Hello, when our phones were purchased the wife set up both to her itunes account, We have since set up 2 laptops, and now have setup my own itunes account on that laptop. How do I change the phone account to match, Do I loose data? at the moment there are no apps or music or docs, but I dont want to loose messages, or contacts. We have turned of auto sync on itunes on the laptop. So I need to backup the phone, then do a ios upgrade to the phone as I am on v6.1.3 The wifes is all up to date on her laptop, but mine is so far behind and I am nervous about taking the next step. Please describe step by step.

Do you mean iTunes library?
iTunes account is what you use to make iTunes purcahses.
iTunes library is what is on your computer.
It says my phone can only be set up woth one itunes account. How do I remove the previous account?
No, it tells you it can only be sync'd with one iTunes library.
Simplest way is to copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder (thisis the iTunes library) from old computer to new computer.

Do you have an installed email program such as Microsoft Outlook? If your email is through an online login, such as Gmail, etc, then one will have to create an email association with a program such as Microsoft Outlook on the PC for this Scan to Email system to function.

If the music is in your music file or on an external hard drive (windows) then, on iTunes, go to file>add to library and then choose what you want to add. Then sync music to your iPhone and your done.

The app store on my laptop is asking for my husband's apple id and password to update my apps, but he is not a user on my computer. How do I change that? The apple id email is grayed out, so I cannot select it.

How do I get my ringtones back on my phone?
I lost my ringtones from my phone when I upgraded to iOS 6 on my iPhone 4. The ringtones are still on my computer and play in iTunes, but they won't re-transfer back to the phone. I'm using the correct iTunes account on both my computer and phone. In the iPhone view of iTunes on my computer, it shows that my phone recognizes that I had those ringtones, but there is an exclamation mark showing that my phone can't find the files. I can't delete these "placeholders" from my phone with the hopes of re-transfering the files back to the phone, either. I cannot just simply re-transfer the files from my computer back to the phone. It won't let me using the regular synch options and I can't find anything in the menus of iTunes to help me out either.

All apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account that was used to download the apps. You can't transfer apps downloaded with one account to another account or merge accounts.

Select the movie to sync (click in box next to the name) in the movies tab in iTunes while your iPad is connected to your computer, with iTunes running and then sync the movie to the iPad.
Make sure you are using the correct iTunes account when you sync as well and that you have authorized your computer. -
Can i downgrade form 10.8.2 to 10.8 with out loosing data?
I recently got a new macbook bro and logic pro and i have a M-Audio profire 2626. Apparently M-Audio has not made a driver update that will work with 10.8.2. Its it possible to downgrade to 10.8 since that is the most recent os that will work with m-audio. Also, will i loose all my data if i can do so? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

a) Talking in general for a moment, rather than for this specific OP and Mac, you had replied that it was not "easy or practical to downgrade to v10.8.0".
It is NOT sufficient to simply work from the Recovery partition, which will be "up to date".
If however, you make a copy of the OS installer application as soon as you download it, or possibly make an installer USB key or a DVD from it, it absolutely is (again, generally) possible to downgrade an OS from, for example, OSX 10.7.4, to OSX 10.7.0. (or similarly with Mountain Lion) without the need for a disk erase.
I just carried out the process before I posted. With some forethought, or resourcefuness, it is "easy and practical", if slightly time-consuming.

I suggest that you give it a try.
As I posted earlier, it is NOT possible to 'roll back' to a completely different OS (M Lion back to Lion for example) this way. One would need to wipe and re-install.
b) Returning to the OP's specific situation:
I also posted that there might be issues with a new Mac not being compatible with an earlier M Lion version.
It may well depend on the specific version that the new Mac came installed with, and i) will the Mac actually run with an earlier OS, and ii) if the OP has access to a copy of the original (earlier) OS.
I do have a fairly recent MBP that shipped with M Lion, but do not have the time to actually try rolling back it's OS to v10.8.0 to test if it will run.
It may not, of course, solve any of the primary issues for the OP and MAudio kit, as has already been pointed out.

OK , so i have a word document which i wanted to import into robohelp 8.02. but when I import it, all the text comes in ok, with formatting, but all the images are left out. the only images that are imported are the bullet points images that I used in word. Please help.

Apple TV is on and working. Can't download a movie because it asks for an old charge card that has been discontinued. When I went into my account, all is accurate. But it is not accurate on Apple TV. How do I fix this?
Try logging out of your account on Apple TV and signing back again.
