N81: "Memory full" even formatted the memory card

Hi.
Using N81, I get the "Memory full. Delete some data" message every time (when turning on the mobile, when trying to install any app, when trying to uninstall any app, ...).
I've formatted the memory card, and I've got:
- Capacity: 1947 MB
- Used: 1 MB
- Free: 1946 MB
but continue getting the same error.
Any similar experience? I reset the mobile (*#7370# and *#7780#) but I don't experience any change (I've deleted the time and settings, but not the memory issues).
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi bilbaow,
Thank you for your post.
What I recommend you try is to re-installing your firmware and see if this make a difference. You can do this via Nokia suite through tools and update.
If after this is still isn't working when you did a hard reset (*#7370#) did you back and restore? If you did do the hard reset but don't restore, do still experience the same issue?

You should have because that's how to do it on FP2 phones such as the N78 and N96.
Menu > Tools > File manager
Go into the "Memory card" section, then:

  • "The instruction at "0x1000865c" referenced memory at "0x1000865c'. The memory could not be "read".

Firefox 7 crahes on startup. I get a dialog that says "The instruction at "0x1000865c" referenced memory at "0x1000865c'. The memory could not be "read". I've tried everything- clean installs, renamed profile, etc., and this happens even when starting in safe mode. Any ideas? Thanks
    BTW, I don't have a
"submitted" subfolder in Crash Reports. All I have is two files and neither has the typical crash report ID. Also, I'm running an XP/SP3 laptop. All was find until I accepted the update!
    Thanks

On my .Net application, I put this code to solve this problem on exiting the program:
Private Sub BatchOrganizerForm_FormClosing(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.FormClosingEventArgs) Handles Me.FormClosing
    If Me.pdfViewFile IsNot Nothing Then
    System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(2000)
    Me.pdfViewFile.Dispose()Application.DoEvents()
    End If
    End Sub
I think the problem is you must give time to dispose first the pdf control before the application.
This code worked for me. I hope this helps.

  • The instruction at 0x7788869b referenced memory at 0x00000050. The memory could not be read

When I try to use the vanishing point tool in photoshop cs4, I get all the way through the process of the vanishing point and when I click ok to apply photoshop crashes and I get the following error message.
The instruction at 0x7788869b referenced memory at 0x00000050. The memory could not be read
I have tried updating my NVIDIA vid card drivers but this didn't help...can anybody help me with this?
    M.

    Pretty much standard advice applies...
    Things to try:
    1. Try disabling OpenGL drawing (closing and reopening Photoshop afterward to test), and update your video drivers from the web site of the maker of your video card.
    2. Reset Photoshop preferences to defaults by pressing and holding Control-Shift-Alt immediately after starting Photoshop, then confirming the deletion.
    3. Ferret out any non-standard fonts that may be corrupted or incompatible Photoshop.
    4. Check your system for malware.
    5. Check your Windows system integrity (e.g., SFC /VERIFYONLY and SFC /SCANNOW commands).
    6. Reinstall Photoshop and make sure it's up to the latest patch level.

Running Windows XP Pro SP3. Changed a monitor today and at some point afterward, every time I close Firefox, I receive the following Error Message "nsAppShell:EventWindow firefox.exe - Instruction at "0x05d2230e referenced memory at "0x00000004". Hello driadmin, go for a clean re-install, this means you '''remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox'''. Please follow these steps:
'''Note:''' You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.
#Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from [https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ this page] (full installer) and save the setup file to your computer.
#After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (or open the Firefox menu [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and click the close button [[Image:Close 29]]).
#Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default on Windows:
    *C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
    *C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
#Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
#Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.

  • Using LabVIEW 6.0.1 in Win2K, I get the Application Error: The instruction at "0x004be060" referenced memory at "0x00000001". The memory could not be "read".

I have several VIs that use the same typedef. This "super" typedef consists of of a cluster containing 6 arrays. Each array has elements that are themselves typedefs. The array element typedefs consist of a cluster of strings, a string array, and yet another cluster typedef of instrument handles. The total number of unique typedefs is 13 (1 super, 1 as the array element in the 6 arrays, and 1 in each array element).
When I make any changes to any of these typedefs and I try to open a VI that uses the "super" typedef, LabVIEW stops loading subVIs and crashes with the Application Error: Application Error: The inst
ruction at "0x004be060" referenced memory at "0x00000001". The memory could not be "read". Also note that this VI contains several subVIs that use this "super" typedef for terminal inputs and outputs.
What is causing this problem? My only solution to this is to rename the "super" typedef, open the VI, ignoring the load of the "super" typedef, and once the VI opens (with a broken arrow) relinking the VI to the typdef after renaming the typedef back to the original name. This becomes quite painful when you have to do this for each and every VI that uses this typedef on every revision of the typedef.

You might want to first install the 6.0.2 patch before digging too far into this. You can download it from the ftp site:
    ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/windows/updates/6.0.2/
If the problem remains, then it is likely related to a few known issues with strict type defs. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done about it at the present time. You might try having the *.ctl file open in the editor when you open the VIs to see if that helps.

  • The instruction at "0x000000019" referenced memory at"0x000000019" . The memory could not be "read".

    Hi,
this topic came up several times the last years, so it may not depend on the version of LabVIEW.
We are running LV7.0 (EXE) on WinXP. The application works several hours fine when this error occur:
The instruction at "0x000000019" referenced memory at"0x000000019" . The memory could not be "read".
Yes, we have re-installed the system with latest NiDAQmx driver and so on ..
No, we are not using DLL, CIN or something like this.
What can I do ? My custumer is not amused ...
    Every hint is welcome
    - Jochen -

I'm not sure what is causing it, but since it happens after several hours it sounds like it might be a "memory leak" where an array allocation or something of that nature is growing, not being properly deallocated, and eventually hitting a memory boundary. Could you give us a little more detail what you are doing, also there are somethings that have caused that type of problems in the past. A search of previous posting, etc. for memory leak produces a number of threads. Also to look for this one might start the program and note the amount of memory LabVIEW is taking using the "Task Manager" in Windows. Then looking at the numbers a while later (an hour or so) should tell you pretty quickly if this is an issue.

When viewing a PDF file in a browser using Adobe Reader v9.0 I received - The instruction at "0x0700609c" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be read.
This occured in Google Crome after viewing a pdf file and then closing the Crome application. I was also able to reproduce this in a .NET application using the System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser control and loading PDF files in the browser control.
The error does not occur every time but can be reproduced in my .NET application fairly easily by loading several pdf files quickly then closing the application.
This error does not occur when using Adobe Reader v8.

On my .Net application, I put this code to solve this problem on exiting the program:

This is a rather important issue, I have seen another post with a similar problem.
While not being a show-stopper it certainly raises concerns.
The application works ok until the application exits (in both development and

Apparently this did not happen with Tux 7.1
It does with 8, I do not have 7.1 so I have no workaround.
