Mydrive,from TomTom, will not update in Firefox but will in Internet Explorer.Can you please advise

My TomTom device requires updating using 'Mydrive'. This used to work in Firefox but does not now. It will work if loaded through Internet explorer

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

Installed anfy java 2. free download. Previewing an aplet -will not run in FireFox but will run with I.E. . i have win 7 home.

to preview an applet created in Anfy Java 2. will not load in FireFox. error message is that it can not find the file. however previewing in I.E does work.

Hi. I have a website that uses Virtuemart and the 'add to cart' feature will not work in Firefox but will in IE. I am running XP and 'Accept all cookies' is enabled. HELP, PLEASE... Thankyou

I am testing our website :www.winningsportstips.com and we have Virtuemart installed and the site will not allow me to select 'add to cart' feature. However if I open the website in Internet Explorer, the feature is available and it functions correctly. I am running XP and have 'accept all cookies' enabled in settings.

Your DVD won't eject?
Restart the MacBook - as it is restarting, hold the trackpad button down. This will force it to eject. The disk should eject before you get to the login screen or desktop.

Mapquest sign in box does not appear in Firefox but does in Internet Explorer. Why? Have disabled add ons but no luck.

The sign in box does not show up on Mapquest when I use Firefox. If I use Internet Explorer, the sign in box appears. I disabled the Firefox add-ons thinking there might be a conflict but no luck. Mapquest support is at a dead end, too, especially with it working in IE but not in Firefox. Suggestions?

If you have transferred or Downloaded iPad Apps on your Mac you will find them in iTunes on your Mac....
Open iTunes and in iTunes on left hand corner where Music is return you should see a drop down button next to it and once you click on that drop down button you will see Movies/Tv Shows/Applications, you need to select Applications here and you will find all your downloaded iPad Applications. And as they are made only for iOs devices that cannot be run on your Mac.

I just downloaded the latest Windows updates, now videos online will not work on Firefox but will on other browsers, anyone else having this problem?

After downloading the latest Windows updates I found that I could not play videos on YouTube or at other sites. Switching to other browsers I found I could play those same videos now without any problem. So I did a System Restore to determine if the Windows updates had affected video play using Firefox. The restore point was set to the day before the Windows download occurred. After System Restore was completed I could now play videos using the Firefox browser.
To make sure that the Windows update was the problem, I again downloaded the newest Windows Updates and once again could not play videos on any site using Firefox. System restore was used to again reset my computer to the day before and once again the videos would ow play in the Firefox browser.

Actually your reply took me in another direction and I found this on the Adobe site:
The RealPlayer extension for Firefox, Downloading & Recording, has compatibility issues with Flash Player 11.3. If RealPlayer is installed Flash Player content does not appear. YouTube provides an error message when you try to watch a video.
As a workaround, do the following:
Start RealPlayer.
Click the RealPlayer icon in the upper-left corner and select Preferences.
Select Download & Recording in the left menu and deselect Enable Web Download & Recording for These Installed Browsers option.
Click OK and restart Mozilla Firefox.
Once I followed this I could now again play videos in Firefox.

Pictures on Firefox add-ons pages will not load in Firefox but will in IE

My operating system is now Windows 7 on a new computer although I use Firefox, not IE to browse the internet. I am having problems on the Firefox website, especially the add-ons pages. If I click on any pictures relating to add-ons I get a blank page but if I switch to IE I can see the pictures. This is frustrating because I did not have this problem on my old, XP operated computer.

I have cleared the cache and cookies multiple times, updated flash player, did a virus and malware scan, allowed java script, allowed mozilla in the Windows firewall, contacted Zynga multiple times, and yet Farmville still will not load using Firefox, my main and preferred browser. Pandora will not play in Firefox, but it will play in Chrome and IE. In Firefox, it loads the initial Pandora page, which just says Pandora. In Chrome and IE, it then loads the player automatically. In Firefox it just sits there on the initial page that just says "Pandora," and it never loads the player. My Flash Player is updated, and I cleared all the caches... not sure what the problem is. Can anyone help?
