N70 not gettin connected to my computer

Hi... My N70 is not getting linked with my computer. When I connect my phone using cable, it is getting detected. but when i open the N70 folder found in Nokia Browser, it shows a message "NOT SUPPORTED". Someone plz do the needfull. :-(

Great Troubleshooting on your own so far!. (If you got 2 PC and 2 iPod would be much easier, some of the people in this community has more than 2 of each.)
Hope you did not connect it to a USB Hub, the sync cable must be plug in directly to a USB2 port at the back of the Desktop Computer.
If you have a spare Notebook, with iTunes, connect it to the Notebook, to check if the iPod is working or hung.
Can you iPod run and play songs, when disconnected from the PC? (Sorry, for just asking the obvious)
Anyway, just hard reset your iPod, so that we can start from scratch
1. if your iPod is hung, reset it by pressing Menu and Center button for at least 10 secs till the Apple logo, comes on. (this won't delete your songs in the iPod, if they are not corrupted))
2. Connect it back to your Notebook or Desktop.
if your iPod screen is dead, try charging the battery by connecting it to another computer. if it doesn't connect to successfully to another computer, it may need servicing.

IPod will not charge/connect to a computer

To start with my iPod was taking a while to connect to the charger for it to charge, but yesterday it completely stopped connecting to it, it would not connect to any computer or wall socket. I have tried different cables to attempt to charge but they do not work either, so it must be the iPod whch is not responding. At the moment the iPod is completely dead.

My ipod will not stay connected to my computer. When first plugged into the usb port, I can see it as a drive. Within seconds it disappears. If I look in the devices area, I can see it but it has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point beside it.

When I connect my ipod to a usb port on my computer, I can see it in my computer as a drive for a few seconds and then it disappears. It can be seen under devices but as a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it. If I run trouble shoot, it states windows is disconnecting this device.
I can see it in itunes as a device. However, this is a brand new computer, running windows 7. My last one bit the dust in mid use. I want to save the songs on my ipod and to do that I believe I need to be able to see the files on the ipod.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My IPod Clasic will sometimes display the error "lost connection" when it's being used, but not when connected to my computer. Any ideas?

This does not happen when connected to a docking device or computer, only when it is being used with headphones. If I reboot, it's fine, but it does happen again.

Have discovered that I had not in fact updated the ios!!
Went through the process last night and my ipod now works fine on my docking station.

My new nano will not stay connected to my computer.

I recieved a 6 gen nano from the 1 gen replacement program. I completely removed all apple software from my system, and downloaded the newest versions to replace them before plugging in the new nano. When I plugged in the new nano, the computer recognized it for a few seconds, saw it was an ipod and started the registration process, but then started disconnecting and connecting the nano every few seconds. Now itunes does not recognize the nano at all. I ruled out the usb ports and the cable as the problem, so it has to be the nano with the issues. Please help, at least my old 1 gen still worked! Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this?

I have Server in Remote location,My ServerName of SAP B1 8.8 PL10 is Public IP and client is remotely connected to server.I installed a client in the client machine with the public IP.when i connect from client to server(IPAddress).All the Sap Modules are diaplayed except the inbuit addon and customisations add-on.Apparently,when i check the add-on manager to connect the Add-on.Its showing status as connected when i check the inbuilt addon to connect the system is gettin hanged and for the customisation addon its not at all displaying in the sap main menu.Summarising,My Customisation add-on are connected but not displayed addons in Sap main menu..
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Vijay,
Remote Desktop is necessary to make it work. You can not run remotely connection with Public IP address directly.
It is also a great risk to do so. Probably you need to change the way of your current connection and using SAP suggested remote connection tools.

My ipod has not been connecting to the computer properly

when I plug my ipod w/click wheel into my imac, the ipod says do not disconnect. After waiting for 5 minutes nothing happens in itunes or on the finder. I cant eject the ipod properly so i have to do i manually. I also can not update or restore my ipod. If the iBook has a FireWire port, hook up both machines with a FireWire cable. Start up the iBook with the T key held down, and then use these instructions to copy the iTunes library to your home folder on the iMac. If you will be moving the library to the current location of the iTunes music folder on the Mac, rename the existing folder while iTunes isn't running and stop following the instructions after step 4.

Put the phone in rescue mode and have itunes restore it. This is how. Turn the device off holding down the sleep/wake button until you get slide to turn off. Turn off device. With the device off. Hold down the home button and keep holding down the home button while plugging in the iphone to your computer. Iphone will get an itunes logo and cable image on the screen release the home button. Itunes will see a device in recovery mode press ok in the message and hit restore.

Hello, my iPhone charges when I charge it with the wall plug but not when connected to a computer via USB and my iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone either. iTunes recognizes my iPod and iPad just fine. I have been to Apple iPhone support page and I have restarted my iPhone, the computer, tried different USB ports, etc. I have also tried my iPhone on different macs even with different versions of iTunes and no luck. This all started when I was cleaning out some lint from the usb connector, could I have damaged some part of the docking connection? But why does it charge with a wall plug then?

I fixed the problem. When I was trying to clean the connector of the iPhone I must have bent some pins. I have straightened them to the best of my ability and now it syncs. If your iPhone charges, but doesn't sync, most likely you have a similar problem, because the iPhone doesn't need all of its pins to charge, but it does need all of them to sync.

iam using blackberry z3 mobile its now shows error while iam trying to do security wipe and its shows that www.bberror.com/bb10-0016. and the main problem is that the device is not get connected to the computer. when i connected to the computer the device get turn on automatically. and i trying to do trun off its geting turn on automatically and not connected to the computer what to do? HELP

For the most part I understand you have a problem with your device.... but that`s about I much as I could understand. Now, lets try to get a bit more details on this....
You can not security wipe because you have the 10-0016 error? .... but the real problem is that yo can not connect the device to the computer?
So.... its kind of confusing what you are trying to explain in the last 2 lines of your post..... are you trying to turn off the device but it gets turn back on?????

Will not stay connect to computer

When I connect my Iphone 4S to my mac it won't stay connected. I get a message saying the computer cannot recongnize the phone. Also before that message would appear I got a message telling me reset all my settings and try reconnected and that didn't work either. Please help!

N70 not connecting to the computer

I've got a nokia N70 and yesterday the PC suite said that a new version of the suite was available..So i updated to the new version.But when i tried to install it, i got an error saying that one of the installation files was corrupted.I then reinstalled the older version using the CD.But the problem is, the phone isnt connecting to the PC anymore.When i click on "get connected",it doesnt go beyond the "attach your phone to the computer" screen.I tried reinstalling PC suite again, but that didnt help.Any idea whats wrong?

update:i downloaded the latest version of pc suite again...and now when i click on "get connected", it says "there is no available connection type and therefore connection to phone cannot be established"..what the heck am i supposed to do now??
