My Ipad2 won't pair up with my apple wireless keyboard. It shows it's available to be paried, but when I try to type the 4 number code and press enter, nothing happens and finally the bluetooth search times out. Anyone with suggestions?
I realize this is an old post, however I had the same problem (Apple 2009 Aluminum BlueTooth keyboard and iPad 2). I kept getting the "Pairing Unsuccessful" message. Here's what worked for me:
1. Turn off the keyboard by holding down the power button until the green light turns off.
2. I power cycled the iPad by holding the sleep/wake and home button until the screen went to black, and turned it on again. (Not sure if this was necessary, but I figure it couldn't hurt.)
3. Holding the keyboard in my lap, I pressed AND HELD the power button in through the next few steps. (DO NOT LET GO UNTIL I SAY SO)
4. At this point, I got the message on the iPad to type the code. YESSSSSSSSS!
5. STILL CONTINUING TO hold in the power button, I keyed in the code and pressed return.
6. Next thing I saw was:
Bluetooth (ON ( ))
Devices
Apple Wireless Keyboard ----------------------------------------- Connected (>)
7. That's it. You can let go of the power button now.
Hope this helps, I thought I'd post this in case anyone else was having similar problems.

Installed the update tonight and now my phone (Lumia 928) won't power up. I've tried a soft reset, but the screen goes from the Nokia logo to a red Verizon screen to a black screen. Tried it 10 times with the same result. What's wrong and how do I fix it? Help!

I can see if we can get your phone back on! I understand how important it is to have a phone. Have you tried this to see if we can get it back on? http://vz.to/1DZhteH . If it is still goes to a red Verizon screen and then to black we might need to do a master reset. Ihave always used my Logic Pro 7 program with a MIDI keyboard for note entry. I do not presently have a MIDI keyboard and wish to use my computer keyboard for note entry. I know this is possible but cannot recall the command to set that up. Can anyone refresh my memory? I know that on Garageband on just need to go to view - musical typing but that is not the command in Logic Pro.

My iPhone 4s didn't do it until the latest update so imnpretty sure it's on the apple server some sort of bug maybe? Not sure. But whatever it is I really would like to download apps. It won't let me download any apps and my phone is brand new.

You said you updated yur 1G iPod to 4.2.1. A 1G can only go to 3.1.3 and thus you must have jailbroken it to get to 4.2.1 and that can cause problems.

I have a lock rotation next ti my battery on my iPad 2 and it won't change from landscape and I tried to reset it but nothing and I tried from lock rotation to mute but nothing and I don't no what to do now. Can u help me plz?
With Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to 'Lock Rotation' have you then moved the switch on the right-hand side of the iPad above the volume control 'off' ?
Or with the switch set to control 'notification mute' you should be able to unlock rotation via the far left of the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. my 5th generation ipod won't sync anymore to my PowerMac G4. It worked fine, but when I installed a new hard drive it won't work anymore. I've re-installed iTunes, the latest version for Tiger, I've reset and restored my iPod. The ipod shows up fine in the source banner and I can transfer files to it, however when I unplug the iPod the files are not there.
Maybe try to repair the iPod's HD using Disk Utility located in the Applications -> Utilities folder. If that doesn't help, try a low level reformat of the drive using the same application. Make sure you choose Mac OS X Extended (Journaled) as the file system format.

Uhless this program will get the iPod out of recovery mode you will have to restore via iTunes.

My iphone 4 was stolen and I now have a replacement. Luckily my music was stored on an external hard drive and when I transferred it to itunes it came up as previous library. I've been trying to sync it to my new phone but it's not working. All my apps etc have synced but the music won't. What can I do?

When I try to download the windows support software it is coming up with an error message saying I am not connected to the internet but having checked the network diagnostics several times I am definitely connected but it still won't work. Any ideas?
I get a problem like yours. I have a mac mini with 2 hdds the server and hd2 I installed windows 7 and the windows works fine. except it will not allow me to get on the net. I get error 651. I can boot back to lion and the internet connection works. I googled and error 651 does seem to show up. I would like a work around.

Running Lightroom 6 on Windows machine (after having upgraded from LR5... While attempting to add or change music in the Slideshow module, LR unexpectedly quits.
