N8 receiving call problem

My N8 sometimes cannot receive calls. It is matter of minutes. One minute it is not available, next one it is (no rules). It doesn't matter wether incomeing call is made from mobile or land operator.
I can allways make calls and send messages. I have put other SIM card in N8 and the problem persists.
I am from Croatia.
Have you heard of such problem?

It just doesnt shows the call screen or what? in my wifes c6-00 was something like this, only call balloon was shown and it doesnt responded when i tried to click it, also no incoming call sound played. And even i wasnt able to answer the call with phisical button.
Is its something like that to your n8 or different?

  • Mms and receiving calls problem

    Hi,,
I'm facing 2 problem with my new iphone 3Gs
the first one is about the mms,, when i send anything it always failed
i don't know if my settings is right or not,,
the second one is since yesterday anyone try to call me they have the message that my phone is off :S and even if they send me sms i don't receive it,, only if i make a call i receive the sms and the calls.
    i don't know what happened
by the way I'm from BAHRAIN and I'm using BATELCO network..
plz help me as soon as u can..
    thank you.

Have u tried the method of enabling the 3G mobile data? Because it was immediately worked for me!!
I no need to reboot my phone after enabled it & just off the 3G mobile data back to previous condition immediately after I on the mobile data. It also worked!!
Or try to delete your firmware first, then download the latest firmware & restore it. But always remember to backup your phone data using iCloud & your computer before update ur firmware. Anyway u can refer to other discussion to do it as below:
my iphone 4 have signal but won't make/received call and text
Or else, we have to wait for the releasing of IOS 5.1 which should be released recently (Hopefully!!). But not sure can solve our problems or not??!!
Kindly update us your situation. Thanks!!

  • Nokia E55 receiving calls problem.

    Hi all,
My Nokia E55 phone automatically refuses calls coming from unknown and non contact  numbers. I loose lots of calls during the day.I  have never installed any application on the phone besides the ones preinstall from nokia. I asked to the operator but they said the problem is your own mobile phone not the carrier problem. Please someone tell me where the problem is or what's going on with my Nokia E55 mobile.
    Thanks in advance

  • Making/Receiving Call Problem

    Hello All,
I'm sure this problem has probably already been posted elsewhere, but I can't seem to find it.  Anyways, I have a Blackberry Curve 8530 and quite frequently, unfortunately, when I try to make a call it will connect to the other phone but neither I or the person on the other end will be able to hear each other.  When dialing, the phone doesn't make any dialing noises such as key beeps or anything, it just says connected. I end up having to keep hanging up and redialing until the phone connects and we can actually talk and hear each other. At first I thought maybe it was the phone so this past weekend I took it back to Sprint and got it swapped out with a brand new one of the same model.  Haven't had it 2 days yet and it's doing the same thing again.  It will do this sometimes when someone calls me as well, I'll answer the phone and won't be able to hear anything. I have had this problem regardless of who I am calling... same network, different network, land line, even my voicemail. It also does it whether or not I'm using my Bluetooth.  I really like my phone so if anyone has a solution or a workaround to this problem I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks for your time.
    -David K

Hello bigdave2001 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
I would suggest you do a date wipe of your device and selectively restore. Since this issue has followed you to other devices, it could be something in the data.
Back up your device first using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. If you need to download it, click here.
To do the security wipe, follow KB14058.
To restore your data, consult KB10339 and follow the instructions for an advanced restore.
Thanks and have a great day!

  • Receiving calls problem

On iPhone 4s FaceTime rings and shows a user requesting FaceTime but I have no green button to accept the call. Both on wifi

When a friend of mine first started using Facetime, he had this problem when he called his daughter's iphone 4.  At first, he was  using the e-mail address associated with her iphone.  However, the problem was cured when I suggested that he start using the  actual phone number for her iphone 4 to contact her.   He was under the impression that if he used the phone number instead of the e-mail address, that the Facetime call would go over the cellular network, and be charged for it.  It still uses Wifi/internet.
I'm just throwing this out there for you as a possible solution.

  • Receiving Calls Problem - going directly to voice mail

My iPhone is set to check for email every 15 minutes. If someone calls at the time iPhone is automatically checking for email, the call goes directly to voice mail.
Worse it doesnt even show up as a missed call.
I understand that Edge is turned off when making a call.
But this happens automatically so I have no control over this feature. I tried calling myself from a landline at the time iPhone was checking for emails and verified this issue.
Does anyone else have the same problem - what is the solution?
    Thanks

"That's the way that GSM/EDGE works. The radio can only do one thing at a time. If it's doing data, then the voice call goes right to VM and you don't get notified until the VM gets in."
That is not entirely correct. That is not how GSM/EDGE works. This is how iPhone is designed to work. I have a Nokia N73 and when i am browsing the Web using EDGE (T-Mobile's network), if i get a call, i will be prompted to accept the call. The way that iPhone is designed, it seems to be that Apple values data connectivity more than voice calls. In my opinion, this is probably the wrong way to do it.

  • I am having problem dialing from my iphoe 5 but I can receive calls and 3G is working

I have an Iphone   IOS 8.2 , occasionly like every couple of weeks I am not able to dial from my phone , however I ahve no proble receiving incoming calls and 3G works fine without any interruption. So to temporalrly solve the problem I move the sim card from my Ipone and isnert it in my Ipad activiate 3g on my ipad and do soem brwsing then I move the sim card back to my phone and problem fixed , I can dial again. I woluld like to know what could be causing this problem so I can fix it once and for all

    Greetings samuelfrombamako,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you have been having a sporadic issue where you cannot make an outgoing call. Removing the SIM card is a good troubleshooting step, although you shouldn’t need to place it in your iPad. There are a couple of other troubleshooting steps I would suggest because this is an ongoing issue such as Reset Network Settings which are outlined in the attached article.

    Try
Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
