N73 not support mp3?

i bought an n73 in japan 2months ago.
the problem is,it doesnt support an mp3 format file..ihave to convert it to eAAc first, which is soooo...aaah~
n whats worse,i cant install anything into my phone.any theme,any freeware,or anythin.completely nothing...now its juz a piece of junk!!
everytime i tried to install something,i got the message,"format not supported","certificate not valid",etc2..
how to overcome this? help me please...is there anything i can do? do i have to get the codec or something or whatever~
i once used 6300,its far better than this..

well, the standard N73 fully supports AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, MP3, MP4, M4A, WMA, AMR-NB, AMR-WB, Mobile XMF, SP-MIDI, MIDI Tones (poly 64), RealAudio 7,8,10, True tones, WAV
that's whole lot of audio codec support, that is why i say this has probably something to do with the providers software that this phone has, and since this is a japanese phone, i.e. uses different band for communication, i will not recommend any changing the OS, just my 0.2 cents...

ITunes,version,12.1.0.71,not,support MP3 downloads - new version of ITunes not support download of MP3 - use for books from library.  WMA supported.  Prior versions supported well.

I Use OVERDRIVE MEDIA, supplied by library to download audio books from public libraries.\ - have done so for past 2 years or so.   I then transfer the books to my IPOD touch with OVERDRIVE interfacing with ITunes to load into IPOD.   Formats are either MP3 or WMA.  Until this week worked fine - both formats.   Downloaded ITUNES update to version 12.1.0.71 and will not process MP# format - WMA still works.  Books do not come in both, only 1.  OVERDRIVE is current and I reinstalled it.  I re-down loaded ITunes and did a "repair", but no luck.  I processed same book on my other Computer with older version of ITunes with no problem.  Checks with Apple "help" had extensive instructions for deleting and reading ITunes which I will try if this is perhaps a problem with my installation and not the current version.  Checking to see if others have had problems before I venture there.   I can also wait for next update using my backup CPU.  Any similar problems??

  • Mp3 wont'play on 6111 - file format not supported

    hi
i've just uploaded an mp3 file in the gallery of my 6111 phone.
i wanted to use it as ringtone, but when i try to open it, it complains "file format not supported".
the manual says my phone can play mp3 and aac, so what kind of mp3 will it play? i searched through the manual and the internet but i found nothing.
the file i've uploaded is an "ordinary" mp3, size 4,3 MB, bit-rate 192 kbps, stereo, 44,100 kHz and tag Id3 v2.4
maybe the problem could be the bit-rate?or id3 tag?
    anyone knows more about it?
    thanks everyone

    Hi
I recommend formatting the USB memory stick and other devices connected to the TV using the option provided in the TV settings.
Usually such recorded files can be played only on the TV.
Also take a look to user manual page 70.
    http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/file/product/manual/5187/55VL900A.pdf
There is a list of supported file formats.
According to the Toshiba User manual following formats are supported:
    Avi, mpeg-2 PS, MPEG-2TS, MPEG-2 VOB, mov, mp4, asf

You may find that you have to set phone date some months in arrears if you get "error - certificate expired" to allow it to install.
    Hello buddy!
It seems that every single application has to be dated back?

  • Why the nokia n73 me not support N-Gage games ????...

why the nokia n73 me not support N-Gage games ???????
    Nokia N73, product code 0539295
    Version:  4.0839.42.2.1

Ngage has been around for quite a while now and has been "coming soon" for the N73 for as long as I can remember.
If they're taking this long to adapt it to the N73 it's almost certainly because they're having difficulty streamlining it to work on such a poorly-equipped handset.
Don't get me wrong. I think the N73's a great little device and I love mine. It's just not up to the task of a gaming platform.

The first problem is you have WMP on the computer roll it back and install WMP0 if you updated from 0 to just roll it back making sure to remove the WMP runtime from the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS (have it set to show all updates) so you can find it. Instructions for removal here. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...tallation.mspx If you need WMP0 go here? http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...0/default.aspx? to download it.

  • E5 - unable to open. object type not supported

    hi.
2 Month back i brought Nokia E-5 Mobile and after few weeks i upgraded the Memory from 2Gb to 8GB. After copying all files from 2gb to 8gb am not able to open or install any existing programs and files. Even maps are not working. When trying to open or install the files am getting this erro " unable to open object type not supported " . Kindly help on this error.
    Thanks
    Velavan

I have never attempted what you did, so can't say for certain, but I don't think memory card data is meant to be copied from one card to another (unless we're talking about data files like pictures or mp3's).  I don't understand what you mean by being unable to install files.  Are you trying to reinstall the programs that aren't working?  If your 2GB card still works normally, I suggest you format the 8 GB card, reinstall the programs to the empty card, and re-download the maps data.  If the programs still give you trouble, you may need to uninstall them from the 2 GB card first, but I don't think that should be necessary.  I hope that helps.

  • How to solve "this type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed"?

    Hi all,
I've just started using a new computer with WIndows 8.1 within the last week and have loaded my Adobe Premiere Elements 11.0 software into it.
In trying to view and edit a video I created on my old computer, I got "Media Pending" and "Media Offline" notices as soon as I began. The source files are located on an external drive with a permanent letter designation. I began the process of reconnecting my Project Assets files with the source files this morning, but have now encountered a new roadblock. Each time I try, I get the message "this type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed." It offers no information or options other than to click "OK," which is not very helpful.
All the source files are located in one folder on my external drive. I have been able to reconnect the JPEGs and the mp3 source files but not the AVI video files.
Here are three screenshots. The first is the "Media Offline" message, the second is the message I receive when I try to reconnect my Project Assets to the source files and the third is a screenshot of the codecs installed on the new computer.
Here is my new computer information:
    Model: Del Inspiron 3847
    Intel Core i5-4460
    CPU @ 3.20 GHz  3.20 GHz
    RAM 8 GB
    System type: 64-bit, x64-based processor
I hope someone can guide me. What do I need to do to solve this problem?
    Thank you.

Thank your for the information supplied.
But, what are the properties of this .avi file that you seek?
    Video Compression
    Audio Compression
    Frame Size
    Frame Rate
    Interlaced or Progressive
    Pixel Aspect Ratio
Right now of prime interest is the video compression that is being wrapped by that AVI wrapper/container.
    AVCHD.avi
    MotionJPEG.avi
    XviD.avi
    DviX.avi
    other
There are instances were a particular video compression or a particular container/wrapper format is each supported by Premiere Elements, but
not a combo of those particular two. But, in this instance, I suspect this to be a MotionJPEG video codec issue, but your details will
point us to the actual situation, and we will plan troubleshooting strategy from there.

    Steve,
Not to sure what type AVI files they are, the storage devise is at present offshore on a job.
Can you clarify, if you edit/import video footage with adobe premiere 10 and then create a file, the file or the original raw footage is not stored on computer for re-use, if it is stored, is it stored in the original format.
Also please find details of storage devise,
