My weather gadget was working under 3.6.22. I upgraded to the latest level. didn't like it and reinstalled 3.6.22. Now firefox won't install the gadget saying not verified260 yet it was working

I was running 3.6.21 and auto upgrade took me to 3.6.22 my weather gadget from the uk met office was working. When Firefox came up it showed me V6.0.2. I installed it but as the weather gadget wasn't supported at this level I downgraded back to 3.6.22. I attempted to reinstall the gadget and firefox is stopping installation with the following message www.metoffice.gov.uk/gadgets/firefox/metoffice1.6xpi because signing could not be verified 260

OK. Got it figured out. Disabled my virus scanning software and the download worked perfectly. Should have thought of that before now.

IPhone 4updated today. Now it's restored and starting as new phone says backup from iTunes as luckily I'm hoping it backed up this morning. Now it won't do it as says not enough space on phine thither info came off the phone this am!! Help

That is perfectly normal with the new iPad. Your USB port does not supply enough power to charge the iPad. This is copied from Apple's web site about the iPad battery.

The above trace repeating all the time when I try to deploy.
Can any body tell whether is it a configuration problem or any application problem. Also on the same server another j2ee application is deploying successfully.

    Thanks Brandelik, actually the problem was coming because of java.lang.outOfMemory exception during compilation time.
     As of now I am not able to fix that problem. I am changing all the available options for memory settings.
    Anybody please help me how to set the memory parameters for deploying an application. My application needs minimum of -Xmx512m for deployment on oracle10g server.

I had the same issue after my recent update of iTunes. I didn't update Quicktime 'cuz I don't use it much (or at all). On another thread discussing the same issue, I saw that the Quicktime installation can affect iTunes. So I downloaded the latest Quicktime, installed, redooted - issue fixed (for now).

WLS 12.1.3 installation on Win Server 2012.
One cluster of two managed servers.
A web application has a ServletContextListener, used to create some EJB timers as soon as it gets deployed. The timers are clustered (their state is persisted in an Oracle DB).
When I restart the managed servers, I get the following exception:

Some viruses cause this behaviour.
usually they change registry path to userinit.exe, winlogon.exe and logonui.exe and change these filies.
Seems like you'll have to clean this by antivirus tools.
For now try booting in safe mode and entering Administrator account with blank password.
Also try pressing twice Ctrl+Alt+Del on logon screen and use logon name Administrator and blank password.

I was merely trying to take a document I had worked on and open it in pages, but it said my version was too old. When I updated, it wouldn't load. Now I cannot do anything. I hope that the reinstall fixes it without losing everything. Please advise!!! Yes, I am in panic mode.

I followed your help directions on "Corrupt extension files" under "Unable to install add-ons", foolishly deleting the files you told me to. Now firefox won't open. I tried reinstalling firefox but it still won't open. Now what do I do?

I was trying to install the SEOQuake add on. After clicking install Firefox would hang up saying the script had timed out and asking if I want to stop it or continue. Didn't matter which option I chose nothing would happen. The only way to stop it was to close Firefox and restart. Tried restarting the computer. Still wouldn't install. Tried installing the Outwit add on and got the same error leading me to conclude it was a problem with Firefox, not the add on. I found this help page <http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons?s=addons+won't+install&as=s> and did everything it told me to. Finally at the end I got to "Corrupt extension files". I foolishly deleted the files you told me to and now Firefox won't even start! I tried reinstalling Firefox and it still won't start. Tried restarting the computer. I have no idea how to get back to where I was let alone install the add ons I wanted to install. Please help. At this point I'd just be happy to be able to get Firefox working.

You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.<br />

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)<br />

THis suggestion also worked for my iphone! After a few warnings, the screen on my iPhone froze. there was no way to make phone calls or manage my iCloud storage or even turn it off. I deleted all the photos on my iphone, checked storage and nothing changed. So I purchased more storage, did the backup and still the screen remained frozen. To be sure, I checked that the new amount of storage was registered, it was but somehow my Mac showed the backup I had just performed (a couple of times) not having happened (it show the last one some 2 weeks before). Weird but I followed your suggestion (wish I had seen it before I purchased new storage) and Ta DAH!!! I'm back in business too. thanks!!

There should not be any reason you cannot download it, unless you are referring to not having a link in your account for it.

My weather gadget was working under 3.6.22. I upgraded to the latest level. didn't like it and reinstalled 3.6.22. Now firefox won't install the gadget saying not verified260 yet it was working
