My TV was broken after cable connect and TV channel searching

My Thoshiba 40U TV does not turn on after I received from 1st owner and repair shop.
I checked many possible causions ( Overcurrent, damage during delivery, etc.)
I found that My TV was broken after cable connect and TV channel searching.
The repair shop gave up and suggested to refund money.
Maybe I have to buy new one.
I want to know why the TV is broken. Have you heard that TV is broken after TV channel searching?

  • I was billed after I cancelled and paid my final bill!

    Spent nearly an hour chatting with an unbeleoveably slow agent and was told I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a cheque after I was fully disconnected. Then she ended the chat! Terrible customer service

    YUP! That's exactly what they do! They try to tell you that you owe another month when in reality they BILL you a month in advance. So, you don't actually owe that, but that's what the idiots see and go with it! I've had this happen way too many times. Incompetant company and A LOT of customers can't stand this company, but unfortunately there aren't to many cable company options.Comcast prices, billing tactics and customer service ALL suck!

  • PXI 2515 to Dut cable connection and proper connection to GND

    Hi all,
    I am interfacing a testing board (DIB) to pxi-2515 switch. The switch will connect PXI-4130 SMU & PXI-6552 to the DUT  in order to characterise multiple tests.
    I  will use 68-Pin VHDCI connector on my board to connect to 2515 via NI SCH68-C68-D4 cable. I won't be using all the dut channels. Based on the pin diagram http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/375472A-01/switch/2515_independent/#MakingAConnection ; How should I connect GND pins from right connector to my board connector?
    I am a bit confused, Should I connect all of the GND pins to my board's ground? Or can I choose certain GND pins to connect to my board's ground (since I won't be using all dut channels in the 2515--i.e.do certain GND pins have correspondace with certain dut pins?)?
    The left connector in 2515 is connected to PXI-6552 DI/O. Would GND pins in right connector (which connects to DUT) be refrenced to GND through left connector (through the 6552 system ground)? Or should I always connect everything to my DUT system ground?
    I would appreciate any clarification!
    Thanks,
    Sami
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hi Sami,
    The PXI-2515 will share the ground line between the DUT and the HSDIO card when using the GND lines. All the GND pins share the same physical ground, so it shouldn't matter which pin you use for each channel. Just make sure you have each DUT's ground wired to a GND pin. Typically there are multiple GND pins distributed across the connector simply to allow easy access to the ground from multiple channels without having to connect multiple wires into one ground pin.
    Does that make better sense?
    Hopefully this helps.

  • Uplink (Cable connections and configuration)

    i am not that much familiar but i can do little bit, actually i am confused here how to connect UTP cables and how to configure Trunk.
    there is attach jpg file for clear scenario
    i have 4 Switches cisco 2960-S series
    3 switches 48 Ports
    1 switch    24 Ports
    i want to up-link all 4 switches and configure trunk, so that all switches act like a one switch
    i want steps to do it.
    thanking you for your help!

    To achieve your objective, you would need to configure a 'stack', which you can do with your switches (this is what the 'S' denotes)
    There are special cables that are required to do this, if you look at the back of the switch you will see the interface.

  • Can I get back an email I was composing after losing power and the computer shut down?

    While composing a long, complicated email, the warning came on that I was about to lose battery power. By the time I plugged my computer in to the electrical outlet, it had already shut down. I powered it up and checked my email drafts folder, but the email was not there. Is there any way I can get it back?

    Hi,
    Thanks. Doesn't a Mac save your draft automatically from time to time while you're typing it? On my PC I could click on "Save" occasionally and save what I was working on until that point, but on my Mac Book Pro I've never figured out how to do that. My Mac seemed to do it automatically. For example, if for some reason I stopped working on an email but came back to it later, it was in my Drafts folder. However, this time my Mac shut down while I was composing my email and now I can't find it. It's nowhere to be found?!

  • MacBook Pro with Retina 13" Late 2013 thunderbolt port broken after 10.9.4 update

    One of Thunderbolt Port (near USB port) was broken after 10.9.4 update.
    I usually use mini Display Port to Display Port cable to connect my external screen, it works fine before 10.9.4 update. After 10.9.4 update, I tried to connect the external screen with the same cable, and the main screen of my MacBook Pro with Retina Display twinkling once so I'm sure the external screen was identified, but no video signal output.
    I went to local Apple Premium Reseller (there is no Apple Store in Taiwan) and the they told me all of Thunderbolt Port was fine, they test with their own 10.9.2 copy and it seems ok. After that, I tried to re-install 10.9.4, downloading directly from Apple, the system re-install progress was complete but the Thunderbolt Port issue still there.
    I connect to the broken Thunderbolt Port with Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter, and it works fine, so I believe the only problem is that there is no video signal output from the Thunderbolt Port (near USB port one).
    What should I do now?
    Model: MacBook Pro with Retina 13" Late 2013

    I can confirm that problem, too: Im' working with a Dell U2713HM display, connected via display port. Since 10.9.4 Update i'm experiencing random black screens and/or display going to energy saving mode. Today i've had this issue twice: Display going black and after disconnecting the macbook von all cables screen of the macbook remaining black. Holding Power Button for about 10 s restarts the macbook. After 5 minutes the same problem appeared again.

