I did ask this question before, it appears that you answer only the questions you want to answer as your customer appear to not know what they are talking about with regards to your SERVICE, as we are using it and having the issues.

I hate the new 4 firefox how can I go back to the one right before?
I dont like the new 4 I wont to go back to the upgrade I had right before the 4. My add ons wont work Like yoono and my Norton tool bar wont work and I cant delete my history and I just find it harder to use. Please help!!! Then download this and use to replace icon, you need to load your FF application, change appropriate icons, and save. FF can not be running when you save.

All sorted! dont suppose you know how to fix another problem I have??? for weeks now, since updating to ios5 I think, for some reason every time I have tried to log onto app store it says CANNOT CONNECT TO ITUNES STORE. It's nothing to do with my computer, and I've been to the Geniius bar but they couldnt help and nothing I seem to do lets me update my Apps and even worse, I cant even buy any more. Any suggestions?

Since upgrading to 8.0 I can no longer print from Mapquest Classic. It's not a Mapquest problem it's a Firefox problem as I am able to print using IE. I haven't encountered any other sites problems yet but I'm sure it's to come if I don't get this fixed. I need to be able to print. How can I fix this?
I also do not like the new layout. How can I go back to my previous version?What precisely do you mean by deleting the podcast app from both the phone and Mac? I have deleted the podcast app from my phone but on my Mac in iTunes->iPhone->Apps it shows up albeit with a button labelled "Install". I've resynced 3 times and when I try to access my Podcast playlist in the Music app, I still get a message telling me that podcasts have moved to the Podcast app. I'm really sick of some of the changes Apple has made to their software.

Before i downloaded your firefox 8.0.1, I used firefox to 'save as' the ''Unrealized gain/loss page'' from a brokerage account, - for my ongoing historical financial records file (safari doesn't work for this site).
On the Unrealized gain/loss page, there is a '+' symbol (in front of each stock owned) that one needs to 'clic' on (turns to a -) to see the various dates (and financial data) when you purchased different lots of the same stock. (say, ''IBM''; purchased IBM shares on 21-10-'11, 100 shares, @ $147, current price @ $180, gain of $33/share, total gain $3,300 / 10-14-'11 purchased 200 IBM shares, @ $191, current price @ $180, loss of $11/share, total loss $2200 / - and so on for however many individual 'lots' one has of that particular stock. ). This information is very important to me, and now i can not 'save' it.
- So I want to know how I 'fix' this - or - how I can go back to the earlier version, that did work.To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

My hard drive crashed and nothing recoverable, local Apple Store installed a new drive. How can I go back and download the apps I had purchased for my previous configuration, for instance Lion 10.7, and Photoshop Elements 10?
A blank drive needs to be formatted first, you do that hold c boot (or hold option key boot) from the 10.6 install disk (or Lion USB)

I just installed Photoshop CS5 on a new Mac . On my older Mac I saw in Bridge on the above right sight of a miniature, a kind of aperture sign so that you know the RAW photo was treat.

All your iTunes information such as playlists, ratings, etc. are in a file on your computer, not in the Apple Store. Typically when you move computers you copy the whole iTunes folder and everything it contains to the new computer. Moving media files can be done with a drive, or by Home Sharing. You can also redownload media but let's say somebody desiced Apple may no longer sell a certain album; it cannot be downloaded again but if you already have it on a computer you can move your copy of the file.
5 authorizations: Some households have multiple computers. If you want ot use one with an account it has to be authroized. It means you can use any computer in the house to make purchaes, etc.

Your WiFi/Bluetooth chip has failed. Bring the phone (and $199 if outside the warranty period) to Apple for replaceement.

How do I go back to an earlier version of I-tunes?
My I-tunes hasn't worked since August and apparently its my fault, despite everything working fine until the update in August. No solution offered on these boards has worked at all.

I used to be able to export (not import) my bookmarks to my computer in case of crash. The new version (4) doesn't seem to have the feature or else I can't locate it. Your instructions on your help menus are out of date and don't correlate to your new version. Please tell me how to back up my bookmarks in Firefox 4. Thank you.
The instructions will refer to selecting the "Organize Bookmarks" item in the Bookmarks menu, this is now called "Show All Bookmarks", the rest of the instructions will be the same.

New IE 10 always wants to open "Meet your new Browser? How can I stop it?
On a Win 7 64 bit PC I just installed IE 10. Now every time I open IE it opens msn.com AND "Meet your new Browser" in two windows. Checking Internet Options, home page ONLY lists msn.
How can I stop "Meet your new Browser"?For those who DON'T have Prevent performance of First Run Customize Settings in Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc), here's another method to disable the "Meet your new browser" website.
If you Group Policy Editor open then just close it, also close Internet Explorer if you have it open and go to
Start and where it says "Search Programs and Files" type regedit and hit enter. Registry Editor should open up and from there navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main.
NOTE: Some of you might not find Internet Explorer and/or Main folder at all, if you don't find one, then create one by right clicking on Microsoft
go to New, click on Key, Name the folder
Internet Explorer then right click on Internet Explorer
go to New, click on Key Name the folder
Main.
Now on the right side of Registry Editor right click,
go to New, click on DWORD (32-bit) Value and Name it
DisableFirstRunCustomize and then click on it again and set
Value Data to 1 and click
ok and close Registry Editor.
Unfortunately, as usual, this does nothing to solve the problem. Do you suggest switching to Linux or a Mac? -
Ever since I upgraded my Firefox to 4.01.1, everthing loads much, much slower.......I can go make a coffee while the page loads. Sometimes, it is soooooooooo slow, that it times out and I have to start all over again. Even when I sign on and load google, sometimes it takes forever.
I also do not like the toolbar at the top. It's grey and hard to read, what is wrong with white?
Can I revert back to the earlier version of Firefox? It worked much better. I use ancestry.com a lot and they even recommend a 3.??? version of Firefox.
Anything is better, so I don't have to sit and wait and wait and wait.Thank you, Zenos. I tried rolling back to v31.2.0, since I had not encountered problems prior to December. However, that didn't help. So I followed your valuable suggestion to revert to v24.6; that seems to have done the trick.
I would like to mark this problem as "Solved" -- the rollback seems to have worked. However, since my original post was a complex mix of things, before I do that, should I post the individual problem sets that I had noted (address fields/nicknames problems -- numbers 1-3; default font problem -- number 4; attachment reminder problem -- number 5) as separate issues which have not been solved?
Do you know if these various issues are being worked on? I'm glad to have the temporary fix of rolling back to an earlier version, but I'd like to get back on the current update schedule at some point if and when these problems have been corrected.
