N0 Collective slip is printing in MB90

Hi Experts,
I maintained configuration settings and condition records for both out put types WE01 and WE03.
When I do the GR Collective slip in the general tab is automatically activated and I can see the both out put types WE01 and WE03 in the out put tab.
but in MB90 system is showing only WE01 condition type and not showing the WE03 condition type .Here I need to print the collective slip for that GR document.
Any Inputs are greatly appreciated....

Please check in NACE and ME ( Inventory) there will be conditions WE01/WE02/WE03 ETC attached to the procedure just like pricing procedure check it there, if existing there should be no reson why it should not show up in MB90. Just check for condition records with WE01 & WE03 and the printer assignments , and print details. When taking print out in MB90, do not enter any output type but enter other details except for Material doc no... lok whether system is picking the output types pertaining to WE03 or not.

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE u2013 Collective slip not printed when called from Biztalk

Hi Experts,
Iu2019m trying to call BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE from within a Biztalk Orchestration.
Everything works fine except for one thing: The printing of the collective slip.
I made a quick test and the collective slip is printed when I call BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE from transaction SE37 (Test Sequences).
I have used exactly the same parameters for the two cases.
I can see that when I call the BAPI from SE37, an output is generated for the material document (MB03 / details / messages).
This is not the case when the call comes from Biztalk.
I followed the documentation and the notes 520813 (Question 12), 426554.
This means that:
- The user executing the BAPI has the parameter NDR set to u2018Xu2019 in his profile.
- VER_GR_GI_SLIP is set to u20183u2019 to ask for the collective slip print out.
- VER_GR_GI_SLIPX is set to u2018Xu2019 to enable the print out.
What should I do to be able to print a collective slip when calling the BAPI from Biztalk ?

WE03 Output type with print version '3' (Collective Slip)

I am using output type WE03 with combination of print version 3 (Collective Slip) to print GR slips.
My requirement is to print all the line items on single page (unless there is no room) .
However with this output type one line item is printed per page.
Does anyone manage to print items continously on the page without page break?
Is there any other output type/print version for that?
Well, the last option will be to change the print program and sapscript, but I am trying to avoid that...

we want to print of all the document no. we put in MB90 from and to.
collective slip already mark in MIGO output.please guide what has to be done in configuration.
Or there is another Tcode where we solve this issue.

Hi Kunwar,
first check, Have you created message for all the documents and what is the dispatch time in the message. You have to select option no. 3 ( send with application own transaction) for output type WE03.
SPRO >> Materials Management >> Inventory Management & Physical Inventory >> Output Determination >> Maintain Output types >> Click on Output type go to default values and set the dispatch time as 3

Printing Indicator (Individual/Collective Slip) at Display MIGO GR document

Hi, Good Morning...
FYI , I 've been check Collective slip indicator when prepare GR document. Once after press CHECK and POST button, system will generate document GR number. Then I just want to display the document again. When system prompt out, we discovered there is not in collective slip indicator status but it become individual slip. Any Other suggestions?

The system is default to pick the individual slip. Are you getting the print from MB90. If yes, then you dont need to worry on this one. On some systems I have seen all 3 options, mapped as collective slip for convenience of users, so that whatever they choose, it doesnot effect the print. Only main thing here is to get the Print active check enabled. If not the print will not go to MB90.
Usually I make the Print check button mandatory, so that material document is not saved without this check.

Goods Receipt Collective Slip for Mat Doc is not printing

HI All,
I have a strange issues. I'm trying to print collective slip for Goods Receipt which is created against of PO.
I able to print Individual Slip when i create GR(Mat Doc) against PO with movement type 101. But I'm not able to print the Collective Slip when I create GR(Mat Doc) against PO with movement type 101. I'm saving the GR document by selecting collective slip. Error I'm getting is "The system could not create Output".
I check the condition records in MN21, condition record is in place.
I check in OMB5, for movement type and material document configuratio its there.
I check in NACR, condition record is there.
I found that In table NAST, entry for GR document created using collective slip is not available, but Individual slip GR Doc entries are there in NAST table.
any help on this matter is highly appreciated.
I check in SDN, Googled it, but no result.

2. Before you set up the output determination, you have to run the program RM07NCUS for each client in which you want to use the output determination function.
This program copies the basic settings from the SAP standard client (000).

When I print GR collecive slip , it is not printing with standard forms iteslf. I m using standard form and print program. It is priting Individual slip properly. I want to print more than one line item in single page itself. Is there any configuration is there for WE03 ? or Need to code in form ? please help me on this

you need to write logic for multiple items, copy the print program and cnage the logic...

