N8 slow in terminating call process
Hi Guys,
I'm feel inconvenient when i try to end the call, it will take around 2 second to go back to main homescreen. It is troublesome when you want to end a call and straight need to make another new call.
It should be like iphone where it is fast when end the call and back the home screen immediately so that we can make another new call or access to the phone for other purpose in faster manner.
Any of N8 user also experience such inconvenience?
me too specially there is no red button to terminate every thing up and straight back to the home screen
again 3 major bugs
1) the proximity sensor is too week always putting calls on hold mute end or turn on loudspeaker
2) the deferred outbox multimedia msgs always stuck
3) very slow 3 seconds in terminating calls ... i always wait 2 seconds or 3 to put the fone on lock.. inconvienient specially if u r in a mall or a hangout and want to return ur fone back quickly to ur pocket

Null Trunk in Termination Call Detail in HDS
We are running CVP and ICM version 8. On the HDS Termination Call Detail table, the Trunk field is showing Null.
In the old version 7.2, the Trunk field showed values. This field is used by our reporting application (Exony VIM 8). It basically shows the agents extension on the report.
I have TAC case open. The engineer initially told me that the field is showing values in his test lab running versions 8 and 8.5. Today he tells me that the Trunk field should show Null values in both versions.
Is this by design or a bug?
I've included the SQL queries from both 7.2 and 8.0 HDS in spreadsheet format.

ABAP Program Termination in Process Chain

in my process chains i have one abap program and it is getting dump while loading.
where can i check whether this program got terminated in this particular chain.
as i have many chains i am not able to check in each and every chain.
kindly let me know where to check the program termination in process chains.
do i have any chance to set an automatic process for checking the termination of the program.

If u know the process chain name, u can directly see log view of that process chain and right click on that failed ABAP program click "display mesaged". Now note down the error message and see that in st22.
If u dont know the process chain name..
In SM37 go to the job log for that pirticular job which is failed, it gives u tha program name and varient name.
now goto SE38 and give that program name and variant then click on display.It gives u process chain name.

this happenens in case of DB2 on some machine where the issue about high load on DB2 is caused by standard programming in SAP XI that executes a statement, where it uses the condition 'where 1<0' prio to the original SQL statement configured in the channel configuration,

Which means that the message was successfully delivered from Integration Server point of view and it states that the messages is initially handed over to the Messaging System.
TO_BE_DELIVERED occurs while the message is put into the Messaging System receive queue.
Solution:
This is done via the Messaging System receive servlet:

Only if this was executed successfully the Messaging System returns HTTP 200 to the Integration Server and the Status TO_BE_DELIVERED moves to DELIVERING
1. Try logging into Sap GUI with two users: XIAPPLUSER & XIAFUSER
to see if they are blocked
2. We can check the messages:

Calling Process Order API from SOA BPEL
Hi. It's been from weeks and weeks to months and months since i am trying to call process order api from soa bpel to generate sale order header. Passing org_id, responsibility and username to invoke activity. the response i am getting from Oracle Applications Adapter is

Can anybody help me here? do anybody know what's going on?The best way to deal this would be to first call the Order API standalone with the same input which you are using from BPEL process.
You can test Order API from Toad or any other PL/SQL tool and see if it returns the same response. Else write out the exact steps how you are trying to call the API. -

How can I realize that after the value entered in the item and after pressing Enter call Webservice process?Hi!
I'm assuming you enter your text in a regular textfield, lets call it P1_MYTEXT for example.
When you edit your P1_MYTEXT textfield you go to 'settings' and there you have three options:
Value Required
Submit when enter pressed
Disabled
You have to set 'submit when enter pressed' to Yes
This will, after inserting something into P1_MYTEXT and pressing enter, submit the page.
Next thing to do, in the middle section of the page screen, called 'Page processing', is adding an after submit process.
You browse the 'after submit' entry and one level deeper you have 'Processes'
Rightclick 'Processes' and hit create.
In the next screen you can add a web service, give it a name and pick one of the webservices you already added under 'Shared Components' --> Logic --> Web Service References.
Offcourse you have to do something with the entered value in P1_MYTEXT.
This is how far my knowledge goes, you have to configure the webservice yourself :-)

I also have Jolly's problem. I found the iMovie 9.0.9 folder and tried to launch the older version of iMove. It would not launch. I removed all of the iMovie preferences from the Preferences folder, removed iMove 10 from the applications folder, and restarted my Mac. iMove 9.0.9 still won't launch and I can't access my videos created with the older version of iMovie. Is there a way to uninstall iMovie 10 and reinstall iMovie 9.0.9?

How we determine publisher take the role for call processing?

I've an iptel environment with only 1 publisher and subscriber . I was told that the current device that handling all the call processing is the only subscriber but will be backup by publisher for call processing in case of subscriber down. How we determine that? which part of ccm we should look into?

Check your CCM group (under System) to see if your cluster is configured for sub as call processing engine and pub as backup. The order matters - top of the list is the main call processing engine, primary backup next, secondary backup next.
The routers should also contain the pub and sub in your dhcp pool option 150 statement and the pub in the ccm-manager redundant host statement.

I have read that we can have atmost 4 CPEs in a cucm cluster, but then cucm can only convey primary secondary and ternary servers to phones.
