Try resetting the Yahoo password. Yahoo not infrequently has problems.

This is what I posted on May 15th and it worked like a charm:
Just got off the phone with Apple Support. I have been working on this same issue for 2 weeks now. I was told to go to www.apple.com/support/itunes. Then under "Get Customer Service" choose ITunes Store Account and Billing. Then choose "Managing your account" option. You will see an option where you can email, choose this. This brings up a form that you need to fill out and submit. Just tell them that you have reviewed your account (assuming you have) and you see no fraudulent activities. Then ask them to enable your account. You should have your account enabled within 24 hours.......at least that is what I was told. I just filled out the form and submitted it. -
it's been a while that Im unable to copy music from itunes to my iphone. I updated my device to the latest version of IOS 5.1.1 and made sure no jailbreak is installed but still not working. please assist.
Assuming you are not manually managing your music, verify the following:
You are using the latest version of iTunes
On the summary tab of your iTunes sync settings you have checked "Sync only checked songs and videos"
In your music library you have checked all the songs you want to sync to your phone
There are no exclamation points next to any of the songs you want to sync to your phone
You have authorized your computer for all Apple IDs for purchased music you want to sync to your phone (in Store>Authorize this computer)
You have checked "Sync Music" on the Music tab of your iTunes sync settings
When everything looks correct, sync your phone. -
I recently moved my music to an external hd. I deleted the music from the internal. When i plug in the External,itunes doesnt pick it up. I have pointed itunes towards external but still not working,driving me nuts!

I have been using iPhone 5 for 2months. There wasn't any problem. But today my phone's speaker suddenly stopped working. Earphone and ear speaker is working normally. I have done reset all settings. But there is no change, still not working.
I think it happened after i plugged into computer by USB cable, and plugged of. Then it stopped working.
Also it had became unresponsive few times before, when i plug into computer.
What should i do now?but can you hear sounds with the earphones on? I guess the only solution to fix this prob is to send my i5 to a nearby Apple and let them check what should be done. anyways can you keep me posted about the status of your iphone 5? :)

Just got the Samsung Galaxy s5 and am very frustrated that I am not receiving text messages that were supposedly sent to me. Also, it says 'sent' but it is never delivered. Or it might get delivered but mine still just shows being sent. I re-started that phone and disabled my texting on my old iphone as some have suggested. I'm ready to go back to the iphone just because of this issue. Please fix this Verizon!
I'll tell you it is some marketing coup that a problem Apple has created and has control over is being passed off on Verizon.
This problem is the result of you migrating from iMessage, a messaging platform controlled completely by Apple, back to a more mainstream messaging system of SMS/MMS. Verizon has no control over other iPhones "thinking" you are still using iMessage. NOTHING Verizon can do will fix this problem.
Try texting the word "stop" to 48369. Others have reported this has worked. Doing this should de-register your number with the iMessage system. You should receive a confirmation reply. It may take a day or 2 for other iPhones to completely register that your number is no longer associated with iMessage. You can also try calling Apple support and let them know you are not receiving messages from iPhone users after switching to an android phone from an iPhone. -
Flash Player Uninstalled and clean install but will NOT work
Yesterday my Flash Player stopped working. I tried to update and it crashed. I uninstalled all of the Flash Player info and then did several clean installs. I tried previous verisons and it still won't work. I have Windows 7, I use Mozilla Firefox and not sure what else you need to know to help me fix this before I lose my freakin' mind.
OK, I will try, but I really don't know. I don't have any other recommendations of places to go and just use Flash like you do. You say it just quit working in Win7. Since you mention Firefox, I am assuming you are using Flash as a plugin for Firefox. Usually when such a problem occurs, something has updated. It may be that the flash plugin in Firefox is disabled.
Did something else update when Flash quit working. When you say it quit working, what are the symptoms. I went to the samples I listed below to check operation -- what did you do?
I just updated both Firefox and Flash. I then went http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/samples.html and played a movie sample. No problems.
All I can do is try to help you troubleshoot and see if I can replicate your problem. After the update of flash, I tried the same sample in SeaMonkey and IE (Ugh). Both worked. I am running Win7, 32-bit for this test. Acrobat version is not relevant for the problem.
If this does not point to something for you, then more information on what you are defining as working may be needed. At this point, I see no issues on my end and can not replicate a fault. Firefox is now at 18.0.2 and Flash is at 11.6. It is interesting that it is listed as Shockwave Flash from Adobe in the plugins list. If you search for Shockwave Flash, Adobe indicates a version at 12.0. I am not sure about the difference.

