Hello.
I've opened my phone by PCSuite, then when i was trying to open SMS they appeared only once, i closed the one, they all just disappeared. Now PC suite show me Inbox 0, Outbox 0. When i trying open them using my phone i see same. All SMS was stored at memory card. So how can i restore my messages?

1. The sent items folder issue might be caused by the trial version limit.
2. You can issue a bug report for NokiGems. Usually fixed in 24 hours.
3. SMS's senders are phone number means the phone book has no name for that number.

HT4101 Lost all Photos while Using Camera Connection Kit to Nikon D70 -HELP!

After using with my Nikon D70, the photos are not on my camera - says now incompatible file format. And they cannot be seen on iPad. on iPad there is a gray box that says 'jpeg' in it. Where are my photos? Can I get them back?

You can't export any type of files using the camera connection kit.
There are some wireless external hard drives that can be used with the iPad.

What are the things taken care while using multiple suites?

Hi all,
I have created a plugin which sends the current file path to an url,
its working fine with debugging in Visual studio 2005 and while it is added to the Adobe Illustrator its works only once.
That is its sending the file path only for one file. While i tried for the second time its not working
I am using following suits in my plugin
AIDocumentSuite
AIFilePathSuite
AIActionManagerSuite
AIUnicodeStringSuite
AIURLSuite
I am using the "AIURLSuite" for calling the url and it is calling the url multiple times while its used alone, and its only working once with the multiple suites.
What are the things taken care while using multiple suites? , is it neccessary to release all variables and the suites after completing the task?
Should they released in the same order in which they are acquired?

Hi,
The problem was with the "sAIDocument->GetDocumentModified(mod);"
The "GetDocumentModified" is crashing after executing once, i just removed that statement , and now
i am forcefully saving the document with out checking the modification status!
Its working fine now!
Could you please tell me how can we lock a plugin , or a particular function in a plugin.
There is any specific standard to use the GetDocumentModified function?

Lost all sms oh my 6110 Navigator

Hi there... I simply just lost all my sms (recieved and sent) from my 6110 Navigator.
I wasnt executing anything... I just accidentaly turn off the mobile, and when I turn it on again, all my messages disappeared!!
Does this kind of thing ever happen to any of you? Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately the data is lost, although the device does keep a backup of your PIM files (ie contacts, calendar etc) all other files such as your text messages which are a messaging.pdb file so all pdb files on the device are only stored on the computer one time, once that file is overwritten there is nothing that can retrieve it. Treo desktop is great, but only pulls the data from that messages.pdb file so the program is going to pull the data that is currently on your phone.
Now with that bad news out of the way, there may be some good news, all text messages go through your carrier's servers, so in order for text messages to go from one phone to another phone the message is first saved on the server and then sent to the next phone, if you contact the carrier they may be able to retrieve the text messages, but it also all depends on who you talk to you, you may have to go through the carriers legal department and it may actually take something from your lawyer to actually be able to get those text messages.

I have saved all my datas of my old iphone on itunes and icloud. I got a new phone 4s that I connected to itunes in order to load it and sync with my old datas. but I don't konw how but when itunes sync my new iphone i did not take my old datas. at the end of the sync process, I got an iphone totally virgin, but none of my previous apps, neither contact neither calendar neither anything. what happened? did itunes erased all my previous datas?? i hope not but if it's the case, can I recuperate my old datas through icloud? please help because as a lot of us, all my life is in this iphone.. (contacts, photos of my 18months girl, etc etc)

Adding all dimensions while using merging

HI All,
I have 2 data providers.
D1: year, quarter, revenue
D2: year, country, sale revenue
now in webi after using merging i am not able to add all dimensions (year,quarter and country) in same table, please suggest any work around.

You should only use merged dimension + Details with cardinality of 1:1 and measures in the same table

I lost all contacts while upgrading to IOS6

I have iPhone 4S. Got a message about upgrading it to IOS6....
When finish I r.ealized I lost 800 contacts I had on it.
I am sure I am not alone in this truble . We have to sue those guys who did such an amatural job.

How to replace all objects while using IMPDP

I have exported a schema using EXPDP, now I am trying to import (IMPDP) that into another database as different schema, which already contains some of the objects (like tables, procedures, sequence etc). I using the option of REPLACE for TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION, but that doesn't replace if any existing procedures, sequences etc. Please let me know what option I should to replace every objects.

There is no way to do what you want using datapump. Datapump does not have an 'OBJECT_EXISTS_ACTION = REPLACE'. All it has is the TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION. Can you get around this by dropping the schema? If not, then the only way I can think of is by using the sqlfile parameter on impdp.
sqlfile allows you to write all of the ddl that is going to be executed during a datapump job to a .sql file. You can then edit that file and either attempt a drop before the create or change the 'create' to 'create or replace'. Then run the .sql file.
You would then have to run the datapump import job with content=data_only to load the tables with their data.

