My yahoo will no longer open and I tried adjusting settings and it is worse. Please help. When I log on, in the loading area, instead of the circling symbol, it continues to load numbers, symbols, letters and does not stop.
On Tuesday, I downloaded 4.0 Firefox as Yahoo recommended. After that, every time I tried to log onto Yahoo, the above problem started. I went in and removed 4.0 to the earlier version. It still does not work.
I am receiving messages through my husbands yahoo account but cannot turn off the computer to let it restart as I am concerned HIS will somehow be effected and he needs his for work purposes.
What do I need to do? I have gone in and looked at cookies, systems, etc and may have jimmied something along the way.

It seems that the 5.0.1 project file has become corrupt. It was generated on an older MacBook Pro Model (2008) and occasionally acted unpredictably. We have since upgraded hardware and are working on a much more robust machine, but we need to access this project file to make some final tweaks for the client.
Is there a way I could revert to Motion 5.0.1 and access this file for the final tweaks? After these, that project will be laid to rest and I will no longer need an older version of the program.

KonstantinI had a problem with a 5.0.3 project that would cause 5.0.4 to crash. Apple asked for a copy of the project and later told me it was because there were some empty text layers. Apple is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
In my case I still had 5.0.3 on another Mac and could clean up the project. If empty text layers might be the problem, do you know someone with an earlier version who could open it and remove the empty layers? I'd be willing to give it a try if you'd want to send me the project.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

You can try taking the iPad to an authorized service center in the Philippines:

but since the iPad sold in the UAE is specific to that country (the government there requires that Facetime be blocked), a Philippine service center may not be able to service your iPad. You can ask though. If they cannot help, then you would probably need to send the iPad back to the UAE for service.

I attempted to perform the itunes update on two different PCs. Itunes will no longer open and prompted me to reinstall itunes. The reinstall did not work after several attempts and I received an error: "Runtime error R6034. An application has made an attempt to load the C Runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information." Has anyone else had this issue? How can I resolve it?
I've been having the same exact problem this morning, and from the looks of it a lot of other people are posting about this issue, so I don't know if it's maybe something wrong with the download but I'm just relieved that it seems to be that instead of a corruption issue with my windows installation. I'm just wondering how long this will take to be resolved.

The application called VirusScan that comes preloaded on the macbook will no longer open, claiming that it is corrupt and that I must reinstall it. After looking in the app store it does not appear that said application is available for re-downloading. Is there a special, non-app store place where I am to go for this?

As for VirusScan, Barney is right on the money that it does not come preinstalled on any Mac shipped new from Apple. However you have gotten it, your best bet is removing it. For unknown reasons iTunes will no longer open. I have an HP laptop running windows 7 with Kaspersky protection. It worked fine before but now won't open. I tried downloading the most recent up-date and it will still not open. Any suggestions?

Recent history for Premiere Elements points to the program having problems when more than 1 video card/graphics card is
being used by the computer on which Premiere Elements is running. This observation may seem contra indicated by the fact
that you say that the program did work well about 2 years ago in the same setup. But other factors may have set in with regard
to drivers, drivers versions, and driver conflicts. But this factor, does need to be ruled in or out.
Can you disable one or the other card to determine the impact of this on your problem?
But, of prime concern with regard to video card/graphics card is the use of a NVIDIA GeForce card with Premiere Elements 10.
Even if your NVIDIA GeForce were the only card, Premiere Elements 10 will not work properly unless the NVIDIA GeForce driver
version is rolled back to about May 2013. This may be one of the major factors here.
a. Device Manager/Display Adapters and find out Driver Version and Driver Date
b. Read the background information for the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue

I interrupted the upgrading of muse and it will no longer open up. It's there but not complete.
I hadn't used Muse in a while and opened Abobe Muse, it informed me that it need to be updated along with Adobe Air. Somehow I interrupted the upgrade and it will no longer open as a program. I am not sure if I should uninstall the program and reinstall it?

Under "Options" I set my preference with pdfs to "Always Ask" but the documentation on FF states that it will attempt to open the file first, before asking me to save it, which basically means that it will never ask me to save it - just ask me to exit the browser and Acrobat. I recently upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.2 and Aperture 2.1.4 will no longer open. I cannot access my photos and I don't want to pay for latest version of Aperture since this application is no longer going to be supported. How can I get my pictures?
If you want just the originals, then you can go into the Aperture library (right click on it and do "show package contents"). Inside is a directory called "Masters" and you can find the original files in a bunch of subfolders.
But... you'll lose all adjustments, keywords, and other information, and just have the files as they were imported originally from the cameras.
Easiest is probably to buy Aperture and update everything, and then migrate to the Photos application down the road if that's what you want. Aperture 3.0 came out in 2010 (five years ago!) so it's not like you've upgraded in a while -
External hard drive connected to my airport extreme will no longer open, when navigating to it in Finder, the Finder window quits and reopens, cannot access hard drive, it is visible in airport utility, since the problem began I have updated firmware on Extreme as well as both of my Airport Expresses. Hard drive is USB connected to Extreme.
Reboot the USB drive.. assuming it is powered.. or unplug and replug a self-powered drive.. (you should not use self-powered drives on AE before the latest model.. always use a powered hub).
Does the drive now appear in finder..
If not reboot both drive and the AE.. it should now appear.
If it doesn't work with direct connection try a powered hub.. that can help. -
