Can i transfer my phone book to a computer through pc suite
    in nokia 6275i cdma phone

    Try this
Common methods of transferring data are:
Transferring phone numbers via SIM card
    Transferring data via Memory Card
    Transferring data via Bluetooth
    Transferring data via PC
Transfer via PC is the most effective, but it initially requires more effort to set up. You will need to download and install PC Suite software on your compatible PC and ensure that a number of variables line up, including PC Suite version, Windows operating system, and connection method compatibility.
Transfer via memory card is the easiest method as long as both models support the same size of memory card. SIM card transfer is a simple method for transferring phone numbers only.
Transferring phone numbers via SIM card
SIM card transfer makes sense if you are only transferring phone numbers. Copy the phone numbers to your SIM card, remove the SIM card from your previous phone, insert it into your new phone, and store the phone numbers in your new phone's memory. For basic phone models without additional memory, the phone numbers may already be stored on the SIM card.

  • IPhone. 6 phone book problem

    Hi, Pan67.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I understand your iPhone no longer syncs the address book with your system.  Sometimes pairing the device with your vehicle again can solve this issue.  You may need to reference your vehicle user guide for the pairing instructions and code.

  • Unable to transfer my phone book

I'm having trouble transferring my phonebook to an apline KCE-300BT bluetooth interface. Any help would be greatly appreciated??? Thanks!

By what method do you transfer the phone book in laptop?
These two most of the time works; by doing a one-way synch(phonebook of old phone) to outlook, making the phone dominant in resolving conflict. Then doing the reversed(in new phone) making outlook dominant in resolving conflict.
The other way is just doing a backup & restore with latest pcsuites that supports both phones. Not only phonebook is restore but almost all items in memory of old.
    Check which one suits you!

  • Downloading phone book problem after "Jelly Bean" update

I own a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander GT with Bluetooth (labeled as Link System) and a Motorola Droid RAZR. The vehicle has always recognized the phone as paired. Prior to "Jelly Bean", I had no problems downloading the entire phone book to the Bluetooth device in the vehicle. However, I had noticed on a recent trip that several new contacts were not recognized by the Link system. I realized that I needed to update the phonebook. I first deleted the old phone book from the vehicle, but I was then unable to download the new phone book to the vehicle. I tried several times but with no success. An additional Bluetooth symbol would appear to the left at the top of the phone display with the message "PBap connection request". The message would disappear after a second. But several seconds later, the upper left-hand Bluetooth symbol would also disappear, and the vehicle Bluetooth device would then inform me that the phone book download had failed. I contacted Verizon tech support last week, and the rep and I concluded that the Jelly Bean update was the problem, but she was unable to fix it. I also noticed elsewhere on the Verizon web site that several other people with different vehicles were also unable to download the phonebook from their Android phone to their vehicle's Bluetooth device.
I then realized that perhaps the Jelly Bean update had changed only how the Bluetooth on the phone interacted with the Bluetooth/Link system on the vehicle. I concluded that I needed to delete not just the old phone book from the vehicle's Bluetooth device, but also the pairing/recognition of the phone itself from the vehicle's Bluetooth device. I then reinstalled pairing/recognition of the Droid RAZR on the vehicle's Bluetooth device, and successfully downloaded the phone book from the RAZR to the Bluetooth device on the vehicle. This action should fix the problem on other vehicles as well.

Jandariea, I understand how frustrating this could be. You would think a software update would be fully baked and basic functions like Wifi would work. However, this is not the case with all Jelly Bean software updates. You sound more like the exception then the rule! Have you tried to disable/enable airplane mode? Does this issue only happen with your home wifi, or can you connect to a public Wifi (i.e. library or Starbucks)? Have you tried to do a master reset on the phone http://bit.ly/T1Ib1B ?^SP

  • BlackBerry 10 OS, Problem with Phone-book(Contacts) application

    Hi,
I am using my Z30 as bussnes phone, thus I have over 1600 contacts in it. Many clients have 2 phone lines; one is phone only line & another that is FAX for incoming calls and it is also used as phone for outcoming calls, so the first line is not busy all time. When my clients call me at Z30 form the "FAX" line (traditional line-to-mobile voice call) , my mobile  does not show my clinets name(shows only the phone number which is calling me), even there is a contact with this number at my phone-book. I meen that the reverse lookup fails. It seems that reverse lookup does not work for FAX numbers!!!
Can this be fixed on the upcomming update ?
    Regards,
    Panos

