N79- can't see my installed applications

I tried installing applications in the cellphone or using PC suite, but no matter what, I can't see the apps that I installed in the Applications Folder. When I was installing the apps, there wereno error messages and ends with a flash, so I assume it is installed?
Can anybody please help me? I've been stuck for the longest time!! So far i cannot install any programs!!

Try going to the application manager to see if the application is listed.
-If it is te browse thru all your folders, if it is not then there might be an issue with the purticular application, try redownloading it.
There might be an error msg fore you notice it, keep an eye to see if the word installer comes up at the top of the screen.

Can't see my installed app but only a waiting Icon

I tried to install Page on my iphone, but then because its size is over 20M, so my iphone paused it, then I installed Pages via Itunes, I can see boh the installed Pages icon and the waiting Pages from itunes, but on my iphone, only the waiting icon is there, and I tried many ways to delete the icon, reboot, enter air plane mode and etc, the waiting Page is still there, and I cant see the installed Page. anyone have the same issue?

I personally figured it out on why this problem occur, well let me just hit to the point.
What happens is that the router of the wifi channel is being changed automatically or someone might accidentally changed it. MBP can't detect wifi from certain wireless channel. So, we have to change the channel of the router wifi channel that may be detectable by your MBP.
THE SOLUTION -
1. Connect to the wifi from a active device to the router wifi that your MB can't detect or use Ethernet cable to get connected.
2.Once connected, access to the router wifi menu by entering the ip address on your net browser, eg:192.168.2.1
3.Then go to wifi setup or menu, and you may come across the wireless channel.
4.Switch the channel from any numeric to numeric that the router wifi can make your MB detect it.
eg: Wireless Channel - 6 (change it to -->) Wireless Channel - 11
5.Save the settings for the router wifi, exit, restart your MB and HAVE FUN!

Can't open some installed application in iphone 4

Help me please!
It's just a few days that i found problem opening some installed applications in my iPhone 4...when i try to open one of these, the application crash after a few seconds!
I' ve tried restarting iPhone, uninstalling and reinstalling apps....but the problem continue!
What i can do??? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

open in C4 isn't by chance still open in C3 is it?
I know there are issues adding a Captivate output to Robohelp
if the project is still open in Captivate which is what prompted me
to ask.

Reinstalling os x: Can't see "archive&install" option

Hi!
I bought my Macbook Pro Retina 13" 5 months ago, and I just realized that it came without iMovie and iTunes. It might have something to do with the fact that I bought a sample piece. The store said that I should reinstall OS X which should bring those back, and they gave me the instructions to do the installation with an "archive & install" option. But when I restart my computer (while holding cmd + R), I can't see that option anywhere! It just starts to reinstall OS X and I'm afraid that it will erase all my pictures and software (which I should do a back up of, I know, but now I don't have an external hard drive!). How can I be sure that the reinstallation won't delete my data, since I can't see the Archive&Install -option anywhere??

There is no such option since the disappearance of Leopard. Reinstalling OS X will not bring back iMovie since it isn't part of OS X and never has been. It's part of iLife which should be available to you through the App Store.
To erase and install properly you need to do the following:
Install OS X Using Internet Recovery
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Internet Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 15-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears.
Erase the hard drive:
Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
After DU loads select your newly installed hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button. Be sure to select the correct drive to use if you have more than one.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
This should restore the version of OS X originally pre-installed on the computer.

I can't get an installed application to work on a ...

I've apparently installed divx player on my 6220 classic. It shows under the list of install applications in my application manager, but I've no idea where to find it or how to get it to work. There's nothing in my application folder itself.
Is there anything I'm not checking? I install PC Suite and accepted all possible updates I was asked for, before using the suite to install the downloaded divx player file.

All those places you tried are places that the web server keeps hidden from clients. You should be able to request the CSS file from your browser in exactly the same way you would request an HTML or JSP file.

Muse can't "see" my installed Add-ons from Adobe add-ons. I have a PC with Windows 7 and Creative Cloud.

The Add-ons that I buy on Adobe is downloading and installing ok, according to the responds I see on thr icon of Creative Cloud in the right corner in win7, but they do not appear in Muse...I have re-installed Muse and Exhange CC. In Exhange CC all my Add-ons are under the catagory "Others" (Norwegian"Andre"), but I have installed a plug-in from Pond5 and Zencaptie for Premiere CC and they are ok. Its only Muse that have this problem, on my PC with Win7. Hope anyone can help, thanks!

[N97] Can't see apps installed on Mass Memory(E:)

Don't know how but suddenly all applications installed on Mass Memory (E have disappeared from 'Applications' . Can someone please guide what causes this and how it can be fixed ?

You could try defragmenting and repairing on computer usin Tools first, connected in Mass storage, but unfortunately, as usual, The Peoples Champion is probably right !

Can a standard user install applications?

I've been told that when a standard user installs applications, he must provide a admin user name and password, which presesumably he wouldn't have. If the admin user is standing near and does provide that info, then great, a standard user is able to then install the application, right?
My real question: Would that application be available to all of the users on that mac or just to the standard user? My research has lead me to contradictory answers and a fundamental, lingering question: If the admin account's user name and password were provided when logged into the standard account, shouldn't that application behave the same as an app that was installed when logged into the admin acccount? And, if that's true, isn't the purpose of a standard account somewhat less valuable than we think? Any insight would be of much help, thanks!

To install an app on a standard user, you need an administrator user name and password. If not, it won't work.
When you install an app, it's installed by default in /Applications, a folder where all users can access, so your apps are available for all users. However, most of the users have got an Applications folder inside their user folder (~/Applications), so you can put here the apps you want to use only with one user account. You can choose where you want to put your applications, depending on with what users you want to use the application

How can i see page in application

i have developed a page use OA framework, how can i apply the page into application, how to setup, which folder should i upload the file?

you will need to import your page in mds using oracle.jrad.tools.xml.importer.XMLImporter and then u will need to define fnctions/menus/responsibility to access the same.
it may be a good idea to read the oa framework developer guide and oracle applications dev guide for detailed instructions

Can not see new installed server on network

I have installed 2003 enterprise edition server on a virtual machine using VMWARE. Server is connceted to network and I can access it using Remote administrator but can not access it from explorer. I have checked configurations on the server and wonder what is left to do.

Is your traffic crossing through any fiewalls or routers, if yes then check for acess list to permit the http port in the box.

Can't see the installed icc profiles for my paper in print module

I have downloaded and installed the icc profiles for my favourite Canson and Crane Museo papers on my new Macbook Pro but they don't show up in the options box in the LR 4 print module. Is there another step I have missed? Thanks in advance.

Where did you install the profiles? They should go into
Library/Colorsync/Profiles in your home folder or at the root level of your
hard disk. If you put it in that folder in your home folder, they show up
in user, if you put them in the root Library folder, they show up in
"Computer" in Colorsync utility

It's necessary to open the download package and then start the installation from there.

Can't see Install button in App store

I have iphone 4 black. Although everything is working fine, I can't see the install button In the App store and unable to download any application. Ofcourse I have an apple id which I'm using. I have tried everything, but unable to find solution. Please suggest
