Mysterious Space in Address Bar - How do you get rid of it?

In Firefox 30.0, I keep getting this mysterious space between the back button and the url of the website I am visiting. Is there anyway to get rid of this? I've tried reseting and redownloading firefox, but it keeps coming back. I do use Firefox Sync, but I only use it to bring in my bookmarks and preferences between mobile and desktop.

This issue is usually caused by fingerprint software like TrueSuite that isn't working properly in the current Firefox release.
Some have reported that enabling this plugin works if it is currently disabled, but best would be to remove the plugin.

On my address bar, there is now a superfluous Amazon button at the right of the forward arrow where there used to be a button that would allow you to see your recent links. It's gone. I added a program that somehow put the search engine "searchqu" on my computer. How do you get rid of it? I looked up in the web engines and it is not listed. A blog board I read says it is coming through google chrome that it has to be uninstalled... any ideas?

Searchqu gets installed if you don't opt-out of the installation when you install a 'free' app from bandoo.com which provides free emoticons.
If you have this app on your system now, uninstall it first, otherwise searchqu will reappear again after you complete the following steps.

How do you get rid of yellow triangular with ! in middle that appear against some of my bookmarks on my bookmark toolbar?

I have yellow triangles next to some of my icons in my bookmarks and bookmark toolbar. They have an exclamation mafrk in them. It probably happens when there is difficulty connecting to them. But they hang around. How do you get rid of them even when the bookmark works fine? I have FF 4.0 on a Snow Leopard Mac.

This issue can be caused by a plugin or an extension that is not compatible with Firefox 3.6 and isn't working properly anymore.

The text in FCP has no black background. You put it on top of whatever you want and the background is transparent.

What are you clicking on..."Delete" or "Delete and Close Gap"?
"Delete and Close Gap" may not work if there is content directly above or below the place where you want to delete and close gap.
In that case, you use the mouse cursor to close the gap. Also please read some situations where Delete and Close Gap fails.
