N-Gage to 5300 Phone Book

Hi,
Im badly need serious help about this.
I was usin n-gage (not QD) then after i backup my n-gage settings i saved the "Backup.arc" in my PC then i sold my n-gage to get 5300 now im using 5300,
The problem is i noticed 2 days ago i didnt save all my contact numbers to SIM Card but it is on n-gage phone memory gosh now all i have is just my "Backup.arc" maybe it contain my contact numbers in there.
So, How to Convert "Backup.arc" into 5300 Phone book? (I think there must be a way to do this)
please help me

Use PC Suite to copy files from your PC to the phone, or use an USB memory card reader.
There's also "msvdrivee" (or "mvsdrivee"), but it is not supported and doesn't seem to be very safe, either. (It is supposed to let you change the default memory from phone memory to the memory card for messages.)
Of course, on an N-Gage it gets a bit problematic, if you need to swap memory cards to play games (an incoming message will not have a place where to go, if the wrong memory card is inserted).
If you want the risk, use your favourite Internet search engine to find the program.

Has your carrier been having issues with Call Display? Do the telephone numbers come up when people call, or does it just show 'Unknown Number' or 'Blocked' ?

Hello, I have a question on "quest".????? I have someone getting into my computer. I have shut of the quest... and yet yesterday all of my files were stolen. My phone book, someone goes in and changes my phone number, and just changes so many things around. It really has me upset. Please... tell me how I can keep "guest" out for good. I bought this computer for me. Not guest, yet all I see here on the apple ways is how others can hook in, or get in to our computers.
Its upsetting, and to see how you give step by step instruction to help them get into other people's computers is upsetting, yet not much on how to keep them out. Data rate DOES make a difference, but I'd say your real problem has more to do with the fact that you're working on a Powerbook. Motion's real time capabilities derive from the capability of the video card. Not the processor. Some cards do better than others, but laptops are not even recommended for running Motion.
To improve your workflow on a laptop will be limited, but there are a few things that you can try.
Make sure that thumbnails and previews are turned off.
Make sure that you are operating in Draft Mode.
Lower the display resolution to half, or quarter.
Don't expect to be getting real time playback. Treat it more like After Effects.
Compressing your clips into smaller Animations does help because it lowers the data rate, but you're still dealing with the animation codec which is a high data rate codec. Unfortunately, it sounds necessary in your case because you're dealing with alpha channels.
The data rate comes into play with your setup trying to play through your USB drive. USB drives are never recommended for editing or Motion work. Their throughput is not consistent enough for video work. a small FW drive would be better, though your real problem as I said is the Powerbook.
If you must work on the powerbook, then don't expect real-time playback. Instead, build your animation, step through it, and do RAM previews to view sections in real time.

BlackBerry 10 OS, Problem with Phone-book(Contacts) application

I am using my Z30 as bussnes phone, thus I have over 1600 contacts in it. Many clients have 2 phone lines; one is phone only line & another that is FAX for incoming calls and it is also used as phone for outcoming calls, so the first line is not busy all time. When my clients call me at Z30 form the "FAX" line (traditional line-to-mobile voice call) , my mobile does not show my clinets name(shows only the phone number which is calling me), even there is a contact with this number at my phone-book. I meen that the reverse lookup fails. It seems that reverse lookup does not work for FAX numbers!!!
Can this be fixed on the upcomming update ?

FF not connecting to web- This "Network Connections" message pops up: Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection. Any ideas?

About a month ago I could no longer connect to the internet on our PC. Every time I clicked on the Firefox icon the Netscape sign-on window would pop up. I would try to close it but it would pop up over and over again. If I tried to close it a dozen or so times eventually Firefox would open up but it would never connect. Just today I moved my Netscape file to the recycle bin. No longer does the Netscape sign-on window pop up but following Network Connection error message pops up: "Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection".. This error window behaves the same way the Netscape sign-on window used to behave. Every time I click to close it it pops open again. After numerous clicks Firefox opens up but it never connects.

Do you have this error message on a Mac computer or on a Windows computer?
I've only seen this error mentioned on a Windows computer.

Syncing phone book/contacts from iphone 3GS to Iphone4

Hey,
I just got the iphone 4 - put in the smaller sim card required and am now wondering how do I transfer my phone book from my previous 3GS to the new sim card/phone.
My old computer crashed, and am using my laptop on which I just installed Itunes.

I believe the best way is to use iTunes to sync the contacts from your 3GS into a 3rd party program such as Outlook. Then, use iTunes to sync the contacts from Outlook to your new iPhone 4.

My phone contact - phone book number - notifications disappear suddenly

i bought a q10 before 3 weeks ago , it was working perfectly, till 2 days ago, i was using the browser to check some pic's on Google, while i was browsing the internet stop, i closed it and tried to check my facebook, it couldn't even load, so i thought it from my net supplier, i restart my phone, and after it worked i check my facebook, but it was too slow, then i went throw my browser it was to slow to, i went in to my phone book in here was the suppress, that it never showed any calls, it just showed (no recent calls), then i tried to access my contacts, it also gave me (add accounts),
in the same time i lost my emails which my connected to the phone too,
now when i make a fone call it doesn't show it in the phone book
when some one make for me a miscall it doesn't show to

it doesn't notify me in any notification(bbm,msg,wassup..etc)
can't browser vedio, pics anything from browser or facebook in the time that my internet plane is still working perfectly
i lost all my contacts and linked contacts
can't even link my emails anymore
i which find for my the solution because my life ill get scrow if i didn't get my contact back

N81 phone book transfer problem

I just bought a new Jensen VM9022 bluetooth head unit and was successfully paired with my Nokia N81. The problem is that the phone book cannot be transfer. I tried a samsung sgh-u700 and the phone book was trasfered.

Hi. I'm new to the iPhone, but I have had iPods for 5 years or so. I don't know if it works the same, but here's what I know from my iPod experience.
Each iPod is associated with a particular iTunes account. If you plug your device into your computer, it should see your iTunes account and do what ever you have set your iTunes to do when it sees your device (mine is set to sync automatically). If you plug into a different computer, it asks if you want to sync to that iTunes, and if you say yes, it will replace your content with what is in the other iTunes account.
Still, you say it was your own computer that did this to you, so I'm a bit stumped. It sounds like when you had the iPhone 4 you had different content than when you got your iPhone 5. What was the difference? Songs, contacts, photos, apps, etc.? Do you still have the content of your iPhone 5 on your computer? I have only managed my iPhone with my computer, with the exception of downloading a few apps directly, but those apps get placed on my computer when I sync, so I was under the impression that other things that go directly to your phone would also sync, but maybe that's wrong on my part.
You might want to open iTunes on your computer and go to Store>View My Account to make sure you have the correct log-in. Could it be that you made a new Apple ID with the new phone, and your computer is still logged in with your old one?
Please post back if you find a solution, or if you have any new info.

Lumia 520 Cannot dial from Phone Book

I have just swapped my old Nokia 5230 for a Lumia 520, when I use it in my car the phone book downloads and is searchable, however when I try to dial from the Phone Book it just drops back to the first screen showing my phone is connected by Bluetooth no such probles with the 5230 in the same car, any advice, solutions?

Drop it from a great height and get your old 5230 back ,The 520 is a load of **bleep**,Much better phones about .
