<FONT face=Century size=2>I turned on my ZenMicroPhoto, switched the background, waited for awhile because my mom was on the phone. So I turned it off. Just about a minute later I decide to turn it back on and the logo comes on it says "<FONT color=#0066ff>Cre<FONT color=#ffcc33>ati've" and then the copyright below it. Usually it does that then goes blank then Zen microphoto pops up then my music starts. Well now it just freezes right when the logo appears. All I did was turn it on and now all it has is the Creative logo. :robotsad: I don't know what to do because my battery was getting low but it was working fine!!! I plugged it into the computer because I thought maybe that was it but it charged for awhile and I took it off and it still did the same thing. I'm not sure what to do. I tried seeing if maybe there is some kind of software to I don't know maybe see if it's messed up like the data or something but I found nothing. What should I do?

alright your player is having probs starting up ok takeout the battery on ur player putit back in and hold down the play button and at the same time hold the power button in the on position BUT hold the buttons down untill a rescue mode screen comes up youll get a list

ok first you want to see if reboot works. ok if this doesntwork your gonna have to reinstall the firmware which includes reformatiing or format all. this will lose you all your songs but its worth it.ok what you want to do is first cleam up then format all then uhh download the newest firmware from here http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/welcome.asp?action=next
ok now after you formated and cleaned up start the firmware software then plug in you zen and update it i think this should work if ur pc cant detect it go to control panel and click classic view and click addremove hard ware and then it should detect it so yah OH IM NOT SUre if when you update im not sure if you leave the battery in i think you take it out not sure wait no u leave it in oh i forgot but i know either way u hold the play button down and plug it in then ur pc should detect it as recovery device class then go to start and click run type devmgmt.msc and device manager should come up and look for something that says recovery device class ts worked then then u can run the executable file the gfile you downloaded and install it should work then hope this helps !

itunes is not playing (or freezing) when I turn on my Bluetooth speaker (Bose Soundlink Mini)
Every time I turn on the speaker, itunes freezes up and never star playing the only way it might work is restarting the computer. I own a macbook pro retina display 15" late 2013, i've run it for malware, viruses, verified the disk and everything seems normal, so i'm guessing the problem is with itunes.
I need some help with this issue.

Works if I turn off the Mac bluetooth (top of the screen - click on the Bluetooth icon to turn off / on) and then turn it back on. After that I can connect and play.

Hi The next thing to do is to Restore back to Factory Settings this will get rid of any bugs . After Restore use same Apple ID /Password then you should get all your Apps & data back If you still have this problem make an Appointment at Apple Store . Cheers Brian

If you open the recovery drive (partition) it should only have a single folder (Recovery).
To make sure that your not saving restore points to that drive.
See:
Start, Control Panel, System, System Protection tab. Make sure the D drive partition is set to OFF so that it does not save there.

Took my phone to the Apple store this week and they told me it was a hardware/screen malfunction. They replaced the screen for free since it was under warranty. Now it works fine again!

Turn off iMessage and Facetime. Put phone on airplane mode. Turn on iMessage then facetime and retry sending. You can also try turning off your phone instead of airplane mode as well.
Make sure for imessage to work there must be data such as cellular data on or wifi.

To start troubleshooting this issue where your iMac's screen will not illuminate, please reset your SMC by following the information outlined below.
Resetting the SMC for Mac Pro, Intel-based iMac, Intel-based Mac mini, or Intel-based Xserve
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: For Intel-based Xserve computers that are not responding, you can shut down locally, or by using remote commands, or by pressing and holding the power button for five seconds.

iMessages only, not all texts as in SMS/MMS.
This means iMessage is activated on his iPhone with the same Apple ID.
Sign out of the Apple ID with iMessage on his iPhone and sign back in with his Apple ID.
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Apple ID.
Select the Apple ID and at the menu window that appears, select Sign Out. Sign back in there with his Apple ID.

Reinstall Snow Leopard without erasing the drive
1. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1.

Contact Apple Service, iMac Service or Apple's Express Lane and get it repaired/replaced. I had the display on my 27" iMac go south three months after buying it and they replaced it due to a similar fault. Do note that if you have AppleCare's protection plan and you're within 50 miles (80 KM) of an Apple repair station, you're eligible for onsite repair since yours is a desktop machine.
