Thanks for that 'sberman' - because my iPhone is backed-up to my work computer (only at this stage) I have had to call our IT Department in Adleaide. (4 times this morning). The last guy managed to get the phone into 'DFU Mode' - no more recovery mode screen - (kind of 'asleep' perhaps) from my understanding of same. I am awaiting a call again from IT so they can get my computer to actually recognise my iPhone on the C Drive. This also happened to one of my colleagues in Newman (WA). She got so frustrated with the whole process that she bought another phone the next time she was in 'civilisation.' She hasn't had any problems since. (Cross fingers).

Am trying to upgrade iPad 2 to 6.1.2 and it shows error like "Unable to verify Update" you are no longer connected to the internet. But am connect to my wi-fi. Can somebody throw some light on this.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
Then try again. -
So I downloaded acrobat XI Standard from the Adobe website, when I go to install it, it says "Adobe XI Pro" at the top left corner. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I have a volume license for XI Std. so I would like to use the Std. version.

when registering my iphone on itunes the message - the sim card insertedin this iphone does not appear to be supported - can anyone shed some light on this and tell me a way around this problem? the phone itself is an english phone and tried to register with a spanish sim and that message appeard, so i tried with my iphone sim which is english and the same message appeared!
thanksIs the English sim from the original carrier as that is usually the message you get with a carrier locked phone.

Ever since my last update I have been unable to add songs from my i tunes library onto my i phone. The "add to" button does not appear for me when I connect my i phone. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Can anyone put some light on this issue.
When transferring PO idocs from R/3 to the middleware, some idocs doesn't reach the destination due to one buyers address segment not getting populated.
Since this segment contains the address where it needs to to sent is missing, the idocs does not reach the concerned place.
But when the output is repeated, this segment gets filled up and idocs correctly reach the destination
In the program this segment is populated on the following condition.
The address number from the table T001W should match with the address number from the table ADRC..
if sy-sucrc eq 0, the segment gets populated else it does not.
But when the output is repeated in the PO, the sy-sucrc becomes zero again.
I don't understand the connection between when the output is repeated and the above condition.
How the above condition is getting successful when the output is repeated..
Can anyone put some light on this issue.I have one customized field 'ZCOORNAME' in the DS 2LIS_05_Q0NOTIF. I have changed this field in Tcode- QM02 and checked the changes in TCODE - LBWQ (Extraction Queue) and I got the Changed entry but now when i am trigerring the V3 Job, these changes are not getting populated in RSA7 (Delta Queue).
For standard field changes, it is capturing delta properly, the problem is with only customized fileds..Can anyone put some light on this issue ....

he customer exit is hit before the entries are populated in extraction queue. Actually, when the transaction is done, the changes are written to database table and at the same time into the extraction queue. Just before going to extraction queue, the custom fields get populated in customer exit. -

Since upgrading to Presenter 7 I have experienced a lot of compatability issues with the pulg-in.
Recently Presenter 7 got into an error loop with PPT and so I decided to un/re-install, but rec'd this error: Error 1905:Module C:\Program Files\Adobe\Presenter 7 Atldb.dll failed to unregister HResult - 2147220472. I cannot find this file.
Now I cannot get the plug-in working again...each time I activate the plug-in I get a 'serious error' message from PPT and it asks me to de-activate, and so it goes in a loop. I have re-installed XP, Office 2003 and Presnter 7 with no beneficial effect....any clues on this problem?Hi 23Orchard,

We are having problems running two iPhones. When a setting is changed on one one it changed the other.
Hey I know I'm new, but I'm running 3 iPhones and an iPad all using my one apple id, I've never had any problems with the setting's syncing between them. Why would they need a whole new apple id? Can they not just change the cloud settings on the individual phones so that they don't sync? That's what I did, I sync my phone with my PC and my wife's phone & iPad sync to the cloud for most things. before I made these changes she was getting my calender notifications but everything else was working perfectly and still does.
I personally don't think you need a new apple id, maybe the phones need to be named differently, and cloud settings need to be adjusted to your personal needs.
I like having everything under the same id, since I can purchase apps for all my devices and we share the photo stream between all devices so I get to check out pictures she takes with the kids while i'm at work and vice versa. Also love being able to use findmyiPhone to track her location (and vice versa).
Sorry if I'm stepping on your toes Eric, but I just think that there is a better solution for the OP than creating a whole new apple id. -
I am having trouble with the Jpeg icons and also now thumbnails not being visable in bith teh Apple finder and now also Adobe Bridge. Can anyone shed any light on this ?
Argh - once again, I find my solution right after posting this. Left out one modification to the SWIG script, now it runs in 29 seconds vs C 16 seconds, I can live with that.

I have been transfeing my DVD footage to I movie using handbreak and the spinning wheel of death has arrived and locked up I movie as I tried to import footage. The message says, "Optimizing movies, processing event DVD" but I can't get out of it.
Yes I held them down till the apple logo appears, then spinning wheel and repeated boot up process. I only knew it was going round in circles because the charging sound kept repeating every so many seconds.
I am downloading iOS.5.0.1 now to do a complete factory restore. I hope this works. I have been looking online for hours for fixes and I have very little batter on it as its been spinning for hours now.
Why do things like this happen? I am sat there watching tv and one minute the settings folder is there then its not! How does that happen? It just disappear? I hadn't moved it to another folder or deleted it, it just.... went!
