My videos on iPhone 4 do not have audio but my voice memos do. Help!!
My recorded videos do not have audio. My voice memos have no issues. Anyone have suggestions??
make sure that you are not covering the mic on the bottom of the device and top (opposite of lock button) when recording a video.
Other than that, back up in iTunes and RESTORE firware for a clean slated version of the ISPW

H.264 video should be supported by your basic Snow Leopard operating system. The DVCPRO HD family of codecs is part of the Apple "Pro" codecs package which is normally installed as part of a "Pro" video editing suite installer or contemporaneously installed separately as part of one of the newer pro editing apps like FCPX. if you already have one of these pro suites or apps installed or available, then re-install the correct codec package that is missing. If not, you will need to purchase a Pro suite or app to be able to install the required codec package. -

In some Middle East countries, FaceTime is banned. If your phone originates from one of these countries, it does not have have FaceTime. This feature is permanently disabled in those phones.

My iPhone does not have Facetime on it. I've tried going into restrictions, but there's a passcode that doesn't seem to be one that I've used before. Is it possible to reset the phone and then just restore a portion of the old information? I've tried several pass codes and now am locked out for an hour after being locked out for 5 minutes and then 15 minutes. It said that I had tried 7 pass codes prior to these, but I don't remember ever trying to get into restrictions before.

When you have access to your iPhone again, FaceTime is a pre installed app that cannot be removed.

I purchased the new iPhone 4S tonight. Previously used the 3G. Synced the 3G, plugged in the new 4S and got message could new iPhone did not have 10.5 and to go to iTunes and download. Did that on both new 4S and made sure iTunes on Mac had 10.5. Tried again. Got same message. Cannot sync new 4S to iTunes and restore to move my photos and contacts to new 4S. What can I do?

Have audio but video is just a green screen
whenever i try and watch a video it will give me the audio but wont show the video it just comes up a green screen and thats it. please help!
Hi,
Try the following first.
Start a video playing.
Right click on the video ( green screen ) and select Settings.
Remove the tick from the box next to 'Enable Hardware Acceleration' and then click close.
Refresh the current page and see if the video now plays Ok.
If the above fails to correct the issue, try a clean installation of the flash plugin/ActiveX as follows.
First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
Flash Player Uninstaller.
When the download has completed, close all browser windows, open your Download folder and run the uninstaller. After this has completed, restart the notebook.
When windows has reloaded, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You may want to deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before downloading.
When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

-reset your network by going setting> general>reset>reset network setting
-toggle airplane mode on and off
-then back up your information and then restore as new.
-still no service then if your within your limited warranty apple can replace it for nothing if not it is 199$ for replacement
