My wife deleted my bookmarks, is there a way to recover them

Ok so my wife and I share an apple ID. We share it on the both Iphones and both Mac Book Pro's. She ws on her computer today and deleted all the bookmarks that weren't hers. So when i fire up my Mac Book none of my bookmarks are there. Please tell me there is a way to recover them. Please help.

My bookmarks disappeared after restoring from a backup to a new iPhone 5 through iTunes. (I got my old one replaced when a button stopped working). I figured something with the restore got messed up, and I just went ahead and started to recover deleted bookmark of iPhone from scratch. But a few days later they all disappeared again.
I tried all of the prescribed remedies with no luck.
-I tried killing the safari app.
-I tried killing ALL of the running apps.
-I tried turning off/on the iPhone.
-I tried a hard restart.
No luck.
So after basically giving up, I decided to turn on iCloud backup for Safari so that if this happened again, I could at least hopefully retrieve my bookmarks from iCloud with the help of iPhone Data Recovery.
After doing this, all of my bookmarks that I had on my OLD phone before restoring to the new one reappeared. :-D
So I don't know if this maybe all had to do with the iCould setting on the new phone being set incorrectly by the Genius at the Apple store, or if it's just a weird bug, or what. But turning on iCloud backup for Safari worked for me in restoring my bookmarks.

If they are still in your trash click on the trash icon in the dock and drag the ringtones back into iTunes

You are taking about a folder that got destroyed when you updated.
Tap and hold down on an icon unti it wiggles, then drag that icon onto another icon and that creates a folder. You can move other apps into that folder. When you are done organizing and naming the folder, tap the home button.
When you created the folder it was automatically named utilities by the iOS becuse of the apps that were stored inside of it.

Sorry, unless she backup up the new phone before or is using iCloud to save the photos, the photos are gone.

To restore from a back up made through iTunes, follow these instructions.
To restore from a back up made through iCloud, try the following:
The difficulty in restoring iCloud data from a back up is that the back up is older than the current version on iCloud and anything that is restored gets removed again when an iCloud sync occurs.
Ensure the device is connected to your local network.
Start the restore from iCloud back up.
Allow the devices settings to restore (watch for the confirmation of completion).
As the apps begin to restore pull the connection to your router WAN port (the one that goes to the telephone point).
Wait for the time out confirmation.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn off contact syncing (keep contacts when prompted).
Reconnect the router to the internet and let the restore process complete.
Delete any iCloud contacts from iCloud.com on a computer.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn on contact syncing (merge contacts when prompted).
May I suggest that you carry out a back up to iTunes before you try anything, that way should things become even worse, you can at least restore back to where you are now.

I choose Windows 7 instead of Windows Vista.
After reinstalling Firefox, i saw that i lost all the (so vital) bookmarks !

Also to add to what Ana said, if you've been importing http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 to your computer as you would a digital camera. Then you can sync http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236 them back to your phone using iTunes.

Camera roll photos are included in the backup. Restoring to the entire backup should recover the photos.

If you have an iCloud or iTunes backup which contains the bookmarks you could restore to that. If not, the bookmarks are gone.
