[N81] Save images to PC - How?

Hey there,
it might be pretty simple, but I can't find a way to duplicate the behavior of Nokia Suite that I got used to.
With my Nokia 5500 the photos and videos taken with the phone were automatically saved to a predefined folder on the PC.
So far, I haven't manged to do the same with my new N81.
Any suggestions?

Or, install the regular Nokia PC Suite (instead of the Nseries PC Suite version) from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite
Then use the Store images app (you can configure it to do the copying automatically when ever you connect).

  • Double Question:Possible to save Image? and How do I use Frame ...

    Hello everybody,
    Ive got lotsa questions today! I was just wondering if it was possible that I could save an image that I previously opened (with MediaTracker), and modified. I would imagine that it would be possible, but I have no idea what the try catch block would look like, nor the code to actually do it. Any ideas?
    I was also wondering how I would get my class to use methods from the package that I just compiled, as well as from the Frame class.
    Because I cant just write:
    public class point extends Frame, SimpleGUI
    How do I do this one?
    You guys are the best..
    Rick

    How do I do this one?No multiple inheritence in Java (though you may implement many interfaces). One work-around is to extend one object and instantiate the other as a component of the new class.

  • How to Save image in a text to my photos

    How do I save the photo in a text message to my iPad air photos?

    Tap the image in Message. (If you touch too long it brings up the: Copy; Other... menu instead)
    This blows the image up to full screen.
    Touch the image again to get menu options.
    In the top right corner, tap the box with the up arrow.  One choice is Save Image.  Touch it to save to your camera roll.
    In the top left corner, the three-line menu shows you all the photos in the message string, and some metadata like image size and camera title/image number.
    This is in IOS 7.1.1 on an iPad, and should work on iPhone and Touch also.

  • When I right click "save image as" on a JPG file, I get no response at all. How can I fix this?

    I am running Firefox 34.0 on Linux (Fedora 20, KDE desktop). I checked the Mozilla download site and it says I have the latest version. When I right click on a JPEG file to save it, I get the "save image as" option, but when I select it, nothing happens. The file is not downloading. I google searched for fixes and tried all of the following, per the Mozilla support documents, all with no change in response:
    - Changing the download folder
    - Reseting the relevant preferences in the about.config folder
    - clearing the download history
    - Running Firefox in Safe Mode
    Additionally, I verified under preferences that jpeg image is set to "always ask".
    All other references to this problem seem to refer to problematic plugins, but the safe mode check shows that is not my issue. Any idea what the issue could be and how I can fix it?

    As previously stated, when I run with all of the addons disabled, the problem still exists. I just tried this again and verified it again. Per your suggestion, I created a new profile and found that the save image as command worked. Do you have any idea what part of the profile is corrupted and causing the problem? I'd like to localize the problem so I can save as much of my old profile as possible, and not have to start over rebuilding all of my settings.

  • How do I "Save Image As"?

    In Netscape I can click (I have a standard mouse, not one with right and left clicks) on an image and get a list of choices, one in particular called "Save Image As..." When I click onto that I am able to not only save the image from the webpage but I am also able to rename the file and download it into any file of my choosing that I have on my computer. How can you do this in Safari? I have tried the 'control' 'option' and apple' keys, and all they will do is allow me to download the image onto my desktop. I then have to rename the file and then drop it into the proper file. This is a lot of hassle and work compared to Netscape. Is there a way to do this in Safari, and if not, Apple would you please incorporate that feature into a future update release for Safari? Does anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks!

    Lisa,
    Welcome to Apple Discussions.
    Control + Click on the image (release the control key, but continue to hold the mouse click) then depress the Option Key which will change the "Save Image to the Desktop" command to read "Save Image As..." and then select the Save Image As... link. You will then see the the "Save As:" field which can be expanded by clicking on the ▼ arrow. You will now be able to name the file and navigate to the desired save location.

  • Firefox open images in a new tab upon clicking the link,how to make firefox to save images in the folder upon clicking the link

    firefox open images in a new tab upon clicking the link,how to make firefox to save images in the folder upon clicking the link.

    You can right-click the image and use "Save Image As" to save that image.

  • When clicking "Save image as" how can I get Firefox to auto add a (1) (2) etc at the end of the filename if an image with the same filename already exists?

    How can I get Firefox to automatically rename images when clicking "Save image as" on the menu, when an image with the same file name already exists in the folder??

