N95-2 Synchronise with Lotus Organisor and music f...

My wife has recently been given my son's N95-2 and we are trying to interface the contacts and diary to Lotus Organisor ver 6
I have been able to use the PC Suite wizard to setup and point at the relevant sections within the organisor but when we try and synch, with settings set to copy from phone to organisor, it sees and counts the phone records, but then tells me that it can't open Organisor even though all password's are entered in the wizard
Also in the music folders
My son has deleted the music tracks he had, but we still have what appear to be the artists names in the lists and we cannot delete them
All help appreciated please

On the iPhone, go to Settings > General > Usage > Music (in the Storage Section) > Tap Edit > Tap the Red Circle next to All Music > Tap Delete.

N95 8GB synchronisation with Outlook 2007

Cannot get N95 to synchronise with Outlook 2007 Calendar. Do I need new software download? Is it available?

no u donot require any additional software. This can be done using PC Suite with no additional software.
Go to PC Suite, start Synchronize. In Synchronize (Nokia PC Sync), goto Settings. In Settings, under the General tab, click on Advanced. Under "Automatic Synchronization", select either synchronize everytime I connect my mobile or Sychronize periodically and select 15min/30min/hourly. Check the checkbox "Launch Nokia PC Sync automatically on Startup"
Click OK and voila...auto syncing of calendar and contacts with Outlook.

If the shows are in fact still on the pad, they will be found in the videos app, not the music or I tunes app. Look there and see if they are still there.
If you don't see them there, go to the searchlight screen ( farthest left home page) and type in the name of one of the shows. If it is on the pad, hiding somewhere, this will find it.
If they are not there, they should not be using up space.
To get them back onto your pad, plug in and sync again. Make sure you transfer purchases first. Before you sync, take a look at the video tab in your I tunes, and check what you want and don't want synced.

Notes from my iPad won't synchronise with my iPhone and my iCloud portal, Why?

I use icloud on all my IOS device and on my icloud portal from every computer I work with.
All apps I see on the iCloud portal are very useful. I have begin to work with them and they are very useful because it is suppose to synchronise with my iPhone and my iPad as well. All exept for the Notes app. The information I wrote in stopped to synchronise a few months ago, I use to have the same information everywhere but now some information I wrote on my iPad are not synchro with my iPhone and my "iPortal".

Problems while making a MovieMaker with different transition and music.

Hi..I am making a MovieMaker in flash.I dont have much of experince in flash ,There are some problems which I am facing.kindly guide me..Thanks.
There are 4 things in my project.
1)Uploading Images-First of all User will Upload the images,Based on those uploads there will be one xml generated which will be stored in a disc and by that xml the images uploaded be the users will be get in the flash.
Problem1-How to generate an xml file that would be stored in disc or localhost through which we can get the path of images?
2)Theme Selection-After the images have been uploaded and xml file have been generated then then the images would be loaded in one window.This is for the purpose of viewing those images that has been uploaded by users.After that there is one button below the window "Select Theme".In clicking that Button there is simply another frame opens (by removing child of the previous frames) in which there are some dummy animationswhich are already made .Like in oneAnimation there are 9 Transition effects fading,fly,spiral etc etc and in another Animation there are another 9 effects like zoom,blend and so onetc.User can select one theme out of suppose 9 themes then that theme is the theme of their movie.There is one file called themes.xml tahat containes all the information of the themes.After the theme is selected ,There is button in ThemeSelection called Select Music.
3)Music Selection-There are categories of songs like sad,instrumental,slow,pop etc,In each category there are some songs that are stored in server.Whatever the user will select that will be the theme song.songs are also fetching from xml.After selecting the song there is Make Movie Option in the music frame.
4)Make Movie-Finally based on the above selection the movie is generated which should create new swf dynamically and user can download that movie also with above theme and music selection and those images should play that theme with the background music as selected by user.
Problem2:-How to generate new swf that donot take images.xml,transition.xml and songs.xml.First of all i dont know how to create new swf at run time while using the file operations.and
Problem 3-secondly if i made some swf supposingly movie.swf then whatever the user selected then based on those images,theme and songs selection i called the movieClip object of the movie.swf and all those images with the selected transition and background music are playing in it BUT they need the xml files and images.But i want to give the user one independant swf which dont use xml files and images folder.How can i do that?

