My voice memos from my iPhone 5 to my iTunes won't sync

I'm trying to sync my voice memos from my iPhone 5 to my iTunes. I was on the phone when I initially connected my phone to my computer and the voice memos popped up then disappeared. Ever since then The 6 memos that disappeared will not sync. All memos before and after will. Please help

Settings, icloud, calendars to off keep on my phone.

What I was trying to do though was to mass delete the voice memos from the phone, and I was told that one can do that via iTunes. Problem is that when I do open iTunes, I am not able to locate a TAB thats says ON THIS IPHONE
I was told that one could click on this and then select multiple Voice Memos and delete this way.

In the Sync settings area of iTunes when the phone is connected, you check the Music area, and check off Voice Memos too. I'm not sure right now what the exact verbiage is but it is where you check off what music you want to sync.

How can I transfer voice memos from my iPhone 4 without syncing and having all music/video/audiobook content deleted from my phone?

I would like to be able to transfer several very long voice memos from my iPhone 4 to my PC. They are too long to email to myself. I manage music manually, so the phone doesn't sync automatically. I have also not checked off "include voice memos" in my music sync preferences because of a warning that pops up which suggests that I will lose all the music, video & audiobook content on my phone and that it will be replaced with all iTunes content. (Several of the audiobooks on my phone were transferred in directly from my library system's audiobook service & I will lose them permanently if they are wiped off the phone.) Is there a way around this? I am able to transfer photographs directly to my computer because my PC recognizes the iPhone as an external disk and I was able to locate the photo folder, but I have no idea of where to look for the voice memo folder in order to transfer them in the same manner. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What is making you feel that the voice memos are not syncing? Are you seeing a folder created in the Playlist area called Voice Memos? Some have reported this is not necessarily being created, but the voice memos are still located in the Music library. I'm not at my main computer right now, so I cannot see how they are listed in the music library, but I know they are there.

i plugged in my phone via usb to my computer and then i authorised the computer for the phone
and now, I want to transfer the voice memos from my phone to my computer so that I can listen to it there
however whenever i click sync it says that i've synced the phone with another computer and the only way to sync is to erase everything on my phone which obviously defeats the purpose of me transferring my voice memos to my comp.

How do I get voice memos off an iphone which hasn't yet been synced with my computer before?

I know that voice memos can usually be transferred to itunes by syncing my phone with itunes however the iphone I am using has never been plugged into my laptop. When I plug it in it gives me two options: to restore from a backup or to set up as a new phone. Both options mean wiping all the data currently on my iphone. The voice memos are a total of 3h30mins which I would rather not have to email to myself in 105 two minute clips! I know there is software available for extracting files from iphones onto PCs/macs but I'm not sure what will work with a phone that hasn't been recognized by the computer before. I have also in the past wasted almost $100 on an app (desperately trying to retrieve lost voice memos!) which did absolutely nothing, so I'd rather not waste my money buying an app unless I know it will definitely do what I want it to do. Syncing voice memos from multiple accounts to one iTunes library

I ran into an interesting one today. On the iMac at our house, we have 4 user accounts. All of them point to the same iTunes library (a shared directory that all can see). This has worked great so far, as we can all see all music, and updates are all there etc.
One of my daughters has been using the voice memo app to quickly record things she wants to keep. She has enough of them now she wants to make sure they get backed up. I searched the web and found that you can add syncing voice memos as an option in iTunes. However, my other daughter must also have that checked off, and now when we go into iTunes, we see Voice memos, but it's only from the one phone (i.e. it doesn't appear it will sync multiple phones to separate voice memo libraries or even to the same library).
Does anyone know if you can direct your voice memos to a specific library, or what other alternatives I might have? Ideally it would be automatic (like syncing) so that it's not something we forget to do.
