N8 (and C7): charging light and breathing light is...

Isn't my issue (my charging light and breathing light - if no scrensaver is set - work as before) but some N8 and C7 user state that after upgrading to 1.1, the charging light has stopped staying on during charge (just lights up when plugging tha adapter and then switches off, but the charging battery icon progress regularly) end that the breathing light simply stopped working in any screensaver setting (either on or off).
Just to report to them, any of you had the same issue and eventualy solved it?

Yes, I know and it's so in my N8 too, but those state that it has stopped breathing in when screensaver set to off as well

If you bought the iPhone from an authorized store/vendor, you should have taken the iPhone to them or any other Apple Store for evaluation under warranty.
Once it has been opened by non-Apple entity, Apple will not do anything for this.

I recently downloaded a bunch of songs an ringtones from Itunes on my phone. I synced up the phone to my computer to back up the files and to charge it and afterward all the new music and ringtones are gone?! Checked iTunes and they're not there either!

I have this same issue. For a $2,000 laptop, I am more than dissatisfied. The hard drive runs so freaking hot and the fan is clearly not doing a thing aside from sounding like a jetpack. Regardless of the cooling I've tried and the "energy manager" fan cleaning/placed my laptop on the lowest possible battery/screen brightness, this thing is useless. Ihave had this laptop for about 2 weeks, and the heat has DESTROYED my hard drive. It no longer boots, and I'm pretty confident that the OS (Windows 8.1) no longer exists. (I'll be making a phone call as soon as Iam finished here.)
Add to that the fact that it comes with SO MANY junk programs that opens up an asinine amount of security concerns. Within our two-wekk relationship, it's had a RAT(Remotely Controlled Trojan) infection, MANY other remote openings and users showing up on my computer that I've never heard of, and of course, multiple viruses. It is IMPOSSIBLE to uninstall and configure the machine before an opening invites someone/a group/virus, etc. into the hard drive. I actually have to use my 3-year-old cell phone for the internet.
Moral of the story- buyer beware. 2 weeks of ownership and the hard drive (as well as the optical/hybrid drive) is quite literally fried. Save your $2,000.

Macbook charger-brand new, no light, not charging?

Recently I was having problems with my MacBook charger not working. It was almost 4 years old, so I figured it was time to order a new one anyways. So I ordered a new one and received it today, and the charger is still not lighting up. The laptop is also not charging, however it does recognize it because it says "Not charging" where the battery would usually be indicated. Does anyone have any idea on what would be causing this? Iphone 5 not charging- constantly on and off charge

I got my Iphone 5 a week ago through Virgin. When connected to a wall plug to charge it sits and constantly/frequently goes on and off charge (buzzing and vibrating when it does this). It seems to work fine when connected via USB to laptop.
I don't carry a laptop with me all the time so I was wondering if anyone knows if this is software or hardware fault. The USB plug itself is also used to charge my IPAD 3 and has no issues- so i cant see where a fault could be...

To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone. If it still does not work, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

Specifically:
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIsand corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 15 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.

You will have to keep presssing the power button every so often whist on charger until the red light stays on. Got a few hours to spare? like whilst watching TV?

Does the light come on in the power connector that connects to the Mac? If not then it is not getting any power. That light is either Green or Amber. Green for fully (and or Almost Fully) charged and Amber when the system is charging the battery. No light means the AC adapter is either not getting any power from the Wall Outlet or the AC adapter or the Mac is broken. In either of the last 2, broken AC adapter or broken Mac, you can replace the AC adapter yourself but if it's the Mac then only Apple can fix that.
Not much troubleshooting to do. You either don't have power to the AC adapter or the AC adapter is broken or the Mac is broken. It is one of those 3 things.

Our MBP bought earlier this year when plugged in to charge will hold a green light and not be recognized by the computer as charging. Sometimes if we turn it around or plug it in multiple times will work. We have reset the SMC several times and will work for a little while then go back to the same problem. Any help or ideas on how to fix it would be great.
