MyBlackberry

Im trying to connect to  myBlackberry, and says my account has been cancelled, made a password reset and noting!!, someone knows what to do

There are preparation works on MyBlackberry.
It is not yet launched fully.
When it is fully launched in public there is an email invitation mechanism (for now it does not work).
And a MyBlackBerry user will have an opportunity to invite a friend "from outside".

  • MyBlackberry web page error

I am trying to access myBlackBerry but get an error that my browser Explorer ver 6 is not support (http://my/blackberry.com/non-supported-browser.jspa), however I am using Ver 8.0.7600.16385!!!!!!
I tried emailing the error to the web master ([email protected]) but get the message:
"Thank you for contacting BlackBerryTechnical Support. The email you submitted has not been delivered. Please find many alternative support options below."
Does anything on this site or on my blackberry work?
Cant believe I ever switched to BB!!!

Sorry, incorrect. Your first (OS6 on the 9500 model) is resolved whether or not you like the answer. Your question was answered with correct information.
Your second post (blank email username) has a solution for you, but you've either yet to follow the instructions or acknowledge any result. So, it could be resolved, who knows yet.
Your third... this issue about another forum, has been answered knowledgeably and correctly.
You can find other my.blackberry.com user solutions to your Internet Explorer issue at my.blackberry.com by searching on "internet explorer" on that site's search engine. Just to check, I just did the same and found a number of posts on that subject, I've pasted a couple here (I recall reading in the past of this IE problem):

Also, I found this email address at my.blackberry.com for issues such as yours.

  • Issues Downloading from MyBlackberry

Hi - I've recently tried to download some wallpapers from MyBlackberry onto my personal Pearl 9105 3G. When I try to open the link in the e-mail from my Blackberry I get a 403 Forbidden message.
I've read a few topics on this, but nothing seems to be helping - does anyone have any suggestions I could try?
    Thanks!
    Stephen

    Hello smccullagh,
Are you getting this error with all wallpapers you try to download or just certain ones?
Are you able to open the link on a desktop computer in a browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome?
    Thanks

  • "my Blackberry" web site

Hi, can't find the right forum so I thought I would start here. I am trying to join my blackberry and the site tells me I have IE6, I have windows xp sp3 with IE8 and the site won't let me in. I even tried the link to get IE8 and Microsoft tells me I already have IE8.

I've read that suggestion of a workaround on myblackberry.
Sorry if you don't want to take the advice.
Maybe you can write RIM an email about the bug. See the CONTACT link at the bottom of this page.
    Good luck.

  • Re: Login problems

Using Curve 9300, Trying to Access MyBlackBerry
Problems with Login on  MyBlackBerry site, have changed my password this morning and still not able to solve the problem of not able to login this site.
Used my correct screenname and can properly get to and use the "Forgot your password" option.
It sends me a link on my BlackBerry and then I go the the link site and change my password.
When finished with changing the password, it seems to have finished correctly.
My Problem is it still will not let me login and says incorrect screenname or password.
If it lets me change my password, then surely my username/screen name is correct.  Who can help me with my login to this MyBlackBerry?
    Regards
    Bill

    Hi bstafford,
Try reaching out to [email protected] for assistance with your login for the my.blackberry.com site.

  • Wallpapers

i recently purchased a new iMac, and the screen is considerably wider than my old screen (even though it was the smallest available) and now my wallpapers don't fit properly.
I have multiple wallpapers, changing every minute; some of them have low resolution, so if i select center they appear too small, and tiling just replicates the problem; most pictures are not designed for a screen with my proportions, so if i select stretch to fill screen, most are stretched too much in certain directions and look horrible; however if i select fill screen (as i did on my previous computer), it fills out as far as it can go, cutting off large sections of the pictures and ruining borders and logos.
I suppose i could crop the pictures or otherwise edit them to fit properly, but i'm not very skilled at picture editing; and no websites i obtain wallpapers from will make them for a screen like mine, so i would have to edit every single wallpaper i download, and since i have over 1500 already, this is simply not an option.
However, when using Preview's Slideshow function, the pictures fill out until ONE side touches the edge of the screen, then fills the rest in black; this would be a useful display method, however i have discovered no such function concerning wallpapers.
Is there such a function, and if not, is there any other solution?

Have you asked that question on the MyBlackBerry site?
From what you describe, you're not getting the download initiated.

  • Myblackberry tips 'setup personal email" situation getting out of control

I would like to draw any ones attention who can do something helpful about this unfolding situation in the `setup personal email` tip area of myblackberry, users are becoming increasingly disgruntled simply because they can not setup their personal email..
Primary reasons i see for this:
No Data allowance on their phone plan
    BIS not registered
    BIS holds incorrect IMEI/PIN
    BIS holds stale account information
    ServiceBooks not correct
    BES enabled handset
== shed load of confusion for less technical users
Users are going to these tips in the first place when things are going wrong, they need to be here on this forum but the link is not that obvious on blackberry.com
these 6 issues are driving users crazy just take a look.. I have endevoured to help but I am not a great teacher..and the posting capability of the tips area is useless... and in fairness the original tip is totally useless to people in this scenarios.

  • BB ID isn't associated with a device running BB 10

In my continuing fight to get the latest version of BB Link to work, I now get a message out of the blue saying "The BlackBerry ID [name of my BlackBerry ID] isn't associated with a device running BlackBerry 10 [operating system]". I don't understand this. Before I downloaded the latest version of BB Link [123_b046 / OS version 10.2.1.3175 / Software release 10.2.1.29.41] myBlackBerry ID was unquestionably associated with a device running BB 10. Can anyone tell me what's happened and how I go about reassociating my BB ID with my Q10? Thank you.

    Yup same here!

    hello,
the MyBlackBerry community and the BlackBerry Support Community are distinct. We are not experts about the MyBlackBerry Community features. I think it's easier for you to find help over there.

I did not find anything about your issue in the public knowledge base. I suggest you go here and contact the support email in the top right corner:

  • My blackberry stopped updating!

Myblackberry stopped updating through the backup progress, it won't let me cancel the process! Help!

If you're using BlackBerry Desktop Software to update, simply unplug your phone from your PC, shut down BDS, plug your phone back in, open BDS again and you should be alright. Once you plug your phone back in, you'll probably be told to reload your OS. Just follow the prompts.
    I hope that helps you.
