N86 WiFi Home Screen link is missing!?

On my new N86 under the toolbar I only have links to calendar and e-mail. There is no WiFi notification option as seen in the user manual. Can someone please tell me if they have the WiFi option on the Home Screen or was it removed by an earlier firmware update and the documentation is playing catch up? TIA.

IOS home screen link to a specific photo album?

Is it possible (third party app?) to create a home screen link/icon to a specific photo album.
A friend who is an artist (although not technically proficient) has a number of albums in her library. If she wanted to have one album (of specific works) that she wanted for quick access (instead of clicking photos and then searching through all the other albums), could there be a link on the home screen to quickly access the specific album.

I am not aware of any third party apps that woulld add a home screen icon for a photo album. What I do know is that it is a feature of WP7 (Windows Phone 7) and I wish they would add it. What I DO know is that Safari allows you to add a "bookmark" on your home screen, so if you can find a service that would take you to that album in Safari, you got a solution.

E72 - How to Remove Home Screen Links

I have a Nokia E72 and I have a customization problem. I have a gmail account installed in the phone and there is a homescreen link for it, just under the applications bar at the top. The thing I want to delete this link from my home screen but there is no settings for it. This link is not seen in home screen customization links in mod settings nor in the mail settings. Can you help me how to delete this from home screen?

I want to now change @Set up e-mail option with something else of my choice . Is that possible?

Home screen icons are missing

I have a Curve 8310 running v4.5 OS.
I was hiding\rearranging some of the icons\folders on the home screen, and suddenly all the icons were missing. Pressing the <menu> button does absolutely nothing from the home screen. I have tried pulling the battery - no luck.
I can use <alt> <esc> to get to some applications, but not to Options or Setup.
Any idea how to get the icons back or reset the home screen to default?

Try getting to your options by setting your Call Log (press the green dial key) > Menu > Options > General Options > Dial from Homescreen = OFF.
Now, on the homescreen, press the O (oh key, not the zero) for Options.
Go to themes and change themes.
Do you see your apps and icons now?

Using Safari Home Screen Links

hi,
dont think its possible but thought id atleast see if other people are sharing my frustration.
is there any way to make the home screen web clips open up in an existing window rather than opening a new one everytime as it gets really annoying, its meant to be a time saver but then you loose that closing down all the redundant windows that are generated from returing to the home screen and using another web clip

I want to stream itunes movies I've bought on my ipad air to my lg smart tv. From the 'Home' screen of the lg, there is no itunes app shown that would somehow let me share info with my ipad air. Has anyone the answer. Am I missing something here?

I have an lg smart TV. I also just bought an apple ipad air,Wi-Fi Cellular 16GM I've signed up the air to itunes and just purchased a movie on the ipad air. I was able to stream the movie on my air and my pc, which is of course wirelessly connected to my smart TV. I've searched the 'Home' screen of the lg to find a way to also stream that movie on the lg. Am I somehow just not reading right and missing the point, or is what I'm trying to do not possible?

What is especially interesting about your post is that you had your iPad Air replaced in November 2014 in the UK. I bought my iPad Air originally in October 2014, and had to have it replaced in an Apple Store in Bristol in November after the original stopped charging. This does make me wonder if there is a batch of faulty iPads? Mmm...
I have raised a fully escalated support case with Apple on this, and their latest response is that a 'patch' or fix is being investigated by their engineers and to wait a week or so at which point they might be releasing it to affected users - or even across every users.
I wish there was a way to get this to Apple's attention and the wider media as well, but I don't know how best to do that.
I guess the best thing we can do is keep hassling Apple for a response and raising support cases

BB curve finds networks, and displays network name on home screen but wifi icon is grey-why is this?

I was wondering if somebody could help me.
I have tried various systemto get my BBC 8520 to connect to my home wifi.
I have tried entering the network manually and it connects and displays the network name on home screen,but wifi logo is grey, plus under network connections i am getting a white dash and not a green tick.
my provider is Vodafone Portugal.
can somebody please help me.

Find which screen, folder it was moved to, and hold down the icon until the icons start shaking. Then drag it to the left or right edge of the screen, and it will allow you to move it to which ever screen you want it. When you have it there, tap the Home button to stop the icons form shaking.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to help you if you start a thread by cursing at and berating the people from whom you want help.
Where did you purchase your phone? What is the model number? What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you checked to make sure that it hasn't been disabled in Restrictions?

Bookmarks on home screen are not updated / Wifi problems

After the last two updated on iPad mini2bwith retina and iPhone 5c I have experienced the my bookmarks on home screen are not updated, they are "white" and not colourful. I have enclosed a home screen.
As regards to Wifi there are also severe problems after these updates and I think that after reading other people experiences regarding the same, Apple has a severe problem and NOT Stofa in Denmark!
SO the wheel is not turning the right way.

Are you using ADW? If so you need to click the Left Menu / More / Unlock Desktop, if you are using another laucher please share more info..
