N91 is not switching ON

hi.. to alll.....
I dnt know how it happened but it is very surprising for me....
2 hrs before i checked my phone it was working... i put it on my bed and after that it switched OFF.... n from then i ws trwying to ON the phone but its not working....
i mean how could it be possible no... damage nothing happened to phone...and it just gone....
what could be the possible reason.. pls tell... me... and how it can be corrected....

New X1 Carbon Adaptive Keyboard strip not switching

I have a X1 Carbon Touch (Machine Type 20A7).
It came with Windows 8.1 Pro but I flahsed my company image (Windows 7 x64 Enterprise) onto it.
Everything works fine and I installed all drivers but the adaptive keyboard strip stays at F1 F2 .. keys and does not change no matter what. Pressing the Fn key does not switch it. I installed the On screen display and have the Adaptive Keyboard show in Control Panel and Dynamic Mode is also on.
The camera icon only flashes the screen once and does nothing. The Wifi icon does nothing and the Gear icon does nothing as well. Only the keyboard light icon and the regular F1 F2 keys work fine.. Any help is appreciated.

I noticed something funny.. While starting up or before logging into Windows (at Windows lock screen) I'm able to switch the adaptive keyboard strip... But once I'm logged into Windows it suddenly stops working. if I lock the screen again I'm able to switch the adaptive keyboard strips again... What's going on?

When I have seen this in the past it is caused by not having the proper Power Management driver in the OS image.
20A7 uses a new version of Power Management driver and if your IT guys didn't update the company Win7 image to include the new driver, then it's not going to work.

So yeah I recently upgraded to iOS 6 fine no problems, a few bugs here and there regarding txt shortcuts not working when imessages switches back to sms when loosing 3g but nothing major.
Then a few weeks ago I updated to iOS 6.0.1 as I thought maybe a few bugs would be fixed. I backed up my phone (for the first time with iTunes). Then after the 6.0.1 update I had (as it seems a lot people have had) a problem with the wifi not switching on and being dimmed out. I tried various "reset the phone" "reset the network settings" options that people have put on these support forums. So my last option was to reset the phone to factory settings- I did this two times, firstly reseting it to factory settings and restoring it to the back up, then reseting to factory settings and setting the phone up as new. After doing this second reset my phone did not go back to iOS 5 (which is factory settings) but iOS 6.0.1 and I still have the same Wifi problem.
Apple- please release 6.0.2 ASAP, this bug is costing me ton of 3g data as I use my iPhone regularly for work and use it at home all the time.
Is there anyway I can back grade to ios5 or ios6?

Ok after reading a few posts I relalise you can not down grade os on iphones and never have been able to.
But how come I can't factory reset my phone properly? sure factory reset will mean it will reset the phone and its os to the os that it built with with was ios5?

Sometimes when I play songs in Itunes by double clicking on them, Itunes will place the song as the first one on the album. It will chnage the order of the songs on the album, and I can not switch them back to the correct order.

If I just hit play, this doesnt happen. As a result, I have several albums now in which the songs are in the wrong order. Its very frustrating, as this error then transfers over to my ipod every time I sync it. When I choose the info. for the songs, it has them correctly listed (i.e., it lists the songs as being #1 of 19 on the CD, for example). But then the song will have placed by Itunes as #5 of 19 for whatever reason. Itunes does not do this every time, but does it with enough frequency to be maddening. Any thoughts?

The problem of tracks becoming de-linked between iTunes and the music files in your iTunes music folder happens for different reasons - this seems to come up fairly commonly in this forum.
The solution can be to locate each song in the iTunes library, as you mentioned - or, but wait, before I get to that...
trouble finding the original track in your iTunes music folder? maybe look for it under compilations, or if not using the 'group compilations preference' then look in the folder under the songs artist name, but what song artist name iTunes uses depends on what you have in the metedata tag spot for album artist or song artist. Any varyation in artist name spelling, in the menu item 'get info' metadata for any selected individual track will cause iTunes to create that as a separate artist folder in the library, even names like 'various' or any difference at all (even the word 'the' can change where in your iTunes music folder a track gets placed by iTunes). You can try to use the finder function of find file (finder munu item outside of iTunes) to locate hard to find items.
Back to how to re-link any de-linked tracks .
There may be scripts that can help re-link de-linked music files - or, at least provide you a list of such files, Scripts are easy to install and use...

Only problem is with this being my first Apple product i didnt realise my phone did not automatically back up on itunes or icloud as i had to set this up.

You cannot get Applecare plus now.
It is unlikely that they will replace as it is damaged. The only way to find out is to make an appointment at the genius and and see what they say.

My Mac Pro does not switch off.

It worked before Lion. Installed 10.7 and also upgraded to 10.7.1 but, on both cases, it does not switch-off. To be precise it "sometimes" switch-off but many times it does not. Let's say once on 15 times... With Leopard I nevere had this problem. (it persists also after a PRAM reset). I also run a second problem but only once and only upgrading to 10.7.1 (not to 10.7). It says that my RAM was on wrong position.. I had to remove and install the RAM again and it worked.
Any other case like this? (This append only on my MacPro - early 2009. On my MacBook and my MacBook Pro OSX Lion works fine).

Is there a pattern to the chimes, or are they simply random, as if the Mac is repeatedly rebooting on its own?
Have you tried a "Safe Boot"? Press and hold a Shift key as you power up the Mac. Does it start then?
If it starts at all "Safe Boot" will take much longer than usual, that's normal. Shutting down will take longer also. Try it.

Hey ! My MacBook Pro is not switching on. I was trying to charge my iPhone through the lead attached to the MacBook. I suppose the iPhone charging lead might not be a original. Hence it kept saying that this accessory will not work. So I took it out. As soon as I did that my mac switched off and it would not switch on again. The charger light went really dim green.
