My wifi works fine but all the apps that require Internet don't load
i can get on the AppStore and safari but I can't get on YouTube Facebook multiplayer games ect.
Does the iOS device connect to other networks successfully?
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

You probably have a 1G iPod. See here:

The 1G can go as far as 3.1.3. You can purchase that update here. You may have to use another browser to get the sublink to work correctly.

Safari working fine, as are game apps that require internet connection.
I can not get AppStore, YouTube app, Facebook app or twitter app to load anything as 'network service error" comes up.
I have the latest update 7.2 and have tried resetting network settings, anyone else have this problem?! How do I fix it?I did try that one. But for some reason it still does not help. The strange thing stays that I can acces Twitter and other Apps. But still nos Safari/App Store. Only when I am on Wi-Fi.

My MacBook Pro will not connect to my home wifi but will connect everywhere else. My other Apple devices (I-pad, I-touch, another MacBook Pro) connect to the router without problems. It was working fine but all of a sudden stopped working.Thanks!
try this.
get back into your router's settings and start deleting devices that are not connected to your router.
you can also delete the ones that are connected - they'll connect again.
on the DHCP side of it, increase the amount of users that can connect/log in to your router.
see if that sorts it out for you.

I just installed ios7 on my iPhone 4s. It seems to be working fine but all of the apps I had previously installed are gone. They show up in my app store as purchased, but the shortcuts are gone. Does anyone know how to get the shortcuts back? Thanks!
I updated via my iPhone 4s. The apps were on my iPhone 4s. That's all the information that I have. The update to ios7 seems to have gone smoothly - everything else is working, phone texting, email, internet, etc. But all of the apps I had installed over the past year are no longer showing up as shortcuts. No facebook, no twitter, no espn, etc. They are all still listed in my app store as purchased, but the shortcuts and my folders are gone. Thanks.

Being connected to your wifi network is one thing. Being connected to the internet is another thing.
Try rebooting the router. Just pull the power for a few seconds. No settings get lost. -
Suddenly the apps I downloaded won't work. The screen "blinks" for a second as if the app is loading, and then returns to the home screen. All the apps that came with the iPod seem to be working fine. How to get them all working again?
First try a hard reset. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If still no luck, try downloading another free app from the App Store.

Lastly, try to restore the iPod from a previous backup or restoring it to factory settings.

I click File>Print. Whether I open pdf in Preview, save to pdf, or just print, I get this error. The first page is fine, but all the rest are shifted up and to the right and magnified.
I've never been able to print out a multi-page document on Firefox with my new computer. I can copy/paste the address to Safari (gross) and it prints just fine, either to pdf or to a hard copy.
Save me from having to use Safari!Making sure the fonts were embedded helped some, but it's still hit and miss. Sometimes I'm still missing pieces. One workaround I have found that works is just print one page without security to PDF, and then go back and replace the bad page(s) with them. So it will print properly, just not all the time. I have a copy of a word page and then what acrobat did to it. I just need to figure out how to post it here.

Update to iOS 5 (iPad 2 and 3 will be updated to iOS6 right now). Over-the-ir feature was introduced in iOS 5. Plug on your iPad, open up iTunes into the iPad's Summary page, and iTunes should detect an iOS update.

Thank you so muchIf you want seperate accounts for managing apps and purchasing content, basically yes, you need two account and would need to repurchase. However, if you just want seperate ID for iMessgae, icloud and such, you can do that and still continue sharing the same Id for apps and itunes.

I am having a problem with Internet on my ipad, I am connected to my WIFI and am receiving emails but any App that requires internet connection will not work, this includes Safari. Everything worked fine until yesterday.
I too, am having this problem. I have the new iPad. I have a full strength wifi signal (currently at home and with my personal hotspot) but apps that need the internet including google chrome and safari do not search. Safari says "safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding." other apps just spin like it is searching for a signal or something. Frustrating, because it was working, it seems to have taken this route after uploading some new apps, but can't pinpoint. Help! Please!

Maybe I imagined it, but I could have sworn that holding down the home button and sleep button at the same time until the slider icon appears at the top of the screen, and then engaging the slider icon, completely shuts down your iPhone and also removes all the apps that have accumulated in the multitasking bar. But, that does not work anymore on my iPhone 4S running iOS 5.0.1 (9A405). The iPhone shuts down, but the apps in the multitasking bar remain after you turn the phone back on. Did I imagine this feature in the past, or has something happened that no longer enables this functionality? Closing all those open apps in the multitasking bar one at a time is a PIA.
