N80 Bug?!! Help, please...
Hi, in the menu, there's a folder called gallery, (in which are the photos, music, videos,etc...) i don't know how, but i've changed the name of this folder, while i was making a new folder, and now i can't change the name back... I know that changing the name of this folder shouldnt be possible because the option to change isn't there and it is one of the defaults folder of N80, but somehow it as changed... Can u help me to get it back to gallery? This is my third post here and i haven't got any useful anwsers...

Hey there, i was wondering if it is possible to view flash files in websites, such as those found on many funny websites like albinoblacksheep, mousebreaker etc,.. i was also wondering if it was possible to view video clips that would normally open in real player or windows media player.
Currently whenever i try to view one of these i just get a little picture of some kind of blue boat in the browser, i have no idea what this is. I do not have much experience of this phone i know it is new and i have read the instructions.
Is there a program or app i would need to view this kind of media from the internet?

SteveThere is no "full" Flash support in the N80, I'm afraid. It only supports Flash-Lite, which is a subset that is not used on websites.
Unfortunately, there also isn't any additional apps or browser "plug-in's" for complete Flash support, either.
One reason is that your phone is quite a bit less powerful and with much less memory than what a typical PC has. -
I have just bought a N80 and I'm having problems with the battery. It has been charged fully and lasted fine throughout the day including making a few calls sending texts etc.. I have gone to bed (with battery still showing full)and set an alarm for the last 2 nights and in the morning the alarm has not gone off and the phone has died during the night. The sleep mode is working as i have seen the led flashing before falling asleep.
I'm sure this has been discussed here before but any useful information would be great.

My ipad just won't let me sign in with my apple password on FaceTime or iMessage since updating to ios7 it says check my network connection, even though my iPhone works fine with the same password, can anybody help please, I have tried numerous things but nothing works. Will I have to wait for a bug fix to sort this? I hear they are working on one a the minute, I hate ios7
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).

Windows 8.1 do not show DISCONNECT option for VPN, why? bug? Please fix!!!
I created a VPN connection. Once I connected to the VPN in Windows 8.1, it does not show DISCONNECT option when I click on the VPN again. It just keep showing CONNECT option only. Why? This has to be a bug! Please fix!

To disconnect an incoming VPN connection, follow these steps:

Urgent help please -Reload Freehand
I have been using Freehand 10.4.9 for yars (sad maybe, bug it works and I love it) but all of a sudden it won't work properly. I create a document and send it to print. It downloads, then just quits. The job still prints, but I have to relaunch the program before I can use it again. Also, the document does not appear under 'open recent' .
So I thought - reload the software. Trouble is all my software is in the form of an upgrade (I have upgraded since V1). So, do I just reload the last upgrade (Freehand MX) and thats it, or do I have to do something else. I really can't remember what I did last time (2005)!
I don't want to totally unpick what I have got at the moment, even though it is not working properly, until I have finished the job I am working on. Help please will be much appreciated.Dear Maeric
Good morning - I did as you suggested - uninstalled Freehand MX. My box said
'you must own version 9 before using this upgrade. Fine, so - Reloaded
Version 9 (in Classic). Got the message 'installation successful'.
Then went to use my upgrade to load Freehand MX. I get the request to enter
my name and registration nos. I enter the details, but only the cancel
button is active. I can't proceed. So now I am totally up a gum tree. What
to do next? Can you ask Judy and let me know what to do.
The only thing I can do is recreate all the work in the dreaded AI program,
or in InD which are totally clunky and so slow for what I want to do! Please
help.

