N73 ME lying with Nokia for past 8 months

I understand that this is not a forum where customer service issues are addressed.
However, my Nokia N73 ME phone has been lying with Nokia since the past 8 months.
Numerous emails and millions of phone calls have not been able to resolve the problem.
I have tried to post messages on the "Contact Us" link on numerous occasions. Yet, I have received none more than an automated reply.
Does anyone know of any escalation points at Nokia? I'd really appreciate if some one could share contact points/email addresses where I could get an audience for this problem.

I've given my entire case details along with contact details on numerous occasions but clearly, at least in my case, the designated channels are not working.
Considering that my phone has been with Nokia for a more than 8 months of the 15 odd months since I've bought it, clearly there is something amiss.
I am therefore trying to establish contact with anyone higher up who could get this resolved. Hence this post on this forum.

    Hi Sree,
    I usually look up the activity in transaction ST03N (Workload analysis). In most systems the standard activity statistics are available for up to three months. You can extend the period of course, see this [thread|ST03N Data; for further details.
    Once in the transaction, switch to expert mode. Under Workload node, expand 'Total'. Double click on the desired range you want to analyze. Switch to 'User Data' tab in the right window and in the lower left pane under 'Analysis View', double click 'Transaction Profile'.
    The # of steps roughly estimates how many times a particular transaction has been executed.

    Since you have no credit history, my guess is you would need at least a year of on time payments, and I'm not sure a pre-paid account would qualify as you can stop at any time. 
    You didn't specify your age, but getting started int he credit world is not easy - you may try applying for a gas card, or a credit card, and USE them, pay them off each month - and expect to take a year or more to establish a record.

    We are on the process of initializing a new database due to database size, our client requested that we extract items from the current live database but only those items that are not On Hold and has been active for past 18 months. Those items that does not have transaction for the past 18months and currently on hold will be dropped. What will be the query to extract based on this filter? Please help. Thank you.

    we are creating addl ledgers with different fiscal year variant
    is it possible for me to fill up this ledger with values for a past period?
    my fiscal year variant is V3 April - March, however I need the parallel ledger for calender year Fiscal Yr Variant K4.
    Going live with this in april is it possible to populate this ledger with values for jan-march period

    HI,
    I am not sure if it is helpful but what you can do is to define an asset movement type limited to a valuation area, which allows you to post for example acquisitions only in on valuation area, but not in the other one.
    Thus you can post ABSO with one asset movement type for one valuation area (APC-value X) for another valuation area use another movement type and post APC value Y.
    Anyway the difference of the APC value (thats not ativated) needs to be posted to an P&L account.
    Maybe there are other/better suggestions from other people.

    I have Nokia E70 with Mail For Exchange 1.6.1. It works ok except with reoccurring events. Earlier I noticed, that it does not update changed reoccurrin events, but no it does not trasfer even many new reoccurring events to phone calendar. Enyone experienced similar symptoms?
    I use reoccurring events a lot, and really need to have this working.

    Do you mean recurring calendar items don't sync from phone to server or from server to phone?
    Can you tell me more about the item? What is the recurrence pattern? How often does it repeat? Does it have exceptions?
    If created on the device is it a 'Meeting'? If created in Outlook is it an 'Appointment' or 'Meeting request'
    In general this feature seems to work on my E61i.

  • How to create a chart for past 12 months

    Our objective is to show month by month the cumulative growth of new accounts for the past 12 months.
    I know how to do cumulative. The problem is that for some of the months, we don't have new accounts. My pivot table only has those months that have new accounts. E.g. Month 1, Month 4, Month 5, Month 7, Month 10, Month 12. What I want is to have those months that do not have new accounts to have the same cumulative total as the prior month. So in my example, if Month 1 Cum = 10, then Month 2 Cum = 10, Month 3 Cum = 10, because Month 2, Month 3 do not have new accounts. This way, the chart would show data for each month.
    How do I do that?

    My requirement was slightly different, I had to built a report showing how many opportunities are going to a particular stage / week end (1/2/2009..1/9/2009 etc). I noticed that we do not have opportunities that goes to a particular stage in a certain week but still my chart should show there is a goal of 10 opportunities for that week end.
    What i did was i created 52 activities with a certain type (visible only to me) with a completed date of the specific weekend (It's a pain to create 52 activities, so i mass imported them). Now having done that i created a union of sales stage report and activities report. In both sales stage and activities i put filters to show case only the information that i need to see. Once i did this then i built pivots of the same.
    In your case i would suggest you create 12 activities one for each month i.e completed date 1/1/2009, 2/1/2009 etc. Then you build a accounts report with your specific conditions that would pertain its a new account. Let's say you have two fields # of Accounts, Month of created Date
    Unionize with Activities (filter for getting only the 12 activities that you created). Put two fields # of Activities, Month of Completed Date. Change the formula for # of Activities to 0 and rename the field to say # of Accounts.
    Once you do this build a pivot table and you will get your report. You can chart it if you want.

    You can check History of PIR through MD62 itself.Select particular row, Goto Menu, Select Item History(Shift +F6).
    Or
    You may pls execute transaction MD73.
    Plz select option "3 :History Planned ind reqmnts " in the display options and execute the report.

    For the past two weeks I've been having major problems with my Z10. I started noticing that my Whatsapp messages were coming through, but not making a sound. I reset and set the notification settings again, but still no luck. I figured since it was a 3rd party app, I'd maybe need to reinstall it. But then I also noticed that my text messages weren't coming through. Then some of my notifications (Facebook, Text message, Whatsapp and email) started staying "unread" even after I'd read them and even marked them as read. In fact, in desperation I even deleted the one text message thread, but it was still showing in my HUB. When I clicked on it it just showed blank since there was no longer a message there, but it wouldn't "disappear" from the HUB. Also, emails come through, but there is no sound or unread notification and I only see them if I check through the "read" emails in the HUB. 
    The only thing that helps for this is when I restart my phone - then all my texts come through, notifications work fine and everything is dandy - for about half an hour, then the same thing starts happening. This is really annoying, because I have to restart my phone several times a day to make sure I don't miss important messages (which has happened during this time). 
    Last week I wiped my phone and restored an update from 2 weeks earlier (when the phone wasn't giving problems), but once again it only worked for an hour max, then it was back to the same old problems. 
    I'm really frustrated at the moment, because what good is a smart phone to me if all it can do is make and receive calls? The ONLY things working properly at the moment (as far as I'm aware) is BBM and making and receiving calls.

  • My ipad has stopped downloading pics from my camera?.. Worked great for past 6 months

    I've downloaded hundreds of pics to my ipad using the lightning connector but it has stopped recognizing that I've connected a camera???
    Any settings? I may have to reset etc?

    Try this, it worked for me when nothing else did:
    Perform a SoundLink® speaker reset, following these steps:
    On the speaker, press and hold Mute for 10 seconds, the LEDs will flash briefly
    Press Power to turn the SoundLink® speaker back on
    Reconnect the device, if necessary.

    If the iPad is locked with a code that prevents you from getting into the SETTINGS app, you will need to physically connect the iPad to a computer that has iTunes. Once connected, you select the iPad device and restore it to factory defaults. The process will be intuitive.
