My zen doesn't switch on anym

I have a 2 Giga Creative Zen since 4 months. I used it without any difficulty until about 3 weeks ago, when I discoverd I couldn't switch it on anymore.... and if I connect (USB) it to my notebook it only happens that the screen has some kind of flashes, but the computer doesn't even detect the player! There are the?same flashes on the screen when I connect it to the battery charger, witch is of course original!(the salesman told me that otherwise I would run the risk of burn my player).
What can I do? Do ypou think it's something serious?

You might want to reset the Creative Zen (using a straighten paper clip) before you try to recharge it. The reset hole is at the bottom of the player. If you are still experiencing issues, it would be advisable to get in touch with support.

[Touch 20GB] My Zen won't switch

Hi,
My Zen Touch 20GB (about 7 months old) doesn't switch on anymore. When I press the power button, most of the times it doesn't work, but the strange thing is sometimes it does.
Yesterday I reset the player several times, did a disk cleanup and installed the new firmware. It seemed to work, but as of this morning again it won't switch on.
I have no clue whether it's a mechanical problem or a software problem. The warranty is still valid, so the product can be returned if neccesary.
Does anybody have a suggestion what to do?
Maybe anyone has had the same problem?

Yeah, it started about a month ago, I never did any firmware upgrades before yesterday.
If it's mechanical it's probably so easy to fix it myself, but I'd have to break the warranty seal.. difficult choice..

Command tab - window doesn't switch

I use Command+tab to switch between windows. But many a times the window doesn't switch to, rather I get the options at the toolbar.

Is there a lock symbol at the top of the screen next to the battery indicator ? If there is, then depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (rotation lock or mute notifications), then you can lock/unlock the rotation by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. If there isn't a lock symbol then try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

G580 Lenovo doesn't switch on !

I received my G580 Lenovo a year ago. It has work fine but now appear a problem and doesn't switch on.
I try to switch it on, lights come on, it makes noises, the webcam light, power light and battery all come on and stay on, but nothing happens, just a black screen.

Go back to the App Store app and find the app you're having problems with. Then look in the description for the contact info for the developer. You might also find an email link within the settings of the app. Contact the developer to find out if they are working on this issue.

You may want to try resetting and, if necessary, restoring your iPhone.

If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), try resetting
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds.
If there is no video, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the 10W USB Power Adapter.
Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Home button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, let the device to continue to charge until it turns on.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.

Recently updated 5G iPod to 1.2 doesn't switch off

Yesterday I'd updated my 5G 60GB iPod with the new iPod update from iTunes 7. Now, it doesn't switch off anymore, even if I make a hard reset. I also tried restoring it from iTunes and the problem stays. Neither can I get into diagnostic mode.
I'll never make an update so soon anymore. Please, anyone could help me?

Ipod doesn't switch off on its own

Hello,
I have a black Ipod 60GB and it doesn't switch off on its own. I know that the old Ipods will switch off on their own if you are not using it for more than a couple of minutes. So I thought the 5th generation would do that as well but mine doesn't and it's really annoying. Does anyone know if 5th generation Ipod should do that? And if yes, in which part of the menu can I set that option?

The iPod will turn off after 1 minute if there is a song on pause, or if there is nothng playing.

Mobile data doesn't switch on automatically when wifi is switched off after 5.1.1 upgrade

after upfating to 5.1.1 if i disable the wifi, mobile data doesn't switch on it doesn't happen everytime but most of the time. on previous updates it was fine. Here is a video of the problem

Do Not Disturb scheduling feature will resume normal functionality after January 7, 2013. Before this date, you should manually turn the Do Not Disturb feature on or off.
To turn off the scheduling feature, tap Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb and switch Scheduled to Off.

KT3 Ultra2 doesn't switch off

When I press on/off button computer doesn't switch off and reboot. I tried another memory, cpu and PSU, but with the same result. I measured voltage 12V, it falls down for a moment, but then rise again. This doesn't depend of Windows98 or DOS, because I had the same effect without hard disk.

Same problem for me too, but it's somewhat erratic. Sometimes it will shutdown, other times it will 'reboot' (It's not a normal reboot. You can hear the hard drives click into their shutdown state for about 0.25 seconds, then the whole system powers back on again).
I thought it must be to do with some kind of wakeup event, but nothing that I tried seem to change it. I just accept the fact now that when I say 'Shut Down', I have to sit by my computer until it either shuts down, or reboots itself (At which point I press the power button and it shuts off).

The Zen doesn't play AAC encoded with Nero's AAC encoder, which is unfortunate since it's the best one out there. It does, however, support iTunes-encoded AAC. I'd just like to report that m4a files made with winamp and then repackaged with your application have a problem in fast forward and rewind. That is, (Sorry for my English, please try to understand) when you fast forward to a point, the player correctly jumps to the desired point, but, after that, the playback bar starts again from 00:00:00, even if the player is in the middle of the song.
Anyway, this doesn't corrupt playback quality and doesn't create audio gaps; moreover, it just happens with the zen, while winamp works correctly.