    Hello,
    That is not a feature that is supported natively within Firefox but there are various add-ons which I think will do the job you need.
    The one I have used is [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/web-slide-show/?src=search Web Slide Show]. This is primarily an add-on for viewing a slideshow of images when they are presented as thumbnails on a web page. However once you are in the slideshow there is a download button which will download all the images in the slideshow. It will automatically rename the images if an image with the same name already exists in the folder.
    If you don't like that add-on then here are some others that may do the same job:
    * [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/image-download-%E2%85%B1/?src=search Image Download II]
    * [https://addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/image-picker/ Image Picker]
    I hope that helps. Let me know if not.
    Also I notice that you are using Firefox v23. That is now an outdated version. To get the latest security updates I suggest updating to version 24. See the support article here: [[Update Firefox to the latest version]].

  • How do i disable the open/save image dialog box in firefox? I want to directly save the image file to the drive.

    How do i disable the open/save image dialog box in firefox? I want to directly save the image file to the drive without clicking on save option everytime when saving an image. I'm using firefox ver 35.0.1 for windows 7.

    Click on the Firefox menu. Then click "Options". Go to "Applications" tab. Search for jpg and png file type. You will find they have "Always ask" action attribute. Change it to "Save file".
    Hope it will work fine for you.

  • How do I save images?

    its probably very simple and ill feel stupid reading the answer but how do i save images while browsing on my phone

    dmcritchie that won't work on Firefox mobile.
    If you can open the image directly such as http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/7/73/UpHellyAa7%28AnneBurgess%2930Jan1973.jpg if you long click on the image you will get a context menu with save image as an option. If the image is part of a page I don't think you will be able to save the image.

  • How the **** do i get back my library i was just using.No didn't save image or restore been using it for months the same way no tells me to choose or create a library and my previous versions don't recover

    How the **** do i get back my library i was just using.No didn't save image or restore been using it for months the same way no tells me to choose or create a library and my previous versions don't recover.Please help I just deleted all doubles did allmy artwork Etc..

    Do you have a back up?
    If not you're into using file recovery software like  File Salvage - you can download a free trial and it will scan the disk for you and tell you with might be recoverable. Actual recovery will require that you purchase the app. There may be many files with the same or similar names. Always recover the largest file size.
    There are other such apps. Search on Macupdate or the App Store

  • How to save Image from binding FlipView?

    //for me it is  hard to save binding files,I cant save any image

    Hi Icce cage,
    Per my understanding, you bind the path of image to Image control, so you get image path string from display1.SelectItem property. Try finding Image from this path in installation folder and then copy it to Picture library. Please try the following code
    snippet.
    Custom class to hold the image object.
    public class CustomClass
    public string ImagePath { get; set; }
    public string ImageName { get; set; }
    Initial image sources.
    private void Page_Loaded(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
    images = new System.Collections.ObjectModel.ObservableCollection<CustomClass>();
    images.Add(new CustomClass() { ImagePath = "/Images/1.png", ImageName = "1.png" });
    images.Add(new CustomClass() { ImagePath = "/Images/2.png", ImageName = "2.png" });
    images.Add(new CustomClass() { ImagePath = "/Images/3.png", ImageName = "3.png" });
    images.Add(new CustomClass() { ImagePath = "/Images/4.png", ImageName = "4.png" });
    images.Add(new CustomClass() { ImagePath = "/Images/5.png", ImageName = "5.png" });
    display1.ItemsSource = images;
    XAML.
    <FlipView RightTapped="display1_RightTapped" Name="display1" Foreground="#FFE6D52E" HorizontalAlignment="Center" VerticalAlignment="Center" >
    <FlipView.ItemTemplate>
    <DataTemplate>
    <Image x:Name="image" Source="{Binding Path=ImagePath}" Stretch="UniformToFill"/>
    </DataTemplate>
    </FlipView.ItemTemplate>
    </FlipView>
    Save image to picture library.
    private async void display1_RightTapped(object sender, RightTappedRoutedEventArgs e)
    CustomClass data = display1.SelectedItem as CustomClass;
    if (data!=null)
    var installation = Windows.ApplicationModel.Package.Current.InstalledLocation;
    var imagesfolder =await installation.GetFolderAsync("Images");
    var file = await imagesfolder.GetFileAsync(data.ImageName);
    await file.CopyAsync(KnownFolders.PicturesLibrary);
