Nº de caracteres para item em NF de exportação entrada.

Após a aplicação do SP12 NFs migradas via Softway "trancam" na entrada pois os caracteres configurados para os itens são enviados com 2 dígitos e o SAP esta convertendo para 1 dígitos e não reconhece o campo com os 2 dígitos. Alguém passou por este problema após a aplicação do SP12?

NWDS 7.0 Error during Quick PAR Upload and while trying Exporting PAR-File

Hello,
I am trying to use the functions "Export as PAR-File" and "Quick PAR Upload" in NWDS 7.0.
Unfortunately I got an error every time when I am trying to use this functions. I am using the package explorer in the Java perspectiv in NWDS for starting this functions. The error tells me the following:
"Unable to connect to the Portal"
"Operation failed: Please make sure the server "XY" is running or check the log (sap-plugin.log) for more detail"
Thats all.
When I am looking in the log-file I can read the following messages:

I have tried this with several users and their passwords. All of the users have admin-rights at least in the portal. One of them even in the SDM.
I can sucessfully deploy webdynpros from NWDS into the same Portal with this users.
We are using SAP Logon Tickets and SSO is configured working fine between Portal and backend.
We have imported Key Store File in NWDS unter Window --> Preferences --> Java Development Infrastructure.
And we are not using the NWDI.
Who knows why I cannot even export par-files? Are their any configurations missing?

It is mentioning about authentication.
check whether you have access to deploy directly or not ? maybe direct deployment into portal disabled .
I think you have to follow the procedure of checkout and activate procedure.
Can you clarify few things
1) Are you using NWDI Based Transports in your landscape?

Usa sprintf(char Destino, const char Formato, origen_de_datos), que esta en la libreria ANSI C. Es una funcion general que genera un string de chars con cualquier tipo de datos.
Debes declarar un char Destino del largo necesario para que contenga todo el numero (aprox. 6 caracteres para un int). El char formato es del tipo "%d" para un entero

Pedido de Compra - Envio de e-mail para o fornecedor

Boa tarde pessoal
Estou com uma dúvida sobre o processo para envio de e-mail do Pedido de Compra para o fornecedor.
Hoje utilizamos o e-mail do último aprovador no Pedido de Compra para que seja enviado ao fornecedor.
Existe alguma configuração para que no momento do envio seja utilizado o e-mail cadastrado no Grupo de Compradores?
Obs.: o objetivo é utilizar o e-mail do Grupo de Compradores informado na aba "Dados organizacionais".

Se você não deseja permitir novos lançamentos de fatura ou movimento de mercadoria tem que flegar o campo delivery completed indicator (EKPO-ELIKZ).

você poderia também setar esse campo manual mente na tabela EKPO.
Por favor:
execute a tabela EKPO na SE16 para a PO afetada,
selecione a linha/entrada da tabela,
vá pelo menu Table Entry->Change
marque o campo ELIKZ como 'X' ao invés de branco..

Olá Pessoal,
Alguém sabe me informar qual é o tratamento que a solução SAP SPED Fiscal apresenta quando usamos mestre de serviço e o pedido de compra fica com código do material (EKPO-MATNR) branco. Faço esta pergunta porque a partir do SPED todos os materiais e serviços devem ser codificados.
Ou temos que deixar de usar o mestre de serviço e usar o mestre de material para os serviços também e com isso perdermos a funcão para Folha de Registro de Serviço/Medição.

Send all line items of a sales order to IPC along with condition lines data

We wrote some pricing routines in R/3, where while doing he calculations for condition line item, we needed to pull in the material information for previous line items. So we exported vbap and imported it inside the routine to be able to have access to all the line items in the sales order. Now, we need to put in the same kind of logic in CRM/IPC. My question is what would be the equivalent of SAP's(import/export) commands for internal tables in case of IPC. I looked at the BADI CRM_COND_COM_BADI but still do not see how I can send all the line items data to IPC. So I guess, the question comes down to, how do I send all the line items of the sales order (whole VBAP in R/3 terms) to IPC along with the condition line data? Can someone please help?

If you can get the list of Sales orders which has deleted line items and force completion status. You can manage them in BI via lookup or navigation attribute.

Creation of C project from xRPM item and automatic creation of proj in PS

Hi all,
My requirement is to create a cproject from xRPM, once the status of the item is "Approved" and a BAdI is there(RPM_PROJ_CUST_WF) which will trigger, when the status is changed to "Approved".
My problem is how to create a cproject from xRPM item, any FM or BAPI available? If cproject is created, then automatically a project needs to be created in PS (ECC).
Also how to create a project in PS from cproject, any config? Please help in this regard. How I can proceed?. I need to make any config. for acheiving the same?