Lost all My contacts using Exchange with Iphone

I no longer use exchange but I do still need all 2000 of my contacts. Well I kept getting a message to sync my phone. I didn't want to. I just wanted the message to go away so I deleted the email account, but the message did not go away. I heard if you do a backup it saves your contacts. So I backed it up and did a restore to see if that would kill the sync message. Well when I did and tried to restore from backup all of my contacts were gone. I am absolutley devastated. Is there anyway to get them back? Are the contacts stored somewhere else. Could I get them back setting up exchange on my phone again. Could they be resynced then or are they just gone?

You may be able to do an over-the-air sync by adding your Exchange account to get all your contacts back.
Most likely the reason that none of your contacts were saved in the backup is because the iPhone contacts was connected with your exchange server, and cannot sync with iTunes when this is happening. To check this, leave the Exchange account enabled, connected your iPhone to your computer and in iTunes go to the info tab and see if you are able to select sync contacts. You you may need to get those contacts off of your computer that is connected to the Exchange server, and bring them over to home computer with a flash drive.

Lost All Bookmarks when using ICloud 1st time.

I have (had) many bookmarks under Safari on my IPad 1. For the first time, in Settings - ICloud, I turned on Bookmarks, thinking they would now all be saved to the cloud. They're all gone. The iPad took hours to sync over wifi, and they're still gone.

Sync them again to the iPad or download them again from the app store via the purchased tab.
I think it makes more sense to sync again. Connect your iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Click on the iPad name on the left side - then click on the apps tab in iTunes. Make sure that the Sync Apps heading is selected and go down the list of all of your apps - make sure each one is selected to sync and then sync.
If you make any changes you will have to click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes,

I'm on a MacbookPro 10.6.8 and with the FF update 18.0.2 I lost all ability to use my keyboard shortcuts if I move the cursor. HELP!

If you open your profile folder, can you rescue the largest sessionstore.bak file and copy it out of the folder. I think there is a way to substitute that back in if you search around here.

Lost all audio in iMovie '09

I have suddenly lost all audio while working on project in iMovie '09. It started when a newly imported video had no audio but my saved project still had its audio. Then the problem spread to my project also. Now I have no audio at all. I've checked the obvious like mute, computer volume...etc. Any ideas out there?

No. I did not enter my Admin password. I tried to open the iPhoto library from my User -> Library -> Pictures folder. It said something like "Needs to upgrade.. Upgrade now?" Then, I opened iPhoto and had iPhoto '09 but no new pictures.
So, I read some forums online and tried to find the Originals folder in my iPhoto library (show package contents) folder. However, showing the package contents was not an option. Fortunately, I back up files and the iPhoto library saved on my external hard drive a few months ago has pictures and the originals folder. I am, however, still missing a few months worth of photos.
This is what I know:
When I accessed the iPhoto library file from in User -> Library -> Pictures, it only contained pictures from several years ago. It apparently accessed a different iPhoto library. Maybe that's what the upgrade was for?
But if it was merely an upgrade or change of some kind, the new pictures should still be present somewhere in the hard drive, which does not appear to be the case.
And, if iPhoto and the iPhoto library are linked, then the library should not change depending on which way I accessed it.

Lost All My Photos! "Error occurred while trying to save .."

Hi. I'm in total panic mode right now as it appears I have lost all my photos.
I did a quick search here and came across a couple of threads, but I'm not sure if the info contained in them is going to help me.
I was using iPhoto and double clicked on a photo to enlarge it to show it to a friend and then I got the following message: "An error has occurred while trying to save your photo library. Some recent changes may be lost. Make sure your hard disk has enough space & that iPhoto is able to access the iPhoto Library". After this, all my photos in all the events & albums disappeared ... no status bar indicating anything was being processed ... nothing.
I have my iPhoto Library on my 1TB Western Digital Hard Drive and the drive kept whirring as if processing something (this sound is common but it just kept going). I quit iPhoto, put the iMac to sleep & a minute later woke it up. The HD started whirring again & I opened up iPhoto ... still no photos. I dragged the external HD to the trash to eject it & unplugged it. I then re-connected it & still nothing. I have two "my book" icons in the left panel when I open up my Mac HD and one of them I can't get rid of as it says the volume can't be found. I'm guessing this is from when I tried to eject the HD. I am going to try re-starting my Mac. I also right clicked on the iPhoto icon to check the properties & even though I have no photos, it spent a couple of minutes (like it usually does) trying to calculate the size of the library ... so I'm hoping that the photos are somewhere.
I have 16gb left on my iMac HD & 476gb on the external HD. I have no clue what happened and I had over 160gb in my iPhoto Library.
Where should I look to try and find the photos if they have just been hidden (I hope) or am I totally out of luck? I have backups of some of the photos but not everything ...
If anyone can offer some suggestions I'd be very grateful.

You’re having two problems there, I think. One is with the disk. You’re not going anywhere with the other until you can get that to mount.
Assuming you can, it sounds like the database has been damaged:
Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library (Right Click -> Show Package Contents) allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 08* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Events and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
In the iPhoto Preferences -> Events Uncheck the box at 'Imported Items from the Finder'
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library (Right Click -> Show Package Contents) on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Event Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.
