My unlock bar does not scroll and I can't access/use my Iphone G3
I cannot unlock my iPhone in order to use it, the slide bar does not move, can someone then tell me what I should do?

Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

Do accept it, the cost would be 99USD, but if it is a 64Gb model it will cost 199USD. The best thing for you to do is to take it into the nearest Apple store to see if they will accept it for repair/exchange. I can tell you that they definitely will not give you an iPhone in exchange. -

I am having an issue when I try to create a WEBI document using Bex query through OLAP connection (Bics).
Due to variables exit, it is not possible to open query pannel in webi to choose wich dimensions to add to the webi document.
The window to select dimensions simply does not appear and I can't move forward!
In RSRT ou Bex Analyzer, the query is running fine without errors.

The problem was due to date coming to exit - as you know some time intervals start at 01-01-1000, and as I was calculating 1000-1 = 999
I was getting and interval from 99901 to 201405. Do not know if it was not working because CHAR NUMC6 was failing trying to recognize interval 99901 - 201405, but probably, this was the issue.

Any recommendations?Also if you don't have this option checked in the Finder Preferences you won't get an icon on the desktop when a disc is inserted.

If KiltedTim is correct I agree with him. If the phone is not hacked try temporarily disabling your antivirus and firewall that may be blocking access to gs.apple.com. See also this article from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error3194

i have a classic that seems to be stuck in restore mode, the screen says "do not disconnect'' and i can't restore using itunes. i have tried resetting it and still no good, what can i do to fix this problem ?
Be good to know what the diagnostic results are.
I've also just run into an issue where I couldn't restore an iPod with a corrupt file system, and the "super fix" in that linked article wasn't working for me. I've run across a potentially useful workaround.
iPod Classic went on the fritz today just after syncing. Couldn't restore via iTunes, kept getting 1439 errors, Windows wouldn't format as FAT32, claimed the "Volume is too big for FAT32". Finally tracked down EaseUS Partition Master Home Edition (Free) and formatted as FAT32 with 128k clusters. The iPod is filling back up again. Might be worth a shot here...

Scroll bar does not scroll far enough to view last page in thumbnail images
When using Adobe Acrobat, and have the thumbnails/pages panel open on the left side, the scroll bar will not scroll far enough down to show the last row of thumbnails. For example, have a 40-page document open with the Pages Panel open showing page thumbnails in rows of 3. When the scroll bar reaches the bottom, the last row shows pages 37, 38, and 39. Where is page 40? If you look closely, you can see a sliver of the top of the thumbnail below page 37. There is no way to view the thumbnail because it is at the bottom of the list, and your scroll bar has reached its end.
Is it confirmed that this is a bug in Adobe? If yes, is there any hotfix available for it?

when clicking firefox icon to open the internet, all that appears are the options along the top of the page. the rest of the screen does not appear revealing the desktop picture. The firefox page with the search bar does not appear.

Renamed meeting room not resolving and people can still book using old name.
I have renamed a meeting room ( using power shell) and restricted the resource in policy requests to a limited list as per an users request. The issue is that people can still book it, I'm told, using its old name including people not on the list of
resource in policy requests.
I can see that resource in EMC with the new name. When I go to outlook and setup a new meeting, I can type in the old name and it will resolve and underscore, but the new name does not. I have updated address lists using powershell and have downloaded the
offline address book using outlook. I still cannot get the new name to resolve.

It should be OAB issue, restart the SA and MSFDS service and manually download the OAB again on the Outlook. It should be fine this time.

Ipod blue playing bar does not move and no sound

Same problem here on an iPod Nano (2nd gen). I have posted a fuller version of this question just now on the thread "Clicking to play the song but it won't play", and here it is again:
"I have experienced exactly the same problem with an iPod Nano (2nd gen). When I try to play any track, the timer menu bar sits firmly at 0.00 and nothing plays. I have tried RESET, but this has not helped. I am beginning to think that a RESTORE will be necessary.

2. I no longer have the songs on my PC. If I go into "My Computer", the drive shows as empty, so I can't even drag the files across. They show up in iTunes, but when I click on one, I get an exclamation mark appearing next to the track. Does anyone know how I can do a backup, because I know that RESTORE will delete all the tracks from the iPod?

BB10 browser - Hovering over Menu bar does not unfold items (Playbook can do this, but not Z30)

On a Playbook, the menu items on the top bar unfold and allow user to select sub-menus.
On a Z30, nothing happens when hovering over the menu items.
The BB10 touch browser seems to miss a pointer feature : browser doesn't recognize the hover option in the voip.ms menu.BB10 devices do not recognize the "hover" feature as you've described it, this is true. I don't have a PlayBook and cannot comment on any features available to it. However, you should be able to click for options where available. I know PC browsers have this feature but despite the BB10 browser being one of the most advanced mobile browsers, it does not incorporate this feature. All I can say is, if you can't do it on a BB10 browser, chances are you cannot do it on ANY other mobile browser.

Itunes 7.3 does not open and i can't reinstall older versions
the software upgrade made me download the last itunes version but it does not open (apparently i have an old version of macosx) and since then i can not use itunes. the old versions do not install. how could i reinstall itunes on my computer

and this whole stupid thing only happened because i couldn't get vids i'd bought to play on my iTunes... so i followed the instructions to upgrade my quicktime player ... and once i HAD upgraded my quicktime player (for $30!!!) i couldn't use it, cause my operating system was old (as in: i bought this computer 9 months ago!)... and so then i thought, "gee, maybe if i uprade my iTunes, the expensive new quicktime pro will work, and i can actually see the videos I bought!"

The Motorola Milestone has a low amount of system RAM and that causes very poor performance. Because of this we don't support running Firefox mobile on the Milestone.
To set up sync you need to create a sync account on desktop Firefox. Then on the mobile device press the connect to sync and then go to desktop Firefox and enter the Sync code.

My Time Capsule suddenly stopped working, and i can not even mount it anymore. When i ask for a backup, the time machine keeps looking for a disk with no success.
I tried all the FAQs suggestions:
1) I change the name of the disk using Airport Utility;
2) I updated it using Airport Utility.
Now i can not even try to erase the disk because after to update it, the disk in not listed anymore.
Now i can just read a "internal disk needs repair" message. that wasn't there before, having in mind that the first response was "there is no space at the disk for a backup".
What can i do?The TC has a fault..
Power it down and let it cool off overnight. Power it on again the next morning and check if it works.. no luck factory reset.. do all the tests quickly as you have 10-20min before the Temp rises to kill it again.
No luck it is dead.. give us the actual model number.. A1xxx from the base.
How old is it?? Beyond 3years they do become dodgy.