DFM_DO_CREATE_PROCESSING.

What if EXPORT ITEMS if grayed out in keychain access?

I attempted to export about 10 keychain items following the procedure in Keychain Access Help. After selecting the items
I found that Export Items was greyed out. I then selected the items one-at-a-time and found that Export Items was grayed
out for each item. What is the problem? I am the administrator of this computer. Help offers no further help about why
items cannot be exported.
(Also, why is text in this box offscreen when left justified?)

sadly, "some keychain items" seems to be the understatement of the year. I have not found any exportable items yet. And I have no idea why it should be impossible to export a simple Internet password, e.g., or a secure note.
In other words: "Some keychain items can not be exported." – I already read that in the help text. So please elaborate. Which ones cannot be exported (for example). What are possible reasons? Is there anything I can do about the "non-exportability" of an item? And which ones actually can be exported (for example)?

Multiple drop down menu items to populate the a separate text box...more help please

Thanks to Gilad D67 for showing me how to have multiple drop down menu items appear in a separate text box. This stuff blows my mind. Is there any script I can use to make a new drop down menu item appear in the same text box, but on a new line below a previous entry. For example. I select 'cat' from my drop down menu and it appears in my text box. Now I choose 'dog' from my menu and it appears in my text box like so 'cat dog.' Is there any way I can make 'dog' go straight to a new line automatically without having to manually go into the text box and change it?

Now, I don't have a clue if this is also possible, but imagine, I don't like my drop down menu selection of 'dog' and I go back into the menu and I change to 'rat' but in the text box, 'dog' still appears and 'rat' is added. Do I have to manually delete 'dog' from the text box or is there script that can do this for me.
Any assistance would be incredible. It amazes me how people know this stuff.

You have to set the option for the text field to be multiline and then change the last line of the script to:
getField("Text30").value += "\r" + aQuotes[item];
To reset the field you can use a separate button with a Clear Form command, and then you just select this one field from the list.

Web items not visable in PDF.

Hi all,
I'm using a generic "display"-web template in WAD. Printing, "Print Version" button, this template from a browser the standard analysis and chart are displayed in the PDF output file. If a add a new web item, like Analysis, the browser is showing the new added web item. But when I print this report, the new added web item is missing, not shown.
Any ideas what the solution is for this problem?

Yes, you have to choose by EXPORT Command by Data binding web items which should be exported.
If you did not choose anything all web items should be exported

Multiple drop down menu items to populate the same separate text box. How can I do it?

In Acrobat Pro X, I've figured out how to create a drop down menu with items that will populate a separate text box, but how can I get multiple menu items to populate the same text box. For example. My drop down menu has three items cat, dog, mouse. I choose cat and it appears in my separate text box (hooray). Next, I choose 'dog' from the same menu. I would like it to appear in the same text box along with my previous selection 'cat.' Is this possible? I'm very new to Java Script, any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

How to used BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to add items

Hi, I am trying to use the above bapi to add items to a sales order, but I can't get the qty to map across. I had the same problem using the create bapi whcih I resolved by populating the schedule tables, but in change this just causes an "unhandled exception" to occur, so i can;t even step into the FM to see the problem. Has anyone got any ideas.

BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE didn't work for me either though i'm 100% sure the bapi works
See SAP note 366265 which tells you how to fill the structures but
you can use your program which you used to create the sales order to change the order and all you need to
do is change a few parameters

Amit,
I am calling a action from a service order which will popup a window containing product tree. User will select the products. If a higher level product is select, child product will also be created as items with higher level item.
As I said the items are showing in the service order, but child item's higher level item is blank.

WAD: Inhibit Export Text Web Item

There is a Text-Web-Item in our Template which is not bound in the export command.
That´s why this Text-Web-Item was never exported in the past.
Now we´ve made a upgrade from SAP BW 7.0 to SAP BW 7.31.
And now the same Text-Web-Item will be exported (even though it is still not bounded in the export command).
We´ve found out that this problem (under SAP BW 7.31) only exists if a Text-Web-Item is inside a container.
Text-Web-Items that are outside of a container still won´t be exported.
Any ideas how to prevent this Item from export?

That would be technically possible, but I don´t want to change 400 Templates
Because the problem exists since upgrade to 7.31, I´m looking for a reason and a fix without changing all existing templates.
We´ve found out that the problem only exists if a container with layout-type "dynamic" is used. If I change to "GRID" the Text-Web-Item will not be exported. Is this a bug?