  • EzVPN issues with a Comcast cable connection

    I have a problem with a Comcast cable connection and an EzVPN. Simply put the connection drops within minutes of no activity. In other words, if I leave an RDP connection open from my datacenter to the remote site, the VPN connection will stay open all the time. A few minutes after I close the connection the VPN drops and the remote side has to wait until its keys timeout to reconnect (obviously without a reset).
    I have multiple sites connecting to the EzVPN server without issues from multiple carriers. This one Comcast connection seems to be an issue. I've verified that the configurations for other DHCP based cable connections and this one are the same (except for local parameters). I've also run PING tests to test reliability and MTU issues. For the reliability I do have 1 - 2 packets out of 200 consistently dropping with a 2 second timeout value for the PING. (This is pinging the next hop router on the connection.) For MTU I was able to PING with packet sizes all the way up to 1500 bytes with the DF bit set.
    So, I'm looking for any direction on this issue.

    in your client class - method go()
    you have try catch like this: make changes at 2 places commented below
    try {
    Socket s = new Socket("localhost", 7000);
    // ObjectInputStream fromServer = new ObjectInputStream(s.getInputStream());
    fromServer = new ObjectInputStream(s.getInputStream());
    // ObjectOutputStream toServer = new ObjectOutputStream(s.getOutputStream());
    toServer = new ObjectOutputStream(s.getOutputStream());
    threadNum = (Integer) fromServer.readObject();
    int i = 0;
    System.out.println("Thread number: " + threadNum);
    System.out.println("Connected to server");
    do {
    } while (!disconnect);
    fromServer.close();
    toServer.close();
    System.out.println("Connection is closed");
    } catch (Exception err) {
    System.out.println(err.getMessage());

  • Startup Chimes with audio cable connected?

    My Mini has started to sound it's healthy startup chime even when there is an audio cable connected to the audio/headphone output. The output works fine and sends audio to the speakers, but how can I mute the chime at startup?
    Previously it always muted that sound with a cable connected and I believe it started chiming when I updated to 10.5.4.
    TIA.

    The mini generates the startup chime via the internal speakers regardless of whether external speakers are connected or not - the necessary support for the hardware audio port isn't loaded until after the power-on self test (which is what generates the chime) so in common with the iMac range, the chime comes from the internal speakers.
    The only way to mute the chime at startup is to set the Sound preference pane to Mute (check the 'Mute' box in the Sound Effects tab). There are also some utilities such as Startup Sound (http://www5e.biglobe.ne.jp/~arcana/index.en.html) which variously succeed in muting the chime, though these tend to get broken with MacOS updates.

  • HT4061 My 4s iphone doesnt delete pictures after I connect to itunes?

    Anyone know how to fix my Apple Iphone4s to delete photos after i connect and update Itunes?

    Hello wedge60,
    After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps and helpful advice concerning device recognition issues:
    iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for OS X
    Follow these steps to resolve your issue:
    If you haven't connected your iOS device to this computer before, unlock the device and tap Trust. Learn more about the Trust This Computer alert.
    Restart your iOS device.
    Restart your Mac.
    Make sure that your Mac meets the minimum system requirements for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
    Install software updates on your Mac.
    If an iTunes update is available, apply the update.
    Check USB connections. iOS devices need USB 2.0 to work properly. If you're not sure your Mac has USB 2.0 ports, check the computer's specifications.
    Disconnect other USB devices and connect your device directly to a USB port on your Mac.
    Try another USB cable.
    Thank you for contributing to Apple Support Communities.
    Cheers,

How much financial damage would be forced on me??
    cheers guys

    Try SMC and PRAM resets:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
    If no success, bring the unit into a repair facility.  I do not believe that there are any APPLE stores as such in Singapore and you will be at the mercy of the resellers.

  • Part Number for parallel cable connecting SCXI-2400 to SCXI-1200

    If no longer available from NI, would anyone have the (upper) rear connector pinout for the SCXI-2400 so I can make my own cable using half of a DB-25 parallel printer cable and the appropriate AMP connector?

    Hi,
    I'm not sure which of the two connectors is the upper one, but there are two connections. One of them uses an RS-232 cable connection and the other is just a 4 wire RS-485 terminal block connector. The latter of the two has a pinout shown here in this article. Here is another useful article that addresses setting up your chassis. I hope this helps.