  • Transfer of Existing Phone Book

Usually when the sim card is transferred over to a new phone all the phone book info stays intact. I transferred my sim card from my existing AT&T account phone to my new IPhone but the names and numbers from my phone book do not show up. Can anyone explain why this is, I do not have that information on my computer.
    Angel

So I take it I then will have to manually input all of those 100 plus names ans phone# again??? Wow...bummer!
Why not enter all your phone numbers / contacts into your computers address book / contacts and then sync it to your iphone. That way you have them saved on your computer for future needs and the syncing process will bring them all over to the phone.
    Contacts
Since iPhone takes contact information from existing applications on your computer, Apple recommends using Address Book, Entourage, Outlook, Outlook Express, or Yahoo! Address Book to prepare your contacts for automatic synchronization with iPhone, and suggests you get phone numbers and e-mail addresses up to date. Notes that you can also enter contact information directly into iPhone, as well.

  • HOW TO VIEW PHONE BOOK ON PCSUITE?

My Nokia N70 fell to the ground and the screen is history. Phone works fine but i cant see a thing, just a constant shiny white glow
In the meanwhile i have another older model, nokia 3120 which i inserted the SIM. Many of my phonebook numbers are missing
I have been told this is because those missing numbers are on my N70 phone memory card and not the SIM, sounds logical.
Ok, next step. How can i transfer those phone memory numbers to my sim card if i cant see a thing on the screen? I cant! Next step: Transfer phone memory data to PC via PCSuite using backup. I do it, all seems fine, i go to content copier file and i have a large .nbu file. I want to see those missing phone numbers on my pc and i dont know how to...
    My question is:
How do i see my phone book numbers on my pc?
    There must be a way!
    What other solutions are there?
Please help! this is a very urgent matter
    Thanks

In phone browser, click Contacts & refresh (F5 or View>Refresh) If there is anything accessible it'll show up. A Updating dialog box pops up with dots flying to & from the phone & PC. Else it seems you'll need Nokia's dealer support or maybe try & buy Noki. The database file could be damaged or erased. It does not show up in the phone browser directly as a file.
Had a similar problem some years back lost 300+ contacts, re-building that was fun... since then I export a .csv file from Outlook and copy the .vcf files to my memory card every week. In addition have subscription to PLAXO which backs up Outlook to the web.
    Hope this helps

  • Multi address phone book

The contact us section is not user friendly since mails are difficult to get submitted with filled in fields usually reverting back esp when using a smart.phone on the move.Exasperated I am.sending this feedback along with the query to forwarded to customer care as also a general email id and a 24x7 toll free and chargeable phone number with a sms number too will go a long way ubdermmibibg redressing customer queries and complaints
Currently I would be upgrading two of my LG phones which has a multi address phone book with multi fields like home number, office name and number, fax&email etc.Since I have more than 2000 numbers stored in the 500 phone entry LG due to the facility of multi address phone book, therefore I would like to know whether the upcoming Nokia asha 210&also the existing 302 has a multi address phone book which I have shortlisted for immediate buying to avail the ease of a qwerty one though I am also using a Samsung galaxy ace.Besides whether both the 210&302 is having a call recording feature which would be highly beneficial in my practise as one has to retrieve info from patients for medical analysis etc.A flash in both 210&302 is essential too for the stylish models to become complete and comprehensive which only can help beat the competition and therefore please also forward this to the Nokia R&D section

Yes, however, the Nokia Suite does not work with the Nokia Asha 210. This makes it difficult to transfer so many contacts. Furthermore, there is a limit at 1000 entries. The Nokia Asha 302 is fine as it works with the Nokia Suite and should support 2000 entries.
However, do not nail me on that, I am just an end-consumer like you. Series 40 UMTS supports 2000 entries, that is my rule of thumb. Anyway, 2000 is the absolute maximum. So you might hit another problem.