It looks like there is lack of fundamental understanding of flash/ActionScript capabilities.
Your post covers too many topics - forum works the best if questions are focused. You may need to polish your knowledge which will allow you to have answers to some of the problems.
The main thing you should know before proceeding is that one cannot generate swf files at runtime in Flash. And it doesn't matter if you go with Flash or Flex. Should swf generation be a centerpiece of your application, you may want to consider server side compiler.
Otherwise you may not need to generate swfs at all but allow users to see results of their work with help of dynamic content generation including database. In any case, you probably will need and extensive server side application.

Are you talking about strictly burning an already put-together slideshow or composing one and then burning it?
My all time favorite slide show maker is Photo to Movie; you can then burn it from there or get it into iMovie and/or iDVD for the "finishing" touch. My favorite burn software is Toast, although you can use iMovie, iDVD, and Finder as well.

I made a DVD with photo's and music. On my Powerbook G4 he plays perfect. But after burning the project on my LaCie d2 lightscribe and show the project on my TV than after 10 min. the music stops for a few seconds.

On the screen of the DVD-player I can see that after the word 'play' the clock starts again with counting the time. I tried everything: * burning slow. * all programs stopped, except iDVD. * all other apparature uncoupled. Is this a problem of my iDVD-program or my LaCie burner?

mishmumken is correct about the 99 slides. There's an 99 chapter limit in each slideshow for DVDs and each photo is considered a chapter. iDVD gets around that by renaming slide 100 back to 1 and goes on.
The pause can be minimized (but not eliminated) by burning to disk at the slowest speed available: usually 4x or 2x. Save the project to disk (File ➙ Save to Disk menu option) and play the disk image with DVD player to check out the transition at 99 and 198. Then burn the disk image to disk with Disk Utility at the slowest speed possible. Also use top quality media: Verbatium, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.

Hi all,
got my N73 and tried to Synchronise it with Lotus Notes 7.x
Problem is that 1 entry repeats itself every single day and no other entries show.
e.g. Meeting today at 11am.......this will show on every single day.
Any ideas?

Not tried that but its the other way round that I need it to synchronise......
A reocurring meeting on Notes appears as the only meeting on the phone and it appears every single day.

9500 synchronisation with Lotus Notes 6

Nokia PC Synch (ver 6.81.13.0)loaded and settings created to synchronise with Notes ver 6 file on local drive. When trying to synch I get message

How to completely reset Synchronisation with Lotus...

Hmmm, not sure, maybe I should file this under Nseries Devices and S60 Smartphones, but on the other hand it's an E61i...
I have the problem, that my E61i is not synchronizing the contacts. I tried by means of 'Advanced settigns' to overwrite everything in the phone: did not help.
I uninstalled Nokia PC Suite (6.85.14.1_ger_web) and reinstalled: did not help.
Does anyone know, where the Synchronisation information is stored? Then I could delete this information. I used mNotes and a Plam before my E61i - there was some information stored in a Notes .NSF file.

I used PC Suite (6.84.10.3_ger_web) and was able to synchronize (more than once, but then it stoped completely). To be exact: I couold not synchronize between Notes and the phone, images, messages, ... worked fine.
Yesterday I did a firmwareupdate of the phone (2.0633.65.01 now) --> cleans out all information on phone. Then I installed the new Release of PC Suite. I think the contacts synchronized (think I saw contacs list), but later the list was empty again and I can not force the phone to accept data from Notes.

I see the same problem, with Notes 7 and Nokia 6300.
My error message says that the password supplied is not correct, but I am sure it is. I can synchronize with the same phone and the same PC suite to the same Notes database via my other PC ( The notes database is located on a server. So the conclusion is that somehoe PC suite got an incorrect password - only there is no way of resetting it. Even if I reinstall PC suite, the new installation never asks for new settings - it comes up with the old settings , so I have no chance of changing anything - I can't even delet the synchronization profile. I suppose that a lot of settings are saved in the registry and stay there also after removal of PC suite. Any ideas of how to totally reset the PC suite settings without editing fifty registry settings?
