I am Zhaoguang Chang. At Canadian Boxing day in 2011, I bought Acer laptop. The operation syatem is windows 7. I like it very much. But recently my computer met some problems with virus. The internet explorer run very slowly. Now it can not run. In addition,
it always pop up another windows suddenly, The problem affect my work and life. Can you tell me how do I
solve it? If I install the windows 7, how do I do? Can I download windows 7 without any fee? Because my computer use copyright software when I bought my Acer computer. Or can you suggest me to use the anti virus? Thank you very much!

1)First, identify the virus by name by running your antivirus program. If you don't have an antivirus program or if your program doesn't detect the virus, you might still be able to identify it by looking for clues about how it behaves. Write down the words

We had a hp scanjet 4400c that used Precision 3.1 Software and it could save a scan as Black & White Scalable. It was perfect for our Engraver until the scanner went bad. Our 4570c doesn't have an option for that. Help !

Transferring photos and video from iPhone 5S camera roll to windows folder, some files corrupt. Why?

I back up all my photos and videos to my external hard drive every month or so in order to free up space in my phone.
Now some folders once are transferred in windows contain some videos with jpeg extension in the file name and some photos with .avi extension too, as seen on the picture below.. Also I try to move files around in the folder and they freeze the computer resulting in a windows desktop reset. Any clues on what am I doing wrong so I can protect all my files for good?

You can't transfer the photos and Videos into iTunes. You have to import them to your computer. It is a fairly easy process. This article explains it all for you.

I came across this error in the roboEngine error log:

I also have a whole bunch of errors relating to older
projects that no longer exist:

Hi Cam. Not sure about the "sail library" error. You may have
to report this to Adobe Tech Support. The older error messages you
can ignore if they are no longer happening and the projects no
longer exist. You can also delete the older data in line with your
other post.

i just wanted to know some names of some viruses which infect n-series. and what effect they have on ur phone.

So far the previous viruses such as Com Warrior and Cabir onnly affected Series 60 2nd edition handsets, They were designed to attack thos software platforms and so should have little or no effect at all on Series 60 3rd ecition.
Phones such as the N90-1 and N70-1 and the N72-1 can still be affected as they still run on 2nd edition software. All other N-Series handsets are running 3rd edition.
The viruses can send messaegs by themselves, in some cases pornographic messages. Other viruses drain power by running complex applications in the backround the whole time making the battery last for a few hours. It all depends on the strain of virus and which version of it you got as they all mutated from simple insignificant ones to "phone threating" ones that could kill your phone completely.

It's a scam. They are trying to make you buy something you don't need.
Currently there's no known virus affecting iPad; that is if you do not Jailbreak iPad.

Some Virus in Phone memory

There was some virus in phone memory, when I switch on the phone there comes an error and then I can not operate the phone. Then I need to take the battery out as it does not even get switched off. Then what I did is switched on the phone and before that error came, went to memory option in tools and took back up of the phone memory on the memory card. Then dialed *#7370# to format the phone. and then used the phone with original settings and it worked perfectly fine. Now if I restore the phone memory from the memory card, the same error starts coming and I have repeated the same process and format the phone. To my understanding the there is some virus the phone memory if is right now in the memory card as backup. So please advice me how to get rid of the virus and restore the phone memory as it is really important for me.

I tried to restore the backup of the phone memory and took the battery out before the restoring was completed and tried whether that worked and it actually worked. I deleted the extra softwares I installed and I did not get the same error again which I was getting on the start. The error was " Unable to start lbtrackerobs. Application need to be removed". I also deleted the phone back up(after restoring it) from the FEXPLORER. Then created a new backup on the card. It is working fine now with the phone mmory and the card memory. However, I am facing one problem that is I am unable to view some messages which are stored in the phone memory ( if I change the msgs used to phone memory from the message settings) Please tell if something can be done about it.

Sometimes syncing will have problems with very large video files like this. I'm not sure you will be able to overcome this, but if the videos are important enough you may consider purchasing 3rd party software such as Touch Copy to transfer them.

1000 undelivered mailwarnings: Have I got some virus?

When I opened mail this I received over 1000 undelivered mail warnings. It's going on like that since yesterday evening. Some of the returned mails contain a file called " Re:hi.eml " and a .png file with some farmaceutical advertising on it ( Soma, Xanax, Meridia, Viagra, Calis...); Have I got some virus?

No, your Mac does not have a virus.
Unless you actually sent those messages, a spammer has spoofed your real email address as sender or reply to and you are getting the bounces. Tell your ISP what's happening, so you mailbox doesn't get full and you don't get blacklisted.

Has anyone written any applications that launched windows updates or virus scan updates using LabVIEW? I am kinda looking to write and application to maintain a system and manage all aspects of keeping the system healthy. Thanks for your help.

CAU update is for window update instead of Exchange update, so CAU will not work for Exchange.
The following steps updated Exchange server 2013:
Preparing AD is the first step:
Insert Exchangfe Server 2013 CU image on DC server and use setup.exe /PrepareSchema /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms command to prepare AD shcema
Then use Setup /PrepareAD /Organizationname:XXX /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms command to prepare AD
Upgrading Exchange Server 2013 mailbox role is the second step:
With the DAG, we firstly find PAM(Primary Active Manager) role using
Get-DataBaseAvailabilityGroup <DAG name> -status | Format-List PrimaryActiveManager
command;
Then we move all active database to PAM server and use Set-MailboxServer –DatabaseCopeAutoActivationPolicy:Blocked
to prevent database move to target mailbox node;
Now we could install CU on non-PAM mailbox node, we will restart Exchange server after installation was finished;
After restarting server, we use Set-MailboxServer -DatabaseCopyAutoActivationPolicy:Unrestricted command to unrestricted this node;
Then we move all database from PAM node to new version mailbox server node;
We followed step 2 to step 4 to upgrade another DAG node.
Upgrading Exchange server 2013 CAS role is third step:
This step is no additional explanations, insert Exchange Server 2013 CU image on CAS server, click
Setup.exe to upgrade, when it finished, we can see the result, and do not forget restart this server.
The last step is upgrading Exchange Server 2013 management console:
This step is no additional explanations, we insert Exchange Server 2013 CU image on remote console server, click Setup.exe to upgrade, when it finished, we do not forget restart this server
Notice: we suggest Window update is prior to Exchange update.
