Good news for Arabic owners of N80.
Now I got these changed my N80 after upgrading it in Nokia Service Center in State of Qatar.
The new version is :

2. Mobile Search has been added.

5. Battery usage is better now.
6. Bluetooth is better now too.

Why is it impossible to buy the LR6 upgrade for the LR5 that I have bought one year ago?

Hello, I have spent about four hours trying to get the LR6 upgrade for the perfectly legally bought LR5.
Nothing is possible. The CC contract does not apply where I live.
It is the only choice I have in France.
The ID I got from Adobe when I last updated does not pass through.
Well...I'll either do the things when I go to South Africa or maybe I use a proxy or a torrent.
This is a crazy situation and not for the first time, either. The LR4 I got in Norway after a similar frustrating thing.

Adobe only sell the latest version of Creative Suite which is CS6 so you can't buy CS5 anymore. Upgrades are also only available from CS5 to CS6 so CS3 wouldn't qualify anyway.

Which would be the best upgrade for the money?

Here is my situation:
My school has a six year life cycle for macs, and we have a 2006 Mac Pro (1,1) that is reaching the end of its useful life. I had recently tried Final Cut Pro X and it pains me to say that it took 4 hours to export a 14 minute 720p video. This mac is used for our school news and has to be a beast video editing machine. We have been saving money for quite some time and can now afford a decent upgrade. So my question to you is which would be the best upgrade for the money: a 21.5 inch iMac with an i7, 8gb RAM, and Fusion drive or the cheapest Mac Pro with after market SSD? This mac needs to be the fastest at Final Cut Pro X and able to usefully last us another 6 years. Please help I am forever perplexed with this!

Id go for the I7 with minimum 8 Gig ram and as much SSD as your money will buy.
It's not only about having a fast CPU but just as important is to get the data in and out as fast a possible.
Without a real fast drive your CPU will spend a lot of time just waiting for the data to get to it and then wait more time while it has to write back to the drive.
You can always add a slower drive for archiving and large amounts storage.

Upgrade for the Mac Pro imminent?

I want to buy an 8 core 3Ghz Mac Pro, to replace my trusty (but creaky) G4. I was about to order one, but then I came across loads of rumours flying about the web that Apple is about to release some upgrades to the Mac Pro line, apparently "any day now". Does anyone have any firm info? Am I better off waiting a while before I buy, just in case? And how long is "a while" likely to be, anyway?

The Mac Pro's look very attractive, even at their current configuration, and I can afford the top model. I don't think I can wait a year, not even six months, on the other hand, I'd be foolish to buy one this week if an update comes out next week. Why upgrade for the sake of upgrading unless you're actually upgrading???? OS6 Calendar is worse than OS5

I'm pretty dissappointed..... the new OS6 calendar actually is far less convenient than the calendar in OS5. I like most other aspects of OS6, but the calendar to me has actually been downgraded.
How can I change back to the OS5 Calendar while staying with OS6?
Problems:
- in OS5's Calendar, I could actually view each hour/line items description and by viewing it actually know what my day/week looks like to be able to plan accordingly.
- OS6's calendar shows boxes with green dots. You have to scroll over and to view each agenda item which takes more time and is a pain in the _$$
- you can change the view to "Agenda" view, but then it doesn't give you available time slots in your day/week.
- with OS5 I could actually select a time of the day that's available and start typing my meeting/agenda/notes in the field. Now I have to click multiple times.
This really makes me wonder abouts RIM's development/upgrade process. DO they put a bunch of geeks in a room and say "how can we upgrade this?" Or do they get feedback from real users that use their devices as tools to make their lives easier?
I would say don't upgrade and take features away from people. Why change something that works well? If you want to feel good about keeping up with the competition, make it better, not worse. Worst case, just change the colors if you want to make yourself feel better.

Locale values for the arabic db in oracle 10g

Please suggest me the locale values for the Oracle 10g client/server that can store arabic data.
Please also suggest me the best value for the "Database character set".
Note: Both my client and server will be installed on the Arabic version of Windows XP.

Possible character sets for Arabic are AL16UTF16, AL32UTF8, AR8ISO8859P6, AR8MSWIN1256, UTF8
I suggest to use AL32UTF8 as database character set.
so NLS_LANG at client side would be e.g. ARABIC_QATAR.AL32UTF8 ({NLS_LANGUAGE}_{NLS_TERRITORY}.{CHARACTERSET})
Check [Locale Data|http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14225/applocaledata.htm] for other possible supported languages, territories, character sets. (you can even see recommended character sets in this page)
