My wireless cuts on my ipad 2-

I got a new internet plan to my home. After i connect my ipad 2 to the wireless network and use skype for about 10-15 minutes the wireless network cuts. I thoght the problem was from the router but i tried my iphone 4 for several hours and it works fine. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

How far away from the router are you? You may need to get closer.
Look at iOS Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections  http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1398
Additional things to try.
Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
On your iPad go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings and see if that enables you to connect.
If none of the above suggestions work, look at this link.

  • Home wireless is interrupted by iPad 2?

I do not have a problem connecting to wireless networks with my iPad 2 anywhere, except my own wireless network.  Every other device, including an iPhone, connects to my home wireless without a problem, but when I select my home network with my ipad, the internet stops working for every device, including my desktop computer and the iPad.  The wireless signal appears to be full, but it doesn't  connect.  I figure it is sharing some signal it shouldn't share with my wireless router, and I've spent several hours trying to remedy this, changing channels on the wireless router, and experimenting with other settings, to no avail.  I haven't been able to find someone else with this exact problem so far, any suggestions?

I looked to the client list of devices on the router with their IP and MAC addresses, and my iPad was included in that list. So I went to advanced settings and found that IP address was under a static DHCP table, so I removed it from that. It seemed like it was going to work for a moment because the google page loaded while the wireless appeared to be on, (and my speakers buzzed a little when the wireless signal interacted with them) but now I am thinking it was loading using my edge network (I don't pick up 3G where I live) and the "E" just hadn't appeared yet. It switched itself over to edge network, then back to wireless, and now it is isn't loading anything.  It doesn't say "not connected", but just spins on a white screen.  I have reset my router by pulling the power several times while trying to fix this issue in the past, and I reset it again after making these changes just now. I also restarted my ipad.

If your printer is not an AirPrint compatible printer, there are third party printer apps in the App Store that you can purchase and install.
    iPad printing apps.

You can also use your computer as the print server for your printer.

You printer manufacturer may also have their own printing app.
Do a little research. We all did some research. That's how we came up with all of this information.

  • Can't print to HP LaserJet Prof. P1102w_1 wireless printer with my iPad.

I cannot print to HP LaserJet Prof. P1102w_1 wireless printer with my iPad although it appears that this is a compatible printer.  My computer prints to this printer.  All other components of my wireless options and router are working.

    Hi,
Did you updated the printer firmware?
The P1102w only support AirPrint with the latest firmware, not with the version shipped with the device.

I have a wireless keyboard for my ipad and it says to charge it connect it to my pc.  can i charge it by connecting it to my ipad?

No. The iPad's port won't put out enough power. You could probably plug your keyboard into your iPad charger and charge it that way, but it won't charge off the iPad.

I purchased a wireless keyboard for my iPad a week ago and now the keypad doesn't pop up when I want to type anything.

Have you tried to go into bluetooth and telling it to forget your keyboard?
Drastic but might enable you to repair the devices and see if it clears up the glitch.
I had a period of time when my iPad always sensed and used my bluetooth keyboard. I think it finally went away after I powered down the iPad. (not just a put to sleep, a bonafide 'slide the red slider to shut it down' powering down.

  • I have bought the wireless keyboard for my iPad.  I was working for a day but now the power light won't stay on and as such won't connect to the iPad.  I have changed the batteries but still no difference.

I have bought the wireless keyboard for my iPad.  I was working for a day but now the power light won't stay on and as such won't connect to the iPad.  I have changed the batteries but still no difference.

Not knowing which wireless keyboard you bought, it is difficult to be specific.  but ...
it is quite normal for the keyboard's power light not to stay on - it is a way of conserving battery power.
    Try this:
    turn you keyboard off
on your iPad go to Settings > Bluetooth
if your keyboard is listed under Devices, then touch the little blue i to its right and choose Forget this Device
now reset your iPad:  hold both the Home and Power buttons down for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears, let go promptly when the Apple logo appears and wait another 30 seconds for your iPad to turn itself on
After your iPad is back on again go back to Settings > Bluetooth
now turn your keyboard back on and see if it appeard under Now Discoverable
if it doesn't read your keyboard guide to figure out how to put it into Discovery mode
touch the listing for your keyboard under Now Discoverable, it should now appear under Devices
touch the listing for you keyboard under Devices, and choose to pair with it.

  • Pairing wireless iMac keyboard to iPad 4

Am trying to pair my iMac wireless keyboard to my iPad 4, but don't know how to obtain pin or pass code. Thanks much!

First, you need to unpair it from your iMac:
Press and release the On/Off switch on the wireless keyboard to turn it off.
On the currently-paired Mac, choose System Preferences from the Apple () menu, then choose Bluetoothfrom the View menu.
Select the Apple Wireless Keyboard on the left side of the Bluetooth preferences pane.
Click Delete in the lower-left corner.
Then you need to make the keyboard discoverable:
Press and release the On/Off switch to turn on your wireless keyboard.
The green LED should begin blinking if the keyboard is not already paired and connected to another computer. The blinking LED indicates that the keyboard is in the discoverable mode. If you don't pair your keyboard with your Mac within three minutes, the indicator light and keyboard will turn off to preserve battery life. If this happens, press the On/Off switch to turn your keyboard on again. Note: If the LED doesn't turn on, make sure you have good batteries in the keyboard and that they are properly installed.
And then follow these steps on your iPad:
From the Home screen, choose Settings > Bluetooth2 and turn Bluetooth on. iPad searches for nearby Bluetooth accessories.
Choose the Bluetooth accessory, and then enter a passkey or PIN if prompted.
Bluetooth headset: Refer to the documentation for the headset to determine the passkey.
Bluetooth keyboard: Type the passcode displayed on the iPad on the keyboard and then return.
When pairing is complete, you can use the Bluetooth accessory with your iPad.

  • Wireless keyboard operation on ipad - how to handle touch functions like email garbage can?

Received gift of wireless keyboard for my ipad. Managed bluetooth pairing and am stumped on functions other than simple typing. Can any keys be used for functions like the garbage can in email?

As far as I know it just replaces the onscreen keyboard, the iPad is a touch device and you will need to touch the screen for some things. The function keys for display brightness control, iPod and volume control also work.

I Am trying to connect a advent w10 wireless printer to a iPad .i have tried various apps but ,it is a wireless printer not a air printer,,

Directly no. Though there are applications  that run on your computer that can share the connected printer out to your iPad through a wireless network .
    For Mac look into Printopia