IMAP email bug - help required to resolve

I am trying to set up IMAP on my new HP Touchpad. The problem is, my touchpad won't download any emails.
After creating an account, the touchpad is able to recognise the folder structure of my email account, and I can send messages. However, my inbox and all other folders appear empty. These folders are definitely populated with thousands of emails, and I have no problem accessing them with IMAP on my Ipod Touch or through my computer. The touchpad must be successfully linked in to both the IMAP and SMTP servers (since I get my folder structure, and can send messages). However, no matter how many times I try to refresh the inbox, the touchpad won't download a single email.
I have tried reinstalling the accounts and a complete reset of the ipad but no joy. I get no error messages of any kind - just empty folders.
I have created a log file after recreating the problem. Let me know if this is useful.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately this hasn't resolved the issue.
Default folders were already assigned for my account. I tried assigning different ones, or unassigning but this didn't make any difference.
I'm pretty sure my email provider doesn't require a root folder. There's no mention of it in their help topics, and I've never assigned one in the past when I set up email on my Ipod Touch. This is what they say about setting up IMAP
IMAP Settings
=========
Incoming Mail Server: imap.mailanyone.net
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.mailanyone.net
Incoming (IMAP) Port: 143
Outgoing (SMTP) Port: 25
"SMTP requires authentication" should be ticked.
Optional Security settings
================
"Use Secure Connections": can be ticked or unticked and will still work.
"Use Secure Authentication": tick if secure connection is set to "never" and untick if secure connection is set to "SSL"
I feel like this must be a bug with the way the email app is trying to communicate with their IMAP server, but I really need to iron it out!

I cannot sync my iPad or iPhone to iTunes on my Windows 8 PC, even though I have been doing this successfully for years. I have been through all the troubleshooting steps I can find in iTunes, to no avail. Help please?
I seem to be having the same problem on my Windows 8 laptop... I am able to update my iPod Nano through iTunes but my iPhone is not recognized as a device in iTunes. Have been able to update my iPad until recently. Is this a bug fix that Apple can help with? I'd rather not uninstall all my Apple programs if I can avoid it...

Flicker screen droid not responding as of 9-29-2010 help please!
The screen is going crazy like someone is moving the screen. i have taken out battery and i have done a factory reset it did not help. my phone is becoming totally unresponsive. could it be the 2.2 upload? idk it was not dropped, did not get wet, was not in the sun . this is my online and I do need my phone. I am home all day with my 2 year old son..help please!
I think the best thing you could do is take it back to Verizon. If you still have warranty call motorola, or asurion.
There could be bug in it, but highly doubt it. I think that there is a loose connection to the screen. -
I keep losing the music from my iTunes library. Help please!!!
For some reason when i shut my iTunes down the next time i open it all of the songs have gone from my library. I can restore them from my itunes music folder but i do not know why this is happening and its really starting to annoy me. Any help please?????
That happens when the itunes database file doesn't get saved properly. By design, if itunes can't find a valid database file, it makes a new blank one.
iTunes Library.itl is the name of the file.
Is this on a Sony Vaio? There is a well-known bug with some bad sony software that erases the itunes database file. There are also problems with some ant-virus/security software packages not letting itunes save that file. -
I keep being asked to update my Safari but when I do a Software update it scans but never gives me a list and just says no new updates. Help please!
There are no updates to either OS 10.5.8 or Safari 5.0.6.
If you need a later version of Safari you must first upgrade your operating system to a later version of OS X. -

ThanksYou can choose a background for the text from Maps and Backgrounds. Just drag a background to the end of the timeline, adjust to desired duration then drag title above it.

I have a Bose soundtouch system .Until today I could play my iTunes music through it via air player . .I have just uploaded the latest upgrade from iTunes and now I am unable to connect to the Bose system . Can anyone help please? I can connect via my iPad and by using the Bose app so it is not the Bose at fault
@puebloryan, I realize this thread is a bit old, but I have encountered a similr problem and wondered if you had found a solution. I've been using home sharing from itines on my PCs for years, but two days ago, it suddenly stopped. I can share from my Macs, but not from the ONE PC library where I keep all my tunes. I tried all the usual trouble-shooting measures.
After turning home sharing off on the PC's iTunes, turning it back on and turning some other settings off and on, my Macs and Apple TV could briefly "see" the PC library, but as soon as I try to connect -- the wheel spins for a bit and then the connection vanishes. It's as if they try and then give up.
Since this sounds so similar to your problem, I was hoping you finally found a solution. I am also starting a new thread. Thanks!
