     My iPod touch is always recognized by my Vista Box...using the same USB cable and port my wife's nano isn't detected anymore. Since Vista can't see the nano iTunes can't see it either. When I try my wife's nano I get the message:

     I thought her nano wasn't charged enough but I've charged it for hours and this doesn't make a difference. It used to synch like my ipod touch but it stopped working about a week ago. My wife's nano still holds songs and works it just can't be recognized by Windows. I even checked if the Apple Mobile Device app was running and it was and I stopped it and restarted it. Didn't make any difference. Any ideas?

First, update iTunes, then connect the phone to the computer and do a restore. This will also get your iOS up to date. Your phone should operate correctly after doing this, if not, you will most likely need to have the phone serviced or replaced.

The 'Yellow' Middle Round Button on the Upper Left Side of the Screen is no longer 'Yellow' and Nothing Happens when I pick it. How do I fix this so it works?

All three buttons used to have a color associated with them. Red (furthest left), Yellow (middle) and Green (right). Red shut down Firefox, Yellow hid Firefox from the screen and Green refreshed or enlarged the screen. Not only is the middle button no longer yellow, but when I pick it nothing happens. My camera always freezes when I try to switch to front camera view. How can I fix this?

The original camera app on my iPod touch does not work. The camera shutter would not open. I purchased and downloaded another camera app and it works- only the camera freezes when Itouch the icon in top left corner to get it to switch to front camera view. Has anyone had this problem? I can no longer use PubMed from Firefox. It works in Safari. How can I fix this?

This is a new problem as I have been able to use PubMed via Firefox in the past. I haven't noticed any trouble with other websites while in Firefox. I can search PubMed fine while in Safari but my EndNote doesn't interface with Safari for some reason and really want to be able to use PubMed through Firefox. Is this fixable? I have the most current Firefox too.

Could you be more specific regarding what issues you are having specifically? (i.e. What you are attempting to do, what's not working etc..)
You could also use safe-mode which especially since it sounds like a compatibility issue solves most issues or identifies the source

Try giving it a reset. Hold the sleep and home keys, past when you see the red powerdown slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and see if that helps.
