My Z10 OS got upgraded to 10.3.1.1779 and the trouble started

Dear Admin,
Last friday my Z10 OS got upgraded to 10.3.1.1779 and since then the following trouble has started and it is driving me crazy because I can't use my phone at all.
Issue 1) The profile notification, in-call volume, media volume automatically reset to zero and in no way I can increase the volume.
Issue 2) When I try to increase the volume using volume up key, it only start taking continuous screenshot but doesn't increases the volume at all. Literally fed up of this.
Issue 3) When I try to capture image using camera then it doesn't wait for me to capture it, it starts capturing continuous shot on its own and that too with flashlight on whereas the matter of fact is that the flashlight is kept off in the camera setting.
I have done everything to resolve this issue including the factory reset and OS installation but once it upgrades it starts doing the same stuff. Please help me resolve this issue permanently.

Mr BB Admin. Please could you pay attention to resolve this general issue occured during the "upgrade" to 10 OS version software 10.3.1.1779.
or please explain how we can do to go back with the previous version? really I am thinkin to change my device... samsung or Apple... I was confortable with my BB device.. but now....

After upgrading to 8.0 the add-on compatability tool runs and the Getting Started web page loads every time the browser starts.

After upgrading to 8.0 from 7.0.1 every time I start FF I get the add-on compatibility tool to run and the Getting Started web page loads along with my homepage in separate tabs as well. So far I have tried running the installer again, disabling all add-0ns and custom settings and restarting and turning off automatic updates. Nothing worked there. I got the same behavior each time. I don't know what else to try other than a full uninstall and reinstall. Something I'd like to avoid if it's possible because of the time involved. This is the second time I have posted regarding this issue. The first time I didn't get a response. A solution or a possible workaround would be greatly appreciated if anyone knows of any. As a staff member and a global forum moderator for an anti-virus company I understand how hectic things can be at times but some feedback, good or bad, on this issue would be very welcomed! Hi michaell, thanks for the reply. I tried everything in the Preferences are not saved link you provided and nothing worked there. If creating a new profile will delete all my add-ons and custom settings I might as well just do a complete uninstall and reinstall. That actually would be easier. That article told me how to save my bookmarks though so I don't have to loose those which is nice. I don't know if this makes any difference but there is a discrepancy between the preference file in the article which is: prefs.js and what's showing on my PC which is: prefs with no .js suffix. I tried to rename the file to prefs.js and restarted. No luck there either. It just created another prefs file. I guess we've pretty much exhausted all the avenues to try! iPad 2, Since upgrading to iOS 8.0.2 the cellular signal indicates I do not have a SIM card. Monday spent hours on the phone with Apple support, backed up my iPad, reset all settings, reloaded my iPad and it still tells me I don't have a SIM card. Tuesday went to AT&T and got a new SIM card on the advice of apple support. It worked perfect until this morning and the NO SIM CARD notice reappeared. Never ever had any problem until the upgrade. I find it inexcusable that Apple refuses to address the issues they caused, iOS 8.0.2 is the Ebola of iPad 2 world. I dont have any cellular service after wasting two days trying to address and fix a problem Apple is responsible for. It's obvious Steve Jobs is no longer running the company. Furious & fustrated. How does Apple expect anyone who uses an iPad 2 for work, to remain a customer who will return to their products?

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are having trouble backing up to iCloud. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Sorry... But... The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.

I think you're using a Lion developer version. Open  > About this Mac > More Info, and copy Software here. Did you purchase Lion in the App Store?

Restore your bootable backup/clone or Time Machine backup of Snow Leopard, launch Disk Utility from the install disc, repair the boot volume, and reinstall Lion.