POSTING_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT in MIGO for collective slip

Hi all.
I am using smartforms for printing GI slips in MIGO. The problem is that when i want to print the document for collective slip i get a short dump with error: POSTING_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT. I have looked over the internet for a solution but i could not find one.
Any ideas ?

Problem with printout for Mvtype 551 and Collective slip

Hi there!
Need some help.
Well, I have several items and when posting them with 551 in MIGO and check printing active on collective slip (3), the printout does not show any of items.
When posting it with same MvType 551 and check printing active on other two values (1 or 2), I get 1 printout for every item.
So, what should I do to have one printout for all items for MvType 551?

Hi Ines,
Go to NACE, select ME (Inventory Mgmt), click on procedures, select Inventory Mgmt, click on control.
Here you should find an entry for your condition type there should an entry with requirement type having a value, for GR it is 173, so for your case, check which one applies.

GR/GI Indivitual and Collective slip

Hi All,
I am facing issue for the GI. I am creating a material document with multiple line items. When i tried to save the document with Individual slip, It print's fine (each line item per page). When i tried to save the document with Collective slip option, it should print all line items in a single page. Which it's not happening and it's printing as like Individual slips.
I have checked the config. Config details are below.
Output TYPE: WA01
Program : SAPM07DR
Form name: WA_SCHEINVERS1
Form routine: ENTRY_WA01
Everything is standard, I want to make sure any configuration is missing or for collective slip we need consider any other things.
Point's will be rewarded.

For Movement Type: 313, Stock is transferred from the Issuing S.Loc to the Transit and Transfer (You can see in T-Code: MB52 Column: Transit & Transfer) and you have to do the Movement Type: 315 for removing from the Transit to the Receiving S.Loc.
So when we take the printout of the material doc with movement type: 313 only Issuing S.Loc will be updated in the script and automatically generated item in the Mat Doc will not be printed. Once you Process the material doc with 315 Mvt Type you get the print out of the Receiving S.Loc.
If they want the both the line items in the Mvt Ty:313 Mat Doc you can develop a Z Script and attach to the Output type. You will get all
the information from Table: MSEG.

When user was making GR with multiple line itmes and he selected Collective print out option to print GR Note. But still only one line items get printed not all the line item. What will be the problem

check have u maintain WE03 as output type
In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, also ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
Then Go to MN21, for output type WE03 select Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now Go to MB90 select out put type as WE03 trns. medium as 1 and take printout
REWARD IF HELPFUL.

How do I get the packing slips to print the selections made under a buy now button

So I started using paypal packing slips about a year and half ago, instead of manually copying the info into an excel document version to create the packing slip. I use the packing slips to make sure I have the order correct and done before packing and then printing out the label. For the past year and half if it is a 'buy now' button with drop down selections, I have to manually edit each one to copy and paste the info from the payment notification into the end of 'thank you' text field. and in the process I have to remember to de-select the save button each time so I don't accidently put that info on my next order. Is there a way either with the button itself or the packing slip to select to have it print out the selections made on the packing slip? Given that in a few cases there are several drop downs, I need them all to list. It would save me a little time with each order and more importantly make sure I have the correct information on the correct packing slip. The information is there. just have not figured out how to automatically have it print on the packing slip. For trivia: I have no problem when I send an invoice or have an item with no selections, but for those items that have selections, because most of my items have several similar variations available, it would be really nice to be able to have it automatically put that information on the packing slip.

Could you check your "shrink to fit" and scaling settings? Easiest way is:
tap the Alt key > File > Page Setup
The default would be
* Scale: 100
* Shrink to fit checked (this disables editing the Scale box, but you can uncheck it, edit, then re-check it)
If those are at their default settings, perhaps they do not work well for particular pages? You can use Print Preview to examine how shrink-to-fit works on that page and override it by using a different percentage instead.

print of all the documents together not indididual , for that i have suppressed the dialog box but

Are you taking the user´s printer?
All the goods receipts are in a internal table? If so, you can do a loop in this internal table and call your smartform.

As your posting a GR, you need to maintain the settings in :
SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for Goods Receipt Documents
for 101 movement as 1.
Also quickly check following points
1. In OMBR indicate the printer name as LOCL,Item print indicator as 1,Print version-2
2. In M706 ,mantain output types for WE01/02/03 (as requiired),Also check the default value ,dispatch time-3/4,Tr medium-1 ,print parametr-7..here prefarable output type is WE03
3.In OMJ3 mantain output device for all the plants
4.in MN21 for output type WE,mantain print version-3 ,print item as 1.
Than in MIGO check the print check box and than going to MB90 get the document number and execute for getting print out.
