing as 'Try' rather than the 'Download' buttons that apepar on a colleagues machine (who subscribed a few months ago). When I load the trial of Indesign, if I select 'licence software' - no space to put Adobe ID, only serial number which I don't have with the Creative Cloud membership.
Tried everything that has been suggested. Updated everything in Adobe App' Manager. Gone back to open Indesign - still just has boxes for serial number.
Please sort this out Adobe. I've wasted half a day trying to install on my machine and still have the rest of the studio to do.
