Mystery box appears and also automatic execution of actions

I have OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.2
I downloaded the latest security path on March 10. Since the download, a box will appear on screen displaying "BACK, RELOAD PAGE, etc. I have to click on a blank space on the screen to make box disappear or wait until it disappears. I am also experiencing automatic execution of actions. For example, cursor is position over a box that I can check or not check. A check mark will automatically be entered. If the cursor is positioned over a Email, it will automatically display the Email with no action on my part.
I have searched through System Preferences but cannot find any action or do not understand some of the options.
This is a real pain and need a solution to this problem. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
Try booting into the Safe Mode using your normal account. Disconnect all peripherals except those needed for the test. Shut down the computer and then power it back up after waiting 10 seconds. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear and again when you log in. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. When you reboot normally, the initial reboot may be slower than normal. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application un-installer. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don’t do them all at once.

HOWEVER... Today, all of the sudden... Out of out of the blue... I have the same problem, again!?
I tried removing, then re-adding, the URL file from the log in items, automatic open list.
It did not work?

When i click on print menu in certain page, the pop page loaded then the print dialogue box appeared and immediately it close down all the pop up and print dialogue box without us to print it. What is the solution?

On that website (member only site), when i clicked on print menu on the site, it normally loaded the page and then the print dialogue box appear and immediately, it closed down all the pop up and print dialuge so that i cannot print it at all. It happened only after i upgrade Firefox to version 6.0.2, previous version it worked fine.

When I turn on my ipad2 the volume box appears and does not go away until i hit the volume button on the side and the increase volume button does not seem to funtion only the lower section does?

I need help. I got an ipad 2 for Christmas and the volume box appears every time I turn it on and it won't go away until I hit the side volume button. I also realized that the upper portion of the volume key does not seem to work properly. Any solutions?

Shut Down issue - box appears and disappears quickly

Grandson downloaded MineCraft on my MAC. I thought I had deleted all of it. Now when I shut down, a box appears for a split second and I think it is asking if I want to abort the download. It comes and goes very quickly. How can I get the shutdown to stop so I click the "abort" tab? Is there someplace else that would show me what this is doing?

Dialog box appears and disappears before I can read it... what is it?

Java was an attack vector for FlashBack.
Disable Java in your Browser settings, not JavaScript.

4 questions: at login black rectangular box, appears and speaks- 2 annoying black box over text- 3 bluetooth doesnt always pick up keyboard/mouse at login- 4 dock disappears and reappears at will

Here we go,
1) at login a black rectangular box with white text appears and voice over seems to be on (even though its switched off)
2) after login an annoying black square surrounds the cursor
3) upon waking computer from sleep the bluetooth doesn't pair with the keyboard or mouse (I usually just power them both off and then back on and this seems to work)
4) the dock disappears and reappears on its own even though "hide the dock" is not checked

Downloads such as adobe flash update won't download even when anti virus is disabled. The download box appears and runs but doesn't show anything.

Any updates or downloads won't download in Firefox. The download box appears, goes thru the motions but doesn't park anything in the file. I usually have to quite Mozilla, use Explorer for the download, such as Go to Meeting, or Adobe updates. Can't download anything with Firefox from your browser.

A white box appears and cannot be deleted on one specific email web page.

The box is opaque, relatively small but annoying, and blocks out anything behind it. It shows a small part of a preview of any highlighted email message. If there is no message in the inbox, the box is blank. The box cannot be removed but changes position and size as the parent window is enlarged or diminished.
The problem is unique to the "email" window (as opposed to, for example, a full screen view of my contacts). It appears in both of the email accounts I have set-up despite separate log-ins. It is unique to my iMac computer and Mozilla (3.6.11). It does not appear when logging in, using Mozilla on my wife's PC, or when I log in on the iMac using another browser (Safari).
Obviously I can work around the problem, but would love to solve it.

I tried all the above, with the following conditions: - I cleared the cache but the box that indicates any web sites that are saving data is and has been empty. - I removed all cookies - I re-started in Safe Mode and disabled all add-ons - I have always been operating in the default theme. There was no difference when the email page opened. I then trouble shot all the plugins although I did not repeat the above procedures before re-enabling each one-by-one. I discovered that in order to open the webmail page, the only plugin that must be enabled is Shockwave Flash 10.1.85.3 . In Safe Mode once again, with only that plug-in enabled, with the cache emptied, with the add-ons turned off, and with the cookies deleted, the email page will open but with the same white box that has been plaguing me. My phone indicates I have app updates but when I try to install then a box appears and asks for my PW. I put in my PW which i verified is correct and the updates circle a while then go back to update box and nothing happens What's going on?

I have an I Phone 4 OS is 7.1.2. The phone indicates I need to update some apps. I go to the update screen select either all or an individual app. I select the update box. I am then asked to enter my PW. I do so and select OK. The update circle spins for a while the goes back to saying update. If I repeat the process the same thing happens. I have the same problem. I have a store ID my family all used to buy things. I have a different icloud id for me and icloud backups. Store account is setup properly, and I can download new apps. It does not ask for a password for these as the phone is signed into the store account. You can delete an app and reinstall it (using same store account) and it will reinstall no problem.
The only problem I found with this is some apps I'd previously download for free are no longer free. Once upon a time my store list would show me an icon that an app had been downloaded before (think its the cloud symbol). Now there is no indication of this.
Also seems like something is wrong with the store account. When I tried logging in to type this reply with message with my store ID it immediately gave me an error message and told me the link was possibly outdated. But logging in with my icloud ID this message will load. Try again on store ID, error message. Even though we can log into our store accounts via https://appleid.apple.com/ and manage the account...something seems broken with how its attached to our App store. (I'm at work so not able to log into itunes with store ID and see what happens)

New iPod Touch. After using it for awhile a gray box appeared around an app icon. Whatever app I try to tap, the gray box appears and the app will not open. I cannot even open Settings. Tried a restart with no effect. Any ideas?

Also, when we tried to sync with iTunes, got an error message stating, This iPod cannot be used because the Mobile Device Service has not been activated. iPod is WiFi only isn't it? This made no sense at all. The iPod is brand new, just taken out of box yesterday.

Make sure Acrobat is Quit and then do this:
1. In the Finder go to the "Go" menu.
2. Select Go to Folder
3. Paste this path into the "Go to the Folder:" field

4. Copy the file into the JavaScripts folder.
5. Launch Acrobat
