My Video APP has stopped working, NOTHING happens when I click on the APP I just see a black screen

hold down the power button and the home button until ipad turns off then press the power button to turn it back on, this should solve your problem and most other problems you encounter.

Try delete those songs using iTunes by de-selecting and sync. After that mark those songs and sync again.

Since the last update, I cannot attach a file to my email in MobileMe. It has always worked until the latest update. Now, nothing happens when you click on the paper clip icon and 'choose' the file to add.

Nothing happens when i click on the TV Shows category.

They're definitely in the right format, iTunes reads that they're there, and whenever i highlight "TV Shows", it shows the backgrounds of the shows hovering in the background. But when I click on the "TV Shows" category, nothing happens. Help?

What it may be is that you're videos are not tagged specifically has TV Shows, and they'll show up in the Movies instead of the TV Shows section. This was the problem I was having, and I fixed this by going in iTunes and...
- Right clicking on any given video and going to "Get Info"
- Changing to the second tab.
- Changing the selector on top from "Movies" to "TV Shows" and adding all the ancillary information.

The system (computer) requirements for Mavericks are posted on the web site. If your computer will handle it, you can update directly from OS X 10.7.