im not sure why my itunes doesnt work anymore, it worked fine last night, i have been seaching he support pages but cant find anything that works for mine.
i have even uninstalled the apple products on my computer and tried to re install them but nothing works for me. can anyone help with fixing this? i use itunes for everything i can even play music,
thanksif i run itunes in compatibility mode, it works but sometimes it crashes. i think its because when i run it in compatibility mode, its for a earlier version of windows, theres no option for windows 8

I've tried various methods but to no avail. I have a pdf document and within the pdf I'd like to embed a couple pdf documents so that all the user has to do is double click on the pdf object inside the pdf and it opens in a new window. I've tried using attachments to do it and linking it...but to no avail. Anyone know how to do? I'm using Acrobat Pro Version 11. Thanks
The "embed" feature common to MS Office applications is not applicable to PDF (for the why and wherefore of PDF get comfortable and read the ISO Standard for PDF - ISO 32000-1:2008).
You can insert other PDF files' pages into any given PDF.
You can attach files of supported formats to a PDF (of course a PDF is supported).
You cannot "embed". So, nothing is broken.

Am using Safari 6.0.5, suddenly my Yahoo mail account won't keep me logged in and the 'keep me logged in' button has disappeared. It is still there on Chrome so am assuming it is a Safari issue. It just happened suddenly. Have reset Safari, cache and also changed my Yahoo password but problem is still there.
I still don't understand what the problem that you are experiencing is. If you get to a page where yahoo is asking JUST for your password, and there is no box for username (it may have your username displayed, but not in a enter box), then you ARE "being kept signed in" You can verify this by instead of entering your password, go to www.yahoo.com home page, and it will say something like "Hi, Amber" This means you ARE signed in.
When you get that page asking for just your password, you are NOT being asked to sign in again. You are simply being asked to verify/enter your assword an Nth time. If you get that page right after entering your username and password, try clicking the "back" (previous page) button. It might just go to your inbox.
If this is the case, your problem has nothing to do with being kept signed in or not, the problem is that for some (unknown to me) reason, yahoo is asking you to re-enter your password, kind of like when your mac asks for your mac password when changing system settings. Yahoo does this as a safety feature when you go to account settings, and apparently abritary other times. I wish I understood just why I get it every time after signing in.
It could be because I have java turned off. It could be because I don't accept third party cookies. Maybe a cache file. Or a hundred other things... I don't know. It could simply be yahoo is scrooing safari users. I have glanced at the html, but to really understand it, it would take me days. There are over 25 places where username and password are in the html "source" code of the yahoo login page, and even understanding that may not tell me. In the past, I have seen code essentiall saying "if IE x.3.2" do this, if chrome do that, if mozilla do something else, otherwise make it next to impossible...."
My problem is not only I get asked for my assword a second time, but also (and only very recently) I do not get a prompt to save username and pasword. I have gone to yahoo help pages to try to figure it out, and I feel like I just run in circles. If one wants to send a question in, they have to answer half a dozen questions disclosing private information. And I pay yahoo $20/year. grrr
If when you are trying to access your yahoo mail and you are being asked to enter both your username and password, but didn't sign out of yahoo, then indeed your are not being "kept signed in" -

Since last update of Pages, my Pages app in iPad anda iPhone doesn't open, it closes suddenly. I already deleted it and reinstalled, but still not works.

I have deleted and reinstalled from the device and desktop, resets, etc. When I uninstalled and reinstalled while connected to my desktop, the older version of pages was installed. I was able to see all of my files that were saved to the cloud. I was forced to update again to access any of the saved files. Once updated again, I could no longer open pages. It began, to open and abruptly shut down.
